The purpose of this study is to identify the components and strategies for creating an ecosystem value proposition based on selling solutions in the post-coronavirus digital economy. The methodology comprises three steps. First, a meta-analysis of academic and consulting literature on a value proposition was used to form the components of a value proposition. Then, a literature analysis on a value proposition, selling solutions and ecosystems was used to determine the components and strategies for creating an ecosystem value proposition based on selling solutions. Finally, the proposed components and strategies were considered taking into account the opportunities of the post-coronavirus digital economy. As a result of the study, the components of a value proposition are classified on the basis of organizational, relational, client approaches and according to the degree of universality. Four groups of the components of an ecosystem value proposition based on selling solutions are formed, and three strategies for its formation are proposed. The components and strategies are considered in the post-coronavirus digital economy. The findings will help researchers build new value proposition models and practitioners create a competitive value proposition, improve organizational performance and customer satisfaction in the post-coronavirus digital economy.","PeriodicalId":245716,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 3rd International Conference on Business, Management and Finance","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134021429","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

(2015) extended the theory of planned behavior by showing that situational context variables, including financial needs and social support, predict job search behavior. However, less is known about the impact of the situational context on the way job seekers are attracted to the signals sent by organizations. Using an exploratory research method made of an ANOVA, an ordinal regression and a multilinear regression, findings from 497 questionnaires collected in Haute-Normandie, France, add to attributes’ preference by showing that financial needs and social support contexts impact the way job seekers evaluate attributes signaling rewards, culture/image of the company and interpersonal relationships. On the other hand, the evaluation of the attributes signaling work life balance, nature of work and job security are not impacted by the situational context. Results can help organizations communicate the most effective strategic signals to differentiate themselves from competitors.","PeriodicalId":245716,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 3rd International Conference on Business, Management and Finance","volume":"68 9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130055712","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, potential of SMEs is untapped yet due to various factors. Among its constraints, unavailability of financial resources is a major barrier and access to finance augmented by financial inclusion (FI) is devised as relevant solution. Extant literature embodies a disunited proof on FI-SME growth nexus that clearly calls for certain new channels to be explored in this regard. Grounded upon endogenous growth perspective and resource-based view, this study endorses that growth is the outcome of internal resources and human capital is as important as financial or physical capital. An economy destitute of skills and education cannot efficiently utilize financial resources to generate economic activities. This conceptual paper reveals the relationship between financial inclusion, education and SMEs growth. Furthermore, this study adds value in existing literature by evaluating the necessary and relevant channels, videlicet, levels of education, skills, vocational training, innovation, and ease of business. Findings advocated that SMEs growth cannot be effective if lacking these trajectories. Spending on education, vocational and corporate trainings strengthen innovation that subsequently fosters SMEs development. This theoretical paper recommends suggestions for policy makers and it provides an agenda to researchers to enhance the knowledge by conducting empirical analysis on this topic.","PeriodicalId":245716,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 3rd International Conference on Business, Management and Finance","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129714623","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Good Governance issue is fascinating to be accustomed as scientific research, especially for non-profit organizations. The results of monitoring and evaluation of several non-governmental communities and organizations in Indonesia within specifically internal management aspects and internal programs, have resulted in several facts that the organizational governance integrated capacity programs are still weak (Setiawan, 2000). This dual role requirement postulates flexible sales-service related behaviours, which are captured by the construct of sales-service ambidexterity. Scholars have called for research examining the individual and contextual factors that boost effective sales and service-related activities. Drawing from the job demands-resources theory, the present study proposes and tests a moderated mediation model in which: a) job demands (i.e., performance pressure, workload, emotional demands, customer treatment, manager sales versus service expectations) impair luxury sales teams’ capacity to stay ambidextrous, and, indirectly, to achieve their sales and service outcomes; b) job resources (i.e., harmonious passion, emotional labor, teamness, creativity-oriented high-performance work systems, withinteam knowledge sharing, leader affective presence) buffer this negative effect. This model will be tested through a time-lagged, multi-source survey on sales team members and their store managers from luxury stores. Our findings are expected to contribute to the literature sales and service behaviors in the workplace by proposing a new, stress-based perspective on the antecedents and consequences of salesservice ambidexterity. From a practical standpoint, our results are expected to provide new and relevant insights into the strategies needed to optimize the working conditions that facilitate luxury sales team dual sales-services roles in the face of stressful conditions.","PeriodicalId":245716,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 3rd International Conference on Business, Management and Finance","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124425386","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
