The software design made by thousands of rules is orientated into task execution time. But in our days more and more people are using two displays (monitors) for daily work, sometime curved monitors and rules of software design for that is not the same as for the flat screen. In article we are analyzing Fitts law formula adaptation that could be used in a curved monitor. Data was taken researching 2 - 4 years children by electroencephalography (EEG) signals and Eyes Tracker to investigate the following issues, using the time and distance - frequency representations method, for each epoch corresponding to one presentation. Multidimensional data should be provided in a form that researcher could understand the structure of the given data. Graphical data visualization could be used for this purpose. One of the methods of graphical data visualization is multidimensional scaling. Using multidimensional scaling higher dimension data is visualized in two or three dimensional space. In this paper genetic algorithm is combined with multidimensional scaling technique. Genetic algorithms usually mimic natural evolution and consist of selection, recombination and mutation. Services provided on a live network became very complex and require different QoS (Quality of Service). 3GPP defines four service types: conversational, interactive, streaming, and background, which can be managed, in terms of quality, to ensure differentiated services for end users. HSPA (High Speed Packet Access) Diff- Serv management provides facilities based on service type and user priority. Different user profiles allow to maintain high level services and to control users in networks based on the load. The goal of this research is to estimate the efficiency of quality management based services for individual user on UMTS network. End user experience is most concerned question of this research. The users attempting background traffic class service are investigated. According to this, three different users (Gold, Silver, Copper) are distinguished, which are formed by combining SPI (Scheduling Priority Indicator) and ARP (Allocation/Retention Priority) parameters related to QoS assurance. Practical part of study is performed on a commercial mobile network. The challenge is to interpret them efficiently from security and network engineering standpoint as payload and application layer protocol specific information is missing. The article presents the statistical analysis of network flows with the emphasis on packet size distribution. Existing packet size distribution researches were reviewed. Packet size distribution Cumulative Distribution Functions (CDFs) were produced from existing academic computer network data. The CDFs for protocols TCP, UDP, ICMP and popular application layer protocols (HTTP, DNS) were analysed. Network traffic statistics were further visualized using radar graph. As alternative was proposed Adaptive mapping concept, which let to map few documents through one global document. Role of global document could be played by Security standard or Security ontology. Critical success factor in adaptive mapping concept is quality of chosen Security ontology. In this paper we analyzed metrics used for Ontology evaluation, and proposed two additional metrics, which are important from adaptive mapping point of view. This can raise the “curse of dimensionality” problem and downgrade speech emotion classification process. In this paper we present minimal cross-correlation based formation of multi-level features for speech emotion classification. The feature set is initialized with most accurate feature and is expanded by selecting linearly independent features. This feature set formation technique was tested experimentally and compared with straightforward classification using predefined feature set.
