In this paper, the definitions of “kernels” based on the lower measure, the upper measure or the moderate measure are given according to the properties of the interval grey number problems. By means of the measurement error, the appropriate absolute degree of greyness and the relative degree of greyness are defined and different simplified forms of the interval grey numbers are put forward. On this basis, the interval grey number algorithm is established. Actually, one order accumulating generation operator and integer order accumulating generation operator are both special cases of the fractional order accumulating generation operator. Theoretical proof and numerical simulation proves that the fractional order accumulating generation operator satisfies commutative law and exponential law. Based on the DEA method, the paper conducted an empirical study of the financing efficiency of 68 listed new material enterprises, with the panel data from 2011 to 2013. The main empirical results demonstrate that financial efficiency of the new material industry has declined from 2011 to 2013. Firstly, this paper constructs a multi-objective mathematical model for suppliers composition selection, using the linear weighting method to converse this model to a single objective model. Secondly, this paper uses the adaptive genetic algorithm to solve the mathematical model, by dynamically adjusting the crossover mutation operator to accelerate the convergence speed of the algorithm. Finally, comparison and analysis of the contents of the two aspects are shown. 1: The result of the suppliers composition selection concluded by this paper and by K car company. 2: The performance of the adaptive genetic algorithm and standard genetic algorithm. In accordance with the characteristics of aviation complex products and collaborative R&D, this paper identifies the key risk factors in the process of collaborative R&D, and then establishes a TFN-GCE evaluation method based on the characteristics of collaborative R&D risk of aviation complex products, and applied research with the method to prove its rationality. The implementation of immune recognition, assessment, learning, memory and regulation in response to abnormal disturbance factors is investigated. We investigated 62 Korea-invested enterprises in Suzhou and Yancheng, based on a large-scale questionnaires and face-to-face interviews, in order to comparative analysis between Subei and Sunan. In terms of social network pattern, we found significant differences between two regions. In Subei, internal social network of Korean ventures are enclosed and hierarchical, which is not helpful to innovative activities. Moreover, in Subei, there shows unequal strong ties between Korean ventures and local government. Hostile and breakable relationships are harmful for long-term development for two main reasons. Comparatively speaking, in Sunan, Korean firms have open internal social relation network and relaxed social relationships with local government and other relevant actors. Three dual channel structures, namely, the posted-price retail distribution channel, online direct distribution channel, and Name Your Own Price (NYOP) distribution channel, should be considered. This paper develops the aggregate demand function based on consumer utility theory and analyzes the equilibrium pricing strategy and profits under different channel structures to determine whether the supplier should introduce online direct distribution channel or NYOP distribution channel. In this paper, a new approach integrating an improved desirability function and dual response surface models is proposed to tackle the problem of multi-response robust design. We build two desirability functions for mean and variance through combining desirability function and dual response surface models, respectively. Furthermore, we separately give objective weights for mean desirability function and variance desirability function by using entropy weight theory. Then, the overall desirability function considering location effect and dispersion effect is optimized by a hybrid genetic algorithm to obtain the optimum parameter settings. An example is illustrated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. In order to prove the feasibility and accuracy of the grey GM (0, N) which is applied to cruise ships service, the number of monthly cruise ships which left Hong Kong for Macau from 2014 to 2105 are forecasted. The precision of the model is tested and analyzed by grey precision grades. Additionally, an interrelationship between cruise ships and external employee is analyzed by grey correlation degree to find out the impact factor of two variables. Its outcome shows that it is a scientific method to apply GM (0, N) to cruise ships because the grey predicted number closely matches the actual observed number and the convenience of cruise ships is one important factor in attracting talent in adjacent cities.
