Demography of economic entities of the Russian Federation in organizational and legal forms

The paper studies the quantitative structure of Russian economic entities in the dynamics of organizational and legal forms. This statistical section covers not only large and medium-sized organizations, but also all other types of enterprises – legal entities in General. The purpose of the work is to determine the structural trends of formation and legislative and economic transformation of the Russian organizational and legal forms of management in dynamics. The work provides an opportunity to understand the structure and features of the organizational and legal architecture of modern Russia, for more accurate and improved modeling and forecasting of current macroeconomic situations. The article also presents the latest trends in the demography of Russian enterprises, the volume of their registration and liquidation, attempts to determine the main causes of what is happening.
