Then we analyzed the dynamic evolutionary process, the driving force and the status of the micro-blogging Big Data ecological system based on self-organization theory. On this basis, we constructed the self-organization evolutionary model of micro-blogging Big Data ecological system. Then we take “the Malaysian flight MH370 vanished” as example to verify the self-organization evolutionary model of micro-blogging topic, and studies have shown that the model is basically in line with the evolution rules of actual micro-blogging topics. One of these is in providing decision support for multi-criteria choice. All the key elements of multi-criteria modelling are potentially infused with a lack of certainty: weights on criteria, performance levels of alternatives, choice of criteria, inter-dependence between criteria, and so on. For a long time, multi-criteria researchers have recognised that, especially from a practical point of view, their decision support models are imprecise, that they are often operating with only partial information about the problem they are seeking to solve. And, indeed, in some circumstances, especially in supporting choice between discrete alternatives, models do not need to be precise or based on full provision of information in order to be useful. This has been referred to as decision making with partial information and a wide variety of formalisations of multi-criteria decision making with partial information have been advanced. In this paper, we explore how using grey systems can provide a perspective on multi-criteria choice with partial information that potentially enhances existing thinking and directly relates to the ambiguity and uncertainty of choice - effectively the real world of decision modelling for many application contexts.","PeriodicalId":246110,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services (GSIS)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114622942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Aiming at the problem of predicting time series of casualties of strong earthquakes erupting in high population density areas, considering the characteristics of time series of casualties from these emergencies disaster systems, on the basis of existing research results on grey forecasting models, this paper proposes a novel grey forecasting model. The accuracies of different grey models such as GM (1, 1) model, DGM (1, 1) model, novel grey model using casualties time series is investigated. The performances of the different grey models are compared. The simulation results show the novel grey model has the highest performances on model forecasting.","PeriodicalId":246110,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services (GSIS)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122006772","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In view of this, the grey number is introduced to express grey information, and then a ranking method is proposed to determine the grey preference rankings of DMs, so that a novel graph model with grey information is established to solve equilibrium states and decision paths. By means of analyzing a conflict example, the results show that the proposed model can deal with conflict problems with uncertain information well, and objectively give the preference rankings of conflict states of decision makers in the form of a quantitative description instead of subjective judgment.","PeriodicalId":246110,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services (GSIS)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124764154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The gray values and textural features of the dock are similar to that of the ships. Therefore, it is difficult to extract the land/water-boundaries for the traditional methods, and it is difficult to obtain accurate detection results. In this paper, we propose a novel method of land/water-boundaries detection. This method is based on a polygon approximation algorithm which is combined by two parts, i.e., Fuzzy Random Hough Transform (FRHT) and Multi-points Curvature (MPC). The main straight-line of the land/water-boundaries can be detected accurately by FRHT and MPC, and the port polygon will be approximated accurately by the proposed polygon approximation algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method for ship detection at the dock.","PeriodicalId":246110,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services (GSIS)","volume":"68 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132069757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The future price has become a benchmark in oil market. In order to further reveal the price formation mechanism, the transmission and market efficiency of the oil future markets, as well as the efficiency of information transfer between the future and spot market, this paper is based on the analysis of theories and methods. This study mainly explores the technology dimension and its effect on performance in the design of civil aircraft. We develop four dimensions for aircraft technology readiness level, and conduct an empirical study among airports and airlines in China, build a grey correlation model of technology with aggregate data. The results indicate that that economy and comfort had the most important function on performance than general technology and provides a reference for civil aircraft marketing. Besides, the above grey correlation model can do well using data with poor unit data and an abnormal distribution.","PeriodicalId":246110,"journal":{"name":"2015 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services (GSIS)","volume":"173 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117346357","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
