This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The companies included in the sample of this study are manufacturing companies that use derivative instruments and are always listed on the IDX from 2016 to 2018. A total of 12 companies can be used as final samples in this study. Based on the results of regression analysis and mediation test, it can be concluded that the managerial ownership variable has a significant positive effect on the Usage of Derivative Instruments. The variable Usage of Derivative Instruments has a significant negative effect on company risk. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pebisnis UKM di Bali. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan menggunakan SEM berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap relational quality. Kemitraan dengan pemasok juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap relational quality dan kemitraan dengan pesaing berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap relational quality. Selanjutnya relational quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Demikian juga relational quality mampu memediasi parsial secara signifikan pengaruh kemitraan pelanggan dan kemitraan pemasok terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Namun demikian kemitraan pesaing berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi, sehingga relational quality  merupakan mediasi sempurna (full mediation) pengaruh kemitraan pesaing terhadap kapbiltias inovasi. The research sample was the staff of the BNN Rehabilitation Center, totaling 106 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire based on the MBI (Maslach Burnout Syndrome Inventory). This study indicates that four factors cause employee burnout, namely work environment, coworker support, work concept, and self. Understanding price discovery is a must to identify relevant factor affecting price of the asset. This research will cover two tier market, first tier is interdealer market and second tier is  customer market. We study the dealer and customer order flow to identify which side that have greater impact in price formation in government bond market. The results show that from the two layers of order flow, the short-term dealer order flow and short-term customer order flow have role in price discovery process. Customer flow order regression coefficient is larger than the dealer order flow. Customers trade not only trade based on liquidity but also have information in making decisions or making investment portfolios (informed customers). Good service quality will increase customer commitment. Customers who have a high commitment will continue to carry out their financial transactions and inform others about the trust they get. This study aims to determine the impact of automated services (e-services) on customer commitment mediated by customer trust. This research was conducted at the Bali Regional Development Bank located in Denpasar – Bali. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 90 customers. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). \u0000The results of the analysis show that e-services have a significant positive effect on customer trust and customer loyalty. Customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. The survey method approach was used in this study to examine the variables of developing information technology systems that developed with 141 respondents in the travel industry. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. The hypothesis was tested using the structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis method with the help of software, namely Analysis Moment of Structure (AMOS) 20. The results of the discussion of this study explain that: 1) The development of information technology systems has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. This means that the better the quality of electronic services, the more work culture will increase in the tourism travel industry in South Sulawesi. 2). Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. This means that the higher the level of leadership style, the higher the organizational culture in the travel industry in South Sulawesi. 3). The development of information technology systems has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the quality of electronic services, the more employee performance in the travel industry in South Sulawesi. 4) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research was conducted on student majoring in business at private university in Bali with a population of 7,246 people. The sample is 379 and data is collected using a questionnaire that returns 279 with a response rate of 62.56%. Testing the research model using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS 7.0. The results show that creativity, self-confidence can significantly affect entrepreneurial attitude; entrepreneurial training can significantly affect perceived control; subjective norms, entrepreneurial attitude and perceived control can significantly influence entrepreneurial intention. The measurement of the performance of LPD is determined from the indicators of the level of health which are more assessed from financial ratios. In this study, non-financial variables were examined as variables that affect financial performance. This study aims to analyze the non-financial variables that determine the performance of LPD, which in this study are market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, financial literacy, financial inclusion. The research population is LPD operating in Bali Province in 2019 as many as 1256 units. determined using the Slovin formula with an allowance of 10 percent, which is 93 units, Sampling with stratified proportional random sampling based on the health level of LPD, The method of analysis is Partial Least Square (PLS), it was found that the increase in entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, financial literacy and the financial inclusion of the Village Credit Institution management has an impact on improving its performance. We address this theoretical gap and examine self-determination theory (SDT) to the Self Service Technology in general. Based on the argument proposed by SDT, self-determined motivation is hypothesized to mediate the relationships between autonomy, competence, and perceived anonymity, and the intention to use SSTs. Data collected from respondents form a structural equation model and support these hypotheses. \u0000This research shows that there is relation autonomy and competence to self determination and adoption intention to SSTs. There is no good relation anonymity to self determination and adoption intention to SSTs. There is relation Self Determination to adoption intention to SSTs.
