The effect of treatment is determined using the method of completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of six treatments and three replications. The treatments were P0 is the control, P1 with the roasting time of 40 minutes, P2 with a roasting time of 50 minutes, P3 with a roasting time of 60 minutes, P4 with a roasting time of 70 minutes and P5 with a roasting time of 80 minutes. Based on the Anova test track with significant level of 5 percent showed significant results that Fhitung (6.42) more than F table (3.68), followed by LSD test were obtained significantly different results in the treatment of P3 (60 minutes) with a number BNT 2.67. Coffee bean roasting time best bark in treatment P3 with a roasting time of 60 minutes that have criteria dark brown color, very fragrant aroma, smooth texture, taste bitter, and acceptance of like . Data collection techniques for learning outcomes using test techniques, while learning activity data using observation techniques. The average value of students for classes taught with model Cooperative Script of 70.11, while for classes taught by using conventional learning amounted to 64.22. The collected data was analyzed using ttest at significant level a = 0.05 then obtained (2.45) more than (1.67), it can be concluded that there is influence ofmodel Cooperative Script to the biology learning result of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau. The result of observation of learning activity of first meeting is got average value equal to 75,33 percent with enough category and result of observation of learning activity of second meeting obtained average value equal to 75,94 percent with enough category. The initial stage of this research is the flouring okara followed by making wet noodle okara and analyze the nutritional content characterized by the high content of fiber and protein than wheat flour. The results showed that the nutritional value of wet noodles with okara flour substitution had 6.7 percent protein, ash 0.27 percent, water 66 percent, carbohydrate 26 percent, fat 0.5 percent, and fiber 2.4 percent. The content of okara noodle fiber is able to meet the sufficiency of fiber consumption recommended by United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) amount 25 to 30g for a day . Substitution of okara flour can significantly increase the value of protein and dietary fiber in wet noodles. The design applied in this research is pretest posttest control group design. The sample was obtained using random sampling technique. To obtain data of student learning result used test. Results of student learning data were analyzed using ttest. The result of ttest analysis shows that tcount more than ttable (4.01 more than1.68), can mean the mean of experiment class is bigger than average control class value. It can be concluded that Guided Note Taking learning model influences the biology learning result of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau.
