The study was an experimental study which was conducted at the laboratory. The instruments used were blender, filter, oven, chopping block, knife, basin, panic, gloves, stove, baking pan, flat basket, mixer, small plate, weighing scale, and triangle plastic. The result of the study indicated that out of 6 formula from the product which has the highest value, such as based on organoleptic test, with hedonic test method, was formula B5. Then the macro and micro nutrient of the formula was analyzed. The result of the analysis showed the water content was 5,04 % in the biscuits. The ashes content was 1,60%. The fat content was 31,67%. The protein was 19,24%. The carbohydrate was 42,74%. The analysis result on the micro nutrient showed the. Magnesium was 12,69%, Calsium 96,06 %, Zn 0,04%, Vitamin C 69,99%, Vitamin A 259,4%, Fosfor 19,92%. The research method used was Classroom Action Research. The population was all of the tenth grade students of science class. The sampling technique was purposive sampling technique with 32 students as the samples. The instruments of data collection were observation sheets and tests. The data were analyzed both through quantitative and qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the students achievement was improved indicated by initial percentage 37%, cycle I 43,75 % to 59,37 % in cycle II. The data of students learning activities were collected from some parameters such as students' activities, response, cooperation, responsibilities, tolerances, and diligence with the average score in cycle I only 62,03 and it was improved in cycle II to 79,53. The research was a qualitative descriptive research with snacks samples as the object of the research. The data collection was conducted through observation and documentation. The data were analyzed qualitatively through borax and formalin test content by using test kit. The color change on yellow paper test turned into red brownies indicated a positive result of borax content and the color change in the liquid into purple indicated formalin content. The result of the test content with borax and formalin test kit on 187 samples showed the negative result on borax content. The test on formalin content indicated that there were 22 samples that use formalin such as 15 sausage samples, 2 noodle samples, 4 meatball samples and 1 tofu sample. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the tested samples contain zero borax. The method of the research was qualitative-descriptive. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with exploration method. The result showed that there were 41 kinds of fungi. 38 kinds included in 8 ordo, 17 famili, 32 genus and 3 unidentified macroscopic fungi. The observation results of abiotic environment of macroscopic fungi at oil palm plantations in Rejosari such as the air temperature was between 25-33 C, the air humidity was between 50-97%, the soil humidity was between 40-90%, and the scale of acidity (pH) was between 6,5-7,5. The research used research and development design with local wisdom-based. The development of the module refered to four D model which was developed by Thiagarajan. The model consists of four stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. However, the research was limited on the development stage, particularly on validation stage. The validity test on this stage was a theoretic validity, which is executed by the three experts. The validation included material validation, construction/media validation, and language validation. The result showed that the development met the validity criteria with material validity score 4,165; construction/media validity score 4,259; and language validity  score 4,338 categorised to be 'very valid'. This research used plotless method with Point Centered Quarter Method by classifying into three scopes, namely, research scope A, B and C with 10 items each. Based on the result, the diversity index average (H') of bushes vegetation stratum at Cogong hill in research scope A was 2,13; scope B was 1,77 and scope C was 1,61. The air temperature at Cogong hill was between  28,30C-300C, the air humidity  was between 86 % - 93 %, the soil temperature was between 27,30C-29,60C, the soil humidity was between 8% - 17 % and the soil scale of acidity (pH) was between 6,3-6,7. This research type is experiment. This research took place from February to May 2017. The population of this study is all students of class VII in SMP Negeri 2 Jayapura. The sample of this research is all students of class VIIJ, VIIK, and VIIL which is divided into 4 classes. Data analysis uses prerequisite test with parametric analysis path with normality test, homogeneity test, and interest question variable data. While hypothesis testing using ANAVA two way. The results showed (1) There is an influence of interest that arise from within the students to the learning outcomes achieved in the learning process with the results of the calculation of high interest variable average 74.87 and the low interest variable average 65.04. (2) There is an average influence of Biology Science learning outcomes in students who are taught using Student Worksheet (LKS) Word Square Model from the students who taught using lecture method on students who have high interest result Fcount = 2.967 more than Ftable = 2.46. (3) There is an average influence of Biology Science learning outcomes in students who are taught using Student Worksheet (LKS) Word Square Model from the students taught using lecture method on students who have low interest result Fcount = 2.952 more than Ftable = 2.46. This research uses Classroom Action Research Method (PTK), which consists of 2 cycles where each cycle consists of four steps: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection was done with teacher activity observation sheets and daily test pieces. The subjects of the study were: X grade students of SMA Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau were 38 students. From result of research known that by applyinglearning model studentfacilitator and explaining, student who reach KKM from 52,88 percent in cycle I become 86,21 percent in cycle II. Based on the data analysis can be concluded that by applying model learning student facilitator and explaining the quality of learning on Biology subjects in class X SMA 7 Lubuklinggau increase. The big increase of learning result of class X student of SMA Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau on biology learning using learning model student facilitator and explaining equal to 33,33 percent.
