However, in Russia this sphere of economy is not yet given due attention and interest to the creation and development of these territorial entities. In this regard, this article is aimed at the study of the territories of advanced socio-economic development as one of the main measures to support the development of the economy of mono-cities, proposed at the state level. Центральный экономико-математический институт РАН Москва, Нахимовский проспект, 47 Аннотация Основная цель работы – создание математической модели для редукции неоднородного распределения дозы в адекватную дозу однородного облучения, которая приводит к такому же значению ВЛО, что и неоднородное распределение дозы. Модель редукции (свертки) неоднородных распределений доз создана на основе модели МРВ, предназначенной для расчета ВЛО. Показано, что радиобиологические свойства ткани зависят от ее клеточной структуры. The purpose of the work is to determine the structural trends of formation and legislative and economic transformation of the Russian organizational and legal forms of management in dynamics. The work provides an opportunity to understand the structure and features of the organizational and legal architecture of modern Russia, for more accurate and improved modeling and forecasting of current macroeconomic situations. The methods, “mean – risk” method and method of collective risk estimating, are suitable for comparing alternatives of various kinds. The method of “mean – risk” allows, along with the value of the indicator of preference, to calculate the value of the risk indicator associated with the size of the losses when there is a possible error in choosing the “best” alternative, if it is studied independently of other available. The method of collective risk estimating allows assess the risk during choosing an effective alternative associated with the possibility of making a mistake if interval objects are compared with each other in their interconnect set. To estimate alternatives adequately it is advisable to consider both kinds of risk with using both of these methods. When using such methods, the selected assets are essentially taken into account in calculating with the “weight” the smaller, the more their prices deviate from the regression. However, these methods do not allow comparing different specifications of regression in order to select the “best” of them. We consider “intermediate” situations typical for valuation problems, when the distribution of deviations from regression is close to normal, but has “heavier tails” that exponentially decrease. The data of a survey of students on the assessment of the importance of various motives for choosing targets are used. The main goal was to find the structure of the set of intentions, which is expressed in the form of a graph of direct connections. The interrelationships between assessments of intentions define the typology of students according to their target orientation. Due to the integrity of the intent measurement scale, two ways of evaluating relationships could be used: standard correlation and information-theoretic. As calculations have shown, both methods give similar results. For the analysis, those direct connections that were identified by both methods were used. This confirms to a certain extent the possibility of using Shannon information to find direct connections by the method of partial correlations in the case of nominal scales. It seems that, to one degree or another, the algorithmic and technological advantages of cryptocurrencies will be used to reduce transaction costs of the economy. However, their legitimization will be associated with a gradual rejection of anonymity and increased state control.
