The proposed methodology uses input-output analysis. We propose the destination survey as a model for randomly selecting visitors at tourist attractions. The research results reveal that the observatory concept serves as a viable tool for tourism policy, addressing the information gaps at the destination level, where national statistical operations fall short. Observatories act as management tools that generate and concentrate scientific and statistical information, becoming the main source of official tourist data about a destination. However, in almost provinces, existing information does not fully meet the needs of users. Therefore, this research suggests a tourism observatory model to enhance the availability of systematic and timely information for decision-making at the provincial level. We hope that provinces and territorial units on a sub-national scale, lacking a complete tourism information system, will find the proposed model useful. We expect them to implement tourism observatory projects as a means to address specific needs, resolve local issues by uniting various tourism system participants, and address deficiencies in their current tourism statistics system. In this regard, provincial tourism observatories are expected to play a decisive role in the development of indicators and the calculation of trends, and the results obtained will provide feedback on the actions taken in relation to tourism policy.","PeriodicalId":244194,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Sistim Informasi dan Teknologi","volume":" 19","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140995785","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study uses microdata from household surveys to calculate income inequality. We conducted this survey using an identical questionnaire with a sample of adults. The sample size is around 100. One of the main findings of this study is that regions that were traditionally considered to have greater inequality no longer have this attribute when compared to regional and global levels. This reflects a shift in the pattern of inequality in the region. A positive correlation was also found between income inequality and subjective well-being, as well as a curve when comparing subjective well-being inequality with products. These results suggest that there is a complex relationship between these factors in the context of inequality. However, when compared with the level of subjective well-being, there is a very negative relationship, which may indicate an individual's preference to live in areas that are more egalitarian in terms of well-being. This indicates that subjective well-being perceptions are also influenced by factors other than income, such as access to facilities and services. Although these results are interesting, it is important to remember that this study has problems and limitations in terms of the survey and methods used. Therefore, these results should be interpreted with caution and can serve as a basis for further research to understand more deeply the relationship between income inequality, subjective well-being, and other factors that influence perceived well-being.","PeriodicalId":244194,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Sistim Informasi dan Teknologi","volume":" 22","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140996686","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our analysis uses the Ordinary Least Squares and Instrumental Variables. The impact of trade and technological reforms on workers' welfare is largely dependent on the level of economic flexibility. In this context, high labor mobility costs become an important factor in analyzing the impact of trade policies. Despite workers' high mobility between job sectors, traditional theory suggests that this flexibility may not be as strong due to the greater influence of non-financial factors. This suggests that there needs to be a different policy approach to managing the impact of trade and technology reforms to ensure worker well-being and overall economic stability. Trade and technology reforms often result in increased efficiency, but they also incur certain costs. The finding that unskilled workers have higher mobility costs than semi-skilled workers is interesting, as it suggests that there are greater barriers for unskilled workers to move between employment sectors. The impact of slow adjustments in the labor market due to high mobility costs is also important, as this indicates that the economy takes a long time to adapt to changes, both from trade and technological reforms. This has long-term implications for the well-being of negatively affected workers, depending on the particular model parameters. It is important to continue to deepen our understanding of the costs of mobility and labor market adjustment, as this will help in designing better policies to support workers impacted by economic reform and change.","PeriodicalId":244194,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Sistim Informasi dan Teknologi","volume":" 18","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140996420","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We will conduct this research using a type of ethnography known as particularistic ethnography. We will use qualitative research techniques like group meetings and in-depth interviews in this research. In the analysis of men's mind maps, the words friends and food appeared most frequently, indicating that men associate drinking craft beverages with strong relationships with friends and consume them in a relaxed and informal setting, often accompanied by food consumption. On the other hand, in the analysis of women's mind maps, although the compartments are similar to men's with the dominance of the word friend, the difference lies in the consistent use of pink in writing words, especially friendship. This suggests that women associate craft beverages with camaraderie with friends in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Both men and women equated craft beverages with femininity. They describe these characteristics as being informal, wearing jeans, having a friendly attitude, and having positive energy. This suggests that craft beverage typically evokes an informal and relaxed atmosphere, lacking the structure of other products or services. This shows that consumers see craft beverages as fun, warm, and suitable for enjoying in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Craft beverages and social interactions between friends have a strong connection, and drinking craft beverages occurs in a relaxed and laughter-filled atmosphere.","PeriodicalId":244194,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Sistim Informasi dan Teknologi","volume":" 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140996446","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research uses a qualitative marketing research approach. We used a digital platform for the initial data collection stage. The analysis then continued with the creation of a textual corpus. A deep understanding of consumer engagement with brands can help companies build stronger relationships with consumers, create greater value for brands, and maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. By paying attention to emotional, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions, companies can develop more holistic and effective strategies for managing consumer engagement and strengthening their brand positioning. Research results reveal that consumers actively seek knowledge and information to enhance their decision-making about brands and products. Mobile telecoms have well-implemented Customer Brand Engagement strategies, but they also need to have a proactive approach in dialogue with customers to maintain their engagement. This means that in addition to understanding and responding to consumer needs and desires, companies also need to be proactive in communicating with customers to strengthen their relationship and engagement with the brand. According to a careful analysis of the lexical units in cluster one, the majority come from Twitter. Cluster two highlights the comparisons that consumers make regarding the technical characteristics of products and services with those of various competitors. Meanwhile, cluster three shows that consumers are increasingly looking for personal services that can meet their needs. Cluster four warns management about loss phenomena that are specific to certain areas or regions. Finally, Cluster Five allows management to understand that consumers are currently less involved in innovative services such as payments via smartphone.","PeriodicalId":244194,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Sistim Informasi dan Teknologi","volume":" 34","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140998141","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We used a sample of 100 people in this research. The research results indicate that without deregulation, most individuals who access university studies would likely only pursue their education. This study uses the year or birth cohort as an exogenous characteristic to implement the instrumental variable strategy. This makes it possible to estimate the causal impact of university education on several employment outcomes, especially wages and labor informality. An admitted university estimates that each year of study will increase the salary. We estimate the cumulative impact of access to university studies. However, the effect of university education on wages turns out to be heterogeneous, depending on individual socio-economic characteristics. The effect tends to be higher in women and individuals in the highest family income quintile. The evidence aligns with other international research regarding the salary premium of university education and its impact on human capital. The results show that for each year of university study, the probability of informality in employment decreases, notably reducing the probability of not having an employment contract. However, we found no significant impact on the probability of not having a pension fund affiliation, suggesting a structural dimension of informality in the labor market that may not be dependent on workers' education level.","PeriodicalId":244194,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Sistim Informasi dan Teknologi","volume":"307 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141012243","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To test the hypothesis, researchers use fixed effects and random effects estimators to assess the presence of individual and temporal effects. Macroeconomic fundamentals, especially the risk of devaluation and a drop in economic activity can be seen as early warning signs of banks becoming less solvent. They also play a big role in explaining how deposits changed during the crisis. Our findings highlight the unique features of the convertible monetary regime, reinforcing the belief that debtors will enjoy permanent protection against devaluation risks. This perception encourages the dollarization of bank portfolios, thereby increasing the financial system's solvency risks. There is also evidence that the regulatory framework in this area is weak when it comes to the financial system's exposure to devaluation risks and public debt risks. This is especially true when it comes to an institutional framework that makes it hard for government funding to be changed into other currencies. We find that inflation is a very persistent process during periods of high inflation. However, with the decline in inflation after the implementation of the convertibility regime, its persistence reduced significantly. The results show that non-rational persistence is currently not very high, suggesting that the costs of designing the economy should not be either. We find that univariate models tend to perform better over very short horizons. The results suggest that there may be advantages to using a combination of different models, provided they are informative about the relationship between inflation and its short- and long-run determinants.","PeriodicalId":244194,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Sistim Informasi dan Teknologi","volume":"5 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141011864","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Researchers used a synthetic panel approach to estimate individual income in the second round based on data from the first round. This approach allows research to look at changes in individual income over time, even though actual panel data is unavailable. Based on research results, it show that the main factor influencing stagnation is the difficulty of leaving poverty, not the problem of entering poverty. In addition, analyses that consider the entire period also provide different results regarding the level of permanence in poverty. Synthetic panel analysis shows that the individuals who move out of poverty are those who were poor at the start of each period studied, not those who already had incomes above the poverty line. In addition, these results also show that the proportion of individuals who experience poverty in a shorter period is greater than that of those who experience poverty for four years. The analysis shows changes in poverty dynamics between the two periods studied. Successive poverty dominates, meaning that individuals who fall into poverty tend to remain poor over that period. However, the predominance is shifting towards transient poverty, where individuals experience poverty for shorter periods, moving in and out of poverty within that period.","PeriodicalId":244194,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Sistim Informasi dan Teknologi","volume":"226 23","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141013015","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
