It involves the trajectory of an object over time by locating its position in every frame of the video. In this paper we implement a moving object detection method on FPGA. Detection of moving object is a challenging task. In our implementation of the design we used the background subtraction based method. Background subtraction is a method which detects moving objects from reference background image. It obtains input seek facts and data's (i.e.), a seek word and comes back the address of a similar phrase that is retained in CAM. In power utilization issue of view, CAM is an inefficient recollection apparatus because of aligned evaluation. Thus, robust, high speed and low power sense amplifier are highly sought-after in CAM design. In this, paper inserts parity bit which is utilized for hold up decrease, area and power overhead. Furthermore suggest a productive gated power method to reduce the top and mean power utilization and enhance the robustness of the conceive against process variations. These techniques will be implemented in Asynchronous Transfer Mode as a transformation table. In this paper, capacitance scaling is implemented on register to optimize the power. Clock Power & Signal Power are independent of capacitance scaling. I/O Power & Leakage Power is varying with changing capacitance. There is 48.76% drop in I/O Power when we reduce capacitance from 512 pF to 256 pF. In case of reducing further to 128 pF there is 73.15% power reduction occurred. To go more further to reduce capacitance to 64 pF the reduction scale is going up to 85.34%. When we reduce the capacitance to 32 pF the reduction in power dissipation is 97.00%. This design is implemented on 28 nm Artix7 FPGA. Because of hardware crash, software bugs, environmental risks etc., there would be errors and faults occur and hence the reliability factor is severely affected. Most of the faults at sensor nodes are either permanent in nature due to energy depletion or transient fault due to momentary disruption like high heat etc. Thus the sensor network should be fault tolerant and hence, a novel approach towards clustering with optimal coverage of tracking multiple objects in WSNs is being experimented. The Proposed method engaged improved K-means clustering algorithm with simulated annealing technique which employs to find optimal use of sensor nodes and recover from fault as quickly as possible so that target detection won't be disrupted. This technique is simulated in Matlab software to analyze consumption of energy and network lifetime by using proposed algorithm. Their main disadvantage is their complexity, requiring a great number of power devices and passive components, and a rather complex control circuitry. This paper proposes a single-phase seven- level inverter for grid connected PV systems, with a novel pulse width-modulated (PWM) control scheme. Three reference signals that are identical to each other with an offset that is equivalent to the amplitude of the triangular carrier signal were used to generate the PWM signals. The inverter is capable of producing seven levels of output-voltage levels from the dc supply voltage. This paper proposes a new multilevel inverter topology using an H-bridge output stage with two bidirectional auxiliary switches. This paper introduces a novel Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) - Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) based watermarking technique to improve the robustness and imperceptibility. In this approach watermark images are hided into the intermediate frequency bands of the cover image by modifying the singular values. The technique has been verified under the presence of attacks like Gaussian blur, Gaussian noise, Salt and pepper noise and Speckle noise. The objective of the network is to provide seamless internet connectivity to the mobile internet users. To fulfill the objective, mobility management of the mesh clients (MC) is necessary. This paper focuses on three mobility management schemes: MEsh networks with MObility management (MEMO), Mesh Mobility Management (M3) and adaptive mobility management scheme. The performance of the three schemes is compared quantitatively in terms of communication cost. Data loggers connected to these rain gauges keep count of the amount of rainfall being received and store it in their internal memory until it's collected. Internet-enabled loggers present currently in the market are very limited and extremely expensive. This paper presents a cheap and efficient tipping bucket rain gauge with an internet enabled data logger. The data logger posts the rainfall data to a SQL database located on our server through a microcontroller which has been interfaced with a GSM/GPRS module. The two key requirements of FIR filters are reconfigurability and low complexity. The researches have been introduced many architectures for above key metrics. For reconfigurable FIR filter, two architectures was implemented, namely Constant Shift Method [CSM] and Programmable Shift Method [PSM]. The complexity of linear phase FIR filters is dominated by the number of adders (subtractors) in the coefficient multiplier. The Common Subexpression Elimination (CSE) algorithm was introduced for reducing the number of adders in the multipliers and also dynamically reconfigurable filters can be efficiently implemented based on Canonic Signed Digit (CSD) representation of coefficients. It is well known that the two classes of Common Subexpression Elimination techniques(vertical and horizontal) minimize the two main cost metrics namely logic operators and logic in realizing finite impulse response (FIR) filters. A new CSE algorithm using binary representation of coefficients was introduced for the implementation of higher order FIR filters with a fewer number of adders than CSD-based CSE methods. A new greedy CSE algorithm based on CSD representation of coefficients multipliers was introduced for implementing low complexity higher order filters.
