Generally, there are terms called classic feminism and contemporary feminism. Classical feminism consists of liberal, Marxist, Radical, and Socialist feminism and they tend to be atheistic. Whereas contemporary feminism that is increasingly developing in almost all parts of the world is the third world feminism, multicultural feminism, religion feminism, and ecofeminism. This contemporary feminism includes atheists and theists. This discussion of feminism are explored in this article  by interpreting freedom and equality between the Indonesian and Islamic contexts. On the other hand, the issue of radicalism is an issue that is widely discussed with the existence of several events that lead to terrorism and the desire to establish a system of caliphate on the earth of the motherland. Deradicalization of radicalism  is characterized by selfishness, symbolism, and closed textual corpus. They should be transformed into a more moderate understanding. Therefore, as Indonesian moslem women, these two things need to be explored further because they affect women as the first madrasa and  the nation pillars. Moslem women must be equipped with several important components in positioning themselves as a’ whole person’ in this millennial century. Those components are knowing the purpose of creation, building world views, recognizing self-potential, and becoming productive individuals in the domestic and social spheres. The creation of an Indonesian Moslem woman with a firm, virtuous, productive and knowledgeable principle is a nation milestone as a daughter, mother, wife and public sector. Family education is very important in Islam, since family is the main pillar for the formation of children's character. In family education, mothers hold a central role as primary and first educators. The posititon of the mother in Islamic view is glorius. As a proof of noble posititon of the mother in Islamic teaching, a mother is entitled to devotion of a child as much as three times more than the father. Mothers play crucial roles in shaping the chacarter of children. It also shows that Indonesia is not serious about the theme of child protection discourse such as Ecuador, Egypt, Finland and South Africa in protecting, fulfilling and respecting and explicitly specifying the rights of children in its constitution. Based on the argument above, it is very urgent for Indonesia to do constitutionalism the rights of the child. Based on the principles that adopted by the convention on the right of the child as a solution as an effort to save and protect the rights of the child from negligence and neglect of the State to protect and fulfill the human rights and constitutional rights of the child. The effort of constitutionalism is also considered as a strengthening effort in the formation of legislation in the future as well as the basis or test stone of the Constitutional Court in handling the future judicial review of the Law which violates the norm on the protection of children's rights under the Constitution. In addition, it is urgent for constitutionalism and incorporates the idea of constitutional complaints in the Constitutional Court through the Constitution. The purpose of this study was to determine the relation between the teachers’women teaching skill and the learning outcomes of the students at Muhammadiyah junior high school Limbung, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This study applied quantitative descriptive research method. The population of the study was all of 3 teachers women and all students as many as 362 people. In addition, the sampeling technique in selecting the teacherswas Saturated sampling while the 34 samples from the students were selected using Random Samplin technique.. The instruments implemented in this study were questionnaires, interview guides, and documentation with inferential statistical analysis using Proudact Moment correlation techniques. The result of the research showed that the teaching skill of the teacher of Islamic education was 26,058 which was categorized as skillful, the result of students' learning outcome was 8,411 which was categorized as high, while the result of the data analysis obtained was r = 1.344.
