The purpose of this paper is to understand the correlation between young ecopreneurs and changing business environment leading to sustainability. To address this gap, this paper develops a theoretical framework and the factors identified are grounded in literature review. Literature Review is done for identifying the factors through extensive literature review and then, a qualitative and interpretive tool, ISM was applied to the study. Our study is unique and innovative as we have focused on exploring the different effects of the relationship between young ecopreneurs and the changing business environment leading to sustainability. The framework proposed in this paper can be utilized to develop business strategies in changing business environment. In the Indian context, this is a good study done for targeting young ecopreneurs . Sustainability and ecopreneurship emerged as the most important factor. An important fact that evolved is that almost all the factors have interdependence and were in coherence. The research limits itself to a conceptual understanding of young ecopreneurs in the current trends of business; however it does not show the results at a microscopic level. It is inclusive of factors at Macro Level. Outcome is based on intensed literature review. The present study needs to be further investigated under the light of market scope and issues. The model developed can be empirically validated by utilizing the conceptual framework.","PeriodicalId":243104,"journal":{"name":"Researchers World","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128140922","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Both are the famous nineteenth century poets but belong to different nations and lands. Ecocriticism as a literary field developed in the last decade of the twentieth century. But the natural world was going through deterioration a long time before that. The industrial revolution of the nineteenth century was the hallmark of a large scale use of the natural resources which resulted into their destruction. But the poetry of Tennyson and Dickinson tries to raise the awareness among the people about securing the natural world and appreciating its beauties rather than exploiting it. Tennyson’s In Memoriam is explored by focusing on the homoerotic desire and the desire for the pleasant natural world as are presented in the poem. Dickinson’s poems are read by taking into account their environmental friendly ideas and meanings. Both the poets were aware about the importance of the natural world for human beings as can be seen through the ecocritical reading of their poetry.","PeriodicalId":243104,"journal":{"name":"Researchers World","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130424954","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Professional & Technical education level of the tribal people have been discussed in this paper where educational rates in this level has been focused and analyses and also compared with non-tribal groups (e.g. General, OBC, SC). Some educational problems of the tribal communities have been highlighted to adopt some measures towards improvement of this educational status of scheduled tribe population in Malda district. The study is based on both secondary and primary data. The primary data has been collected form field survey with questionnaire method and interview. The processed data has been finally used for quantitative estimation of the Professional & Technical education scenario of the tribal people and placed through cartographic presentation. It is apparent from the analysis that in Professional & Technical education level male students overtop the female numbers in the majority of the blocks but some blocks are dominated by higher number of female students over the male. In case of this education level of Old Malda, Habibpur, English Bazar, Manikchak, Gazol blocks come in prominence because all these blocks show higher percentage than other blocks in tribal education. The Present of this education status show that non-tribal groups are higher in number than the tribal people in all the levels which gives a bleak view of the tribal education in Malda district and therefore, some possible measures have been suggested.","PeriodicalId":243104,"journal":{"name":"Researchers World","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116853106","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study employs various credit risk ratios as independent variables and three performance indicators as dependent variables for a period of 16 years from 2000-01 to 2015-16. The proxy for credit risk used in the study include Gross Non Performing Asset ratio, Loan Loss Allowance to Total Advances, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Credit Deposit Ratio, Loan Loss Allowance to Non Performing Assets, Loan Loss Allowance to Assets, and Advances to Assets. Deposits and Size have been used as control variables. Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Net Interest Margin have been used as proxy for performance. The result of the Random Effect Model shows that there is positive and significant relationship between Loan Loss Allowance and all the three performance indicators used in the study. Credit Deposit ratio is also significant at varying level and positively influences all the three performance indicators. Loan loss Allowance to Non Performing Asset is significant and inversely influences all three performance indicators. Loan loss Allowance to Total Assets is significant for two performance indicators viz., NIM and ROE and positively influences the same.","PeriodicalId":243104,"journal":{"name":"Researchers World","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115417884","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
