Conditions regarding urban traffic, especially big cities, for example in the Soekarno Hatta area, Bandung City, until now transportation in the area has experienced rapid development both in quality and quantity, resulting in congestion. One of the traffic lights that experiences a buildup of vehicles in Soekarno Hatta, Bandung City is at the traffic light at the Soekarno Hatta SAMSAT intersection, especially during peak hours (working hours). One alternative solution to reduce or prevent the accumulation of vehicles at traffic lights is to analyze the traffic system at times that are prone to vehicle accumulation using queuing theory. Analysis of the vehicle queuing system at traffic lights at the Soekarno-Hatta SAMSAT intersection using the M/M/1 queuing model. Based on the analysis using the M/M/1 queuing model, it can be concluded that the calculation results obtained the value of the average time proportion required for vehicles to pass through the queuing system is 97,47%, the average number of vehicles in the system is 38,46, The average number of vehicles waiting in the system is 0,36. the average waiting time in the queue is 0,35 and the average number of vehicles waiting in the queue is 37,48. \u0000Abstrak. Kondisi mengenai lalu lintas perkotaan khususnya kota-kota besar misalnya di Daerah Soekarno Hatta, Kota Bandung, hingga saat ini transportasi di daerah tersebut mengalami perkembangan yang pesat baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas, sehingga mengakibatkan kemacetan. Salah satu lampu lalu lintas yang mengalami penumpukan kendaraan di Soekarno Hatta, Kota Bandung adalah di lampu lalu lintas persimpangan SAMSAT Soekarno Hatta, terutama pada saat jam sibuk (jam kerja). Salah satu alternatif solusi untuk mengurangi atau mencegah penumpukan kendaraan pada lampu lalu lintas adalah dengan melakukan analisis pada sistem lalu lintas pada waktu yang rawan terjadi penumpukan kendaraan dengan menggunakan teori antrian. Analisis sistem antrian kendaraan pada lampu lalu lintas di persimpangan SAMSAT Soekarno-Hatta menggunakan model antrian M/M/1. The COVID-19 pandemic has entered Indonesia since early March 2020. Various efforts made by the government to prevent the spread of this virus, are deemed not effective enough. One strategy that is considered capable of fighting the virus is through a vaccination program, because the vaccine will create herd immunity. However, the presence of viral mutations affects the efficacy of existing vaccines. For this reason, the government must choose the optimal strategy for vaccination. This study aims to determine the optimal proportion of the use of Sinovac and AstraZeneca vaccines using Game Theory, and determine the level of herd immunity that will be achieved if the government only uses these two vaccines. In this case, it is assumed that the Government is a line player with this type of vaccine (Sinovac and AstraZeneca) as the strategy, and Virus as a column player with its variants (old and new) as the strategy. While the efficacy of each type of vaccine is seen as a game value. This problem can be modeled into a 2×2 payoff matrix which can be solved using a mixed strategy. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Government's optimal strategy was to vaccinate 86.1% of its citizens with Sinovac and 13.9% of its citizens with AstraZeneca. Through this optimal strategy, the herd immunity achieved is 66.7% of the total population. \u0000Abstrak. Pandemi COVID-19 telah masuk ke Indonesia sejak awal Maret 2020. Berbagai upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk mencegah penyebaran virus ini, dirasa belum cukup efektif. Salah satu strategi yang dianggap mampu untuk melawan virus adalah melalui program vaksinasi, karena vaksin akan menciptakan herd immunity. Namun, adanya mutasi virus mempengaruhi efikasi vaksin yang ada.  Untuk itu pemerintah harus memilih strategi yang optimal dalam melakukan vaksinasi. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menentukan proporsi optimal penggunaan  vaksin Sinovac dan AstraZeneca menggunakan Game Theory, dan mengetahui  tingkat herd immunity yang akan dicapai jika pemerintah hanya menggunakan kedua vaksin tersebut.. Dalam hal ini diasumsikan bahwa Pemerintah sebagai pemain baris dengan jenis vaksin (Sinovac dan AstraZeneca) sebagai strateginya, dan Virus sebagai pemain kolom dengan variannya (lama dan baru) sebagai strateginya. Sedangkan efikasi dari masing-masing jenis vaksin dipandang sebagai nilai permainan. Masalah ini dapat dimodelkan kedalam matriks payoff berukuran  yang dapat diselesaikan menggunakan strategi campuran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa strategi optimal Pemerintah adalah melakukan vaksinasi terhadap 86,1% warganya dengan Sinovac dan 13,9% warganya dengan AstraZeneca. Cisadane watershed is one of the priority watersheds in Indonesia whose administrative area covers 5 districts/cities in Bogor and Tangerang. The observation point of this research is the upstream Cisadane watershed to the Bogor Empang Water Dam Gate. Daily rainfall data was taken at the Bogor Climatology Station and the Citeko Meteorology Station. The purpose of this study was to obtain a planned flood discharge using frequency analysis of rainfall data to obtain a planned flood discharge in Cisadane watershed using the Rational Method. The results of the calculation of rainfall data are 155,72 m3/s for a 2-year return period, 198,02 m3/s for a 5-year return period, 226,53 m3/s for a 10-year return period, 262,98 m3/s for a 25- year return period, 290,43 m3/s for a 50- year return period, and 318,64 m3/s for a 100- year return period. \u0000Abstrak. DAS Cisadane adalah salah satu DAS prioritas di Indonesia yang wilayah administrasinya mencakup 5 kabupaten/kota di Bogor dan Tangerang. Titik pengamatan penelitian ini adalah DAS Cisadane hulu sampai Pintu Bendungan Air Empang Bogor. Data curah hujan harian diambil di stasiun Klimatologi Bogor dan stasiun Meteorologi Citeko. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh debit banjir rencana dengan menggunakan analisis frekuensi terhadap data curah hujan untuk mendapatkan debit banjir rencana pada DAS Cisadane menggunakan Metode Rasional. Optimization can be done through several methods, including the Lagrange method, substitution, linear programming and others. Linear programs can be used to optimize the profits of a company, both large companies, and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The general problem faced by MSMEs is how to properly combine the production factors they have in order to obtain maximum profit with minimal costs. MSME Aini Nabani @temen.nasi is one of the MSMEs that has been active since 2019, and produces 2 types of chili sauce, namely the production of Sambal Tongkol and Sambal Cumi. The research objective in this thesis is to use the simplex method in a linear program to optimize profits from chili production by MSME Aini Nabani. Based on the analysis using the Linear Program with the simplex method assisted by the QM for Windows V5 software, it can be concluded that the results of calculating the optimal profit for Aini Nabani's MSMEs are producing 200 tongkol chili sauce and 300 squid chili sauce with a profit of 5,000,000. The increase in profits was 42.85%, compared to the previous profit. \u0000Keywords: Linear Program, Simplex, Profit Optimization, QM for Windows V5. \u0000Abstrak. Optimalisasi dapat dilakukan melalui beberapa metode, diantaranya metode Lagrange, Substitusi, program linear dan lain-lain. Program Linear dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan suatu perusahaan, baik perusahaan besar, maupun perusahaan mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Permasalahan umum yang dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah bagaimana mengkombinasikan faktor-faktor produksi yang dimiliki dengan tepat agar diperoleh keuntungan maksimal dengan biaya yang minimal. UMKM Aini Nabani @temen.nasi adalah salah satu UMKM yang telah bergerak sejak 2019, dan memproduksi 2 jenis sambal, yaitu produksi Sambal Tongkol dan Sambal Cumi. Tujuan penelitian dalam skripsi ini yaitu menggunakan metode simpleks pada program linear untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan dari produksi sambal oleh UMKM Aini Nabani. Berdasarkan analisis dengan menggunakan Program Linear metode simpleks berbantuan software QM for Windows V5 dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil perhitungan keuntungan optimal pada UMKM Aini Nabani adalah memproduksi sambal tongkol sebanyak 200  dan sambal cumi sebanyak 300 dengan keuntungan yang diperoleh 5.000.000. Smartphone competition in Indonesia, especially among students, is fiercely competitive. In choosing a smartphone, a lot of considerations are made by students. Each smartphone brand has a different quality, which has its advantages and disadvantages. To maintain the convenience of the company, in this study the author did not mention the original brand name. Brand S and brand O are two smartphones that are in great demand by students. The two brands compete with each other to get consumers by carrying out strategies that will be applied by each brand. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal strategy in the competition of smartphone S and smartphone O using game theory. With the hope that smartphone manufacturers can maintain sales of their products. In a two-player game the number zero consists of two optimal strategies, namely pure strategy and mixed strategy. This research produces a single optimal solution using a pure strategy, namely in determining the competitive strategy where for smartphone S the optimal strategy is to use a product durability strategy while for smartphone O the optimal strategy is to use a RAM strategy. \u0000Abstrak. Persaingan smartphone di Indonesia khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa bersaing ketat. Dalam menentukan memilih smartphone, banyak sekali pertimbangan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Setiap brand smartphone memiliki kualitas yang berbeda yaitu memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangannya. Untuk menjaga kenyamanan perusahaan, dalam penelitian ini penulis tidak menyebutkan nama brand aslinya. Brand S dan brand O merupakan dua smartphone yang banyak diminati para mahasiswa. Kedua brand tersebut saling bersaing untuk mendapatkan konsumen dengan cara melakukan strategi yang akan diterapkan oleh setiap brand. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi optimal dalam persaingan smartphone S dan smartphone O menggunakan teori permainan. Dengan harapan produsen smartphone dapat mempertahankan penjualan produknya. Dalam permainan dua pemain jumlah nol terdiri dari dua strategi optimal yaitu strategi murni dan strategi campuran. Fuzzy Inference System requires several stages to get the output, 1) formation of fuzzy sets, 2) formation of rules, 3) application of implication functions, 4) composition of rules, and 5) defuzzification. Fuzzy Clustering is useful in forming fuzzy sets and identifying rules in a Fuzzy Inference System. Subtractive Fuzzy C-Means is a method of Fuzzy Clustering, which is a combination of Subtractive Clustering and Fuzzy C-Means methods to overcome the weakness of Fuzzy C-Means in determining the number of clusters, initializing the initial membership matrix and inconsistency problems. In this study, the biomedical voice measurement data from healthy subjects and subjects with Parkinson's disease made by Max Little were classified using the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System which was formed from the cluster center generated by the Subtractive Fuzzy C-Means Method. The results of the Fuzzy Inference System formed, the highest accuracy for training data is 85.62% with a radius of 0.8 and 9 rules. The highest accuracy for test data is 85.71% with a radius of 0.84 and 8 rules. The highest average accuracy is 85.01% with a radius of 0.8 and 8 rules. \u0000Abstrak. Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy memerlukan beberapa tahap untuk mendapatkan output, 1) pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, 2) pembentukan aturan, 3) aplikasi fungsi implikasi, 4) komposisi aturan dan 5) defuzifikasi. Fuzzy Clustering berguna dalam pembentukan himpunan fuzzy dan identifikasi aturan pada Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy. Subtractive Fuzzy C-Means merupakan salah satu metode dari Fuzzy Clustering yang merupakan penggabungan antara metode Subtractive Clustering dan Fuzzy C-Means untuk mengatasi kelemahan Fuzzy C-Means dalam menetukan jumlah cluster, inisialisasi matriks keanggotaan awal dan masalah inkonsistensi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan klasifikasi data pengukuran suara biomedis dari subjek sehat dan subjek dengan penyakit Parkinson yang dibuat oleh Max Little menggunakan Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy Mamdani yang terbentuk dari pusat cluster  yang dihasikan oleh Metode Subtractive Fuzzy C-Means. Learning methods for children under the age of 6 (six) years tend to be conventional based on books and instructions from teacher staff (teaching staff) so that the learning process for recognizing letters and numbers lacks interactive media to attract children's enthusiasm and learning methods with books confuse children - children in recognizing letters and numbers. Seeing these problems, this final project will develop an application with mobile-based Augmented Reality technology that can help learning activities. In the design, the 4-D version of the multimedia development method is used with the following stages: Definition, Design, Development and Dissemination. This research has produced a mobile-based letter and number recognition learning media application to help early childhood know technology and attract the enthusiasm of children, especially Insan Permata Islamic Kindergarten students. \u0000Abstrak. Pengembangan kemampuan bahasa bagi anak sangat penting yaitu sebagai alat komunikasi atau menghubungkan dirinya di masyarakat nanti. Kemampuan ini terlihat sederhana namun sangat penting untuk dikuasai bagi anak – anak usia dini khususnya pada TK Islam Insan Permata. Karena menjadikan modal awal untuk memiliki keterampilan membaca. Selain kemampuan pengenalan huruf, anak - anak TK Islam Insan Permata juga perlu untuk mengenali angka sebagai dasar untuk belajar menghitung. Metode belajar pada anak usia dibawah 6 (enam) tahun cenderung bersifat konvensional berdasarkan buku dan instruksi dari staf guru (tenaga pengajar) sehingga proses belajar pengenalan huruf dan angka kurang adanya media interaktif untuk memikat antusiasme anak – anak dan metode pembelajaran dengan buku membingungkan anak – anak dalam pengenalan huruf dan angka. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, pada tugas akhir ini akan dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi dengan teknologi Augmented Reality berbasis mobile yang dapat membantu kegiatan pembelajaran. Pada perancangan digunakan metode pengembangan multimedia versi 4-D dengan tahapan: Pendefinisian (Define), Perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Develop) dan Penyebaran (Disseminate). In the company there is still a problem of excess inventory to be distributed. Excess or shortage of inventory is a factor that triggers an increase in costs. The amount of inventory that is too much will result in waste in storage costs, but if the amount of inventory is less it will result in the loss of the company's opportunity to make a profit. Therefore, the company must plan and optimize the amount of production with a minimum total inventory cost. The solution that can be done to answer these problems is an improvement in the production control system. This improvement can be done through the calculation of production control using the multi item Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) method.  Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) is an inventory model where the product is made by the company itself. The purpose of the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) model is to determine the optimal amount of production to minimize total inventory costs. This research was conducted at PT. IS with 130 ml milk products with apple, orange and strawberry flavors and 70 ml strawberry and orange milk. The results of the calculation using the multi-item EPQ method, obtained the optimal milk production quantity as much as 14,835.7 milk cartons 130 ml apples, 17,295.6 milk cartons 130 ml oranges, 17,943.2 milk cartons 130 ml strawberries, 10,192 milk cartons 70 ml strawberries and 9,954 ,3 cartons of 70 ml orange milk with a minimum total inventory cost of Rp. 4,921,709,700. \u0000Keywords : Economic Production Quantity (EPQ), Total Cost, Inventory.  \u0000Abstrak. Didalam perusahaan masih terjadi permasalahan kelebihan jumlah persediaan yang akan disalurkan. Kelebihan atau kekurangan persediaan merupakan faktor yang memicu peningkatan biaya. Jumlah persediaan yang terlalu banyak akan berakibat pemborosan dalam biaya simpan, tetapi apabila jumlah persediaan kurang maka akan mengakibatkan hilangnya kesempatan perusahaan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus merencanakan dan mengoptimalkan jumlah produksi dengan total biaya persediaan yang minimum. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut maka diperlukan suatu perbaikan sistem pengendalian produksi. Perbaikan ini dapat dilakukan melalui perhitungan pengendalian produksi dengan menggunakan metode Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) multi item. Model Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) merupakan sebuah model persediaan yang mana produknya dibuat sendiri oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari model Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) untuk menentukan besarnya jumlah produksi yang optimal untuk meminimumkan total biaya persediaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. X is one of the companies that distributes bottled drinking water products in the city of Bandung and its surroundings and does not yet have a permanent transportation cost optimization calculation technique that can result in high distribution costs. These problems can be formulated in the transportation model. The method used to determine the initial feasible solution is Northwest Corner and Vogels Approximation, while determining the optimum solution using Stepping Stone. The results of the initial feasible solution calculation show that the number of iterations using the two methods is the same, namely eight iterations. The difference between these two methods is the transportation cost of Rp. 696,000 for the Northwest Corner method and Rp. 611,400 for the Vogels Approximation method. The results of the calculation of the optimal solution show that there are differences in the number of iterations. For the Northwest Corner and Northwest Corner methods, the number of iterations is seven, while the Vogels Approximation and Northwest Corner methods have two iterations. The optimal solution of the two methods obtained the same transportation costs of Rp. 600,400. Thus the Vogels Approximation and Northwest Corner methods are more analytically efficient. \u0000Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PD. X yaitu salah satu perusahaan yang mendistribusikan produk air minum dalam kemasan di daerah kota Bandung dan sekitarnya dan belum memiliki teknik perhitungan pengoptimalan biaya transportasi yang permanen sehingga dapat mengakibatkan biaya distribusi yang cukup tinggi. Persoalan tersebut dapat diformulasikan dalam model transportasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk penentuan solusi fesibel awal adalah Northwest Corner dan Vogels Approximation, sedangkan penentuan solusi optimum menggunakan Stepping stone. Hasil perhitungan solusi fesibel awal menunjukan bahwa jumlah iterasi menggunakan kedua metode tersebut sama yaitu sebanyak delapan iterasi. Perbedaan dari kedua metode ini terdapat pada biaya transportasi sebesar Rp. 696.000 untuk metode Northwest Corner dan sebesar Rp. 611.400 untuk metode Vogels Approximation. Hasil perhitungan solusi optimal menunjukan adanya perbedaan jumlah iterasi. Untuk metode Northwest Corner dan Northwest Corner jumlah iterasi yaitu tujuh, sedangkan metode Vogels Approximation dan Northwest Corner jumlah iterasi yaitu dua. Adapun solusi optimal dari kedua metode tersebut diperoleh biaya transportasi yang sama sebesar Rp. 600.400. X is an institution that provides scholarships for students who want to continue their studies to college. There are several criteria for scholarship recipients: economics and sub-criteria the number of dependents and parental income, academic  and sub-criteria absenteeism and parallel ranking, organization and sub-criteria forum activity and position, and memorizing the Qur'an and sub-criteria tartil and fluency in reading. The Analytic Network Process is a method of decision making that represents the relationship between the criteria. The purpose of this study is to apply the ANP method and compare it with conventional assessment by X. Based on the results using the ANP method, the value alternative obtained, alternative A is 0.0238, alternative B is 0.0223, and alternative C is 0.024. Then the ranking is based on the smallest value and the two best alternatives are taken, alternative A and alternative B. For conventional calculations the best ranking is alternative B with a value 58. Then for rankings 2 and 3 it cannot be determined because they have the same values it is 52. \u0000Abstrak. X adalah lembaga pemberi beasiswa untuk pelajar yang ingin melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi. Terdapat beberapa kriteria yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan penerima beasiswa antara lain, ekonomi untuk subkriterianya jumlah tanggungan dan penghasilan orang tua, akademik untuk subkriterianya absensi dan ranking paralel, organisasi untuk subkriterianya keaktifan forum dan jabatan, dan hafalan Al-Qur’an subkriterianya tartil dan kelancaran membaca. Metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) adalah salah satu metode dari pengambilan keputusan yang merepresentasikan hubungan antar kriteria penilaian satu sama lain secara timbal balik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengaplikasikan metode ANP kemudian dibandingkan dengan penilaian secara konvensional oleh pihak X. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan menggunakan metode ANP diperoleh nilai alternatif diantaranya untuk alternatif A bernilai 0.0238, alternatif B bernilai 0,0223, dan alternatif C bernilai 0,024. Kemudian dilakukan pemeringkatan berdasarkan nilai terkecil dan diambil dua alternatif terbaik yaitu alternatif A dan alternatif B. Untuk perhitungan secara konvensional diperoleh ranking terbaik adalah alternatif B dengan jumlah nilai 58.
