The output of China’s image in domestic animation is not only an important channel to tell the story of China, but also a showcase of Chinese culture going abroad. Guided by Ecotranslatology, this study uses the principle of three-dimensional transformation to explore how to show cultural self-confidence and achieve communicative purposes in the translation of animated subtitles, taking Yao-Chinese Folktales, a popular domestic animated series in 2023, as an example. It is found that translators often choose appropriate translation strategies, methods and techniques to achieve translation effects in linguistic, cultural and communicative dimensions, promoting full communication between the source culture and the target culture. Based on this, this paper takes Chinese manufacturing exporters as the research subjects, using panel fixed effects and instrumental variables methods, and empirically examines the effect of product quality upgrading (and product quality upgrading at different levels) on firms' export performance using the 2000-2013 China Import and Export Customs Database, the China Industrial Enterprises Database, and a self-curated product quality upgrading database. The results of the research show that the number of Chinese manufacturing exporters that have upgraded their product quality is increasing. The mean and the level of product quality upgrading are both constantly elevating. Product quality upgrading has a significant positive effect on export performance, and the positive effect of product quality upgrading on export performance is greater for high-level product quality upgrading than for low and medium-level product quality upgrading. The positive effect of product quality upgrading on export performance is greater for state-owned enterprises, small enterprises, and enterprises in central and western regions. The law specifies that personal biometric information is officially considered sensitive personal information. It imposes more stringent requirements for its collection and processing in order to ensure that the information rights of the information subjects remain protected. Based on the understanding of technical risks involved in securing personal biometric information, as well as the inherent risks of information privacy in general, this paper will systematically review the current rules concerning informed consent in the collection of personal biometric information as stipulated by Chinese laws and regulations, as well as other national standards. No matter what success a person will achieve in the future, he will be influenced by the family from birth. Parents are the link between families and their children. Through reading, summarizing, and reflecting on previous scholars’ research, this paper takes educational methods and educational concepts as the measurement indicators of parents’ educational literacy, constituting a paralleled mediation model. By investigating the basic situation and educational behavior of 200 parents from different families in China, this paper aims at exploring the role of parents’ educational literacy in the family economy children’s academic achievement. The results show that the family economy can not only directly affect children’s academic achievements, but also indirectly affect them through parents’ educational methods and concepts. Specifically speaking, the direct effect accounts for 44%, the indirect effect of the education method accounts for 32%, and the indirect effect of the education concept accounts for 24%. The effect of parents’ guidance on children cannot be ignored. The administrative litigation prosecution system is the preface to the operation of the judicial rights relief. China’s administrative litigation prosecution system has experienced a transformation from a case-filing review system to a case-filing registration system. Meanwhile, “difficulty in prosecution” has been alleviated. However, the number of administrative litigation prosecution cases has increased sharply. Therefore, the setting and review of the prosecution threshold should be clarified by judicial relief. With the time limit for prosecution in administrative litigation as a vital procedural threshold in prosecution conditions, we should ensure the dynamic balance between the protection of litigation rights and judicial efficiency. It’s also necessary to study its functional orientation and special system of time limit for prosecution, such as the time limit for prosecution of invalid litigation. The administrative litigation prosecution system is constantly improved in theory and practice. The reform and development of the registration system should take the legislative purpose value of the prosecution system as the starting point.
