The basis of this improvement is business process analysis. The analysis can be done in multiple ways but one of the state of the art solutions is Process Mining which uses historical business process execution data in information systems to improve the process analysis. The historical data for analysis comes in a form of event logs. In this paper an approach is presented which processes an event log into frequency matrixes to allow efficient activity sequence analysis. Additionally, some heuristic rules are presented that allow to make inference on causality between activities in a business process.","PeriodicalId":241440,"journal":{"name":"2015 Open Conference of Electrical, Electronic and Information Sciences (eStream)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123145196","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Harvesters produce electrical energy from human's kinetic energy. Harvesting energy from human body is particularly useful for military portable electronic equipment, life supporting implantable medical devices (IMD) and consumer electronic devices. As a basis of energy transformation piezoelectric crystal was used. Human body creates vibrations of very low frequency, but piezoelectric crystal has natural frequency of hundreds of hertz. This research is intended to adjust mechanical parameters of this harvester and define additional mechanical system parameters which will allow whole harvester became dynamically sensitive to human body vibrations. In this paper there were defined stiffness of real test sample of piezoelectric harvester part and defined characteristics of reduced moments of inertia for dynamical and further mathematical models. After obtaining these values, verification of experimental and theoretical results are presented. Experimental research was performed on specially created test rig using prepared test piece. Theoretical calculations were performed using Solidworks simulation software. Finally, results were compared and conclusions are drawn.","PeriodicalId":241440,"journal":{"name":"2015 Open Conference of Electrical, Electronic and Information Sciences (eStream)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123368830","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, traditional approaches and tools used to model, simulate and implement BP no longer covers the actual needs of the business, which should be dynamic. Moreover, business needs tools, which support such dynamic BP modelling and simulation. The authors of this paper propose an approach for rule-based dynamic BP modelling and simulation and architecture for dynamic BP modelling and simulation tool. Authors of this paper also present a description of the prototype developed according to the proposed architecture. A case study was carried out using this prototype, and it shows correspondence of the obtained results to the needs of the dynamically changing business.","PeriodicalId":241440,"journal":{"name":"2015 Open Conference of Electrical, Electronic and Information Sciences (eStream)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129646872","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Multiple sections are widely used in the planar delay lines (DL) to optimize filling the substrate area by signal conductor; for example, to achieve desired large delay, several substrates with multiple sections may be assembled and connected. Several models of the sectional DL are discussed in this paper. According to the “simplified” model a section of the transmission line (TL) is connected to the load of different impedances. This section corresponds to the single MMDL meander segment. Such model does not take into account scattering of electric field at the DL edges, and frequency dependency of characteristic impedance and phase delay of TL section. The “intermediate” models in reality are only modified the “simplified” model. To evaluate electric field scattering at the MMDL ends lumped capacitors are used in these models. Nevertheless, the frequency dependence of impedance and phase delay remains unevaluated in the “intermediate” model. The “final” model is based on hybrid analysis technique - synergy of method of moments and scattering matrixes. This model takes into account both the electric field scattering and inconsistency of sections.","PeriodicalId":241440,"journal":{"name":"2015 Open Conference of Electrical, Electronic and Information Sciences (eStream)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126076514","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The TGC chain contains pre-amplification, attenuation, filtering and comparison circuit blocks. An on-chip oscillator, bias circuit and digital control core are also included. The presented TGC IC concept blocks are designed and modeled using Cadence's IC design tools using a 250 nm CMOS process. The operational amplifier implemented in the TGC IC has a gain of 35 dB with a -3 dB bandwidth of 750 kHz, which corresponds to ultrasonic signal frequency range. The second order active band pass filter is of a Sallen-Key topology with a 274 MHz center frequency and a filter quality factor of Q = 1.018. A ring oscillator with external tuning capability is modeled at 448 kHz and has a 0.09 % frequency deviation. The ultrasonic echo processing chain has a digital output where the length of the pulse corresponds to the received signal strength. This makes the presented TGC IC concept suitable for both simple and complex ultrasonic, medical, industrial or research equipment.","PeriodicalId":241440,"journal":{"name":"2015 Open Conference of Electrical, Electronic and Information Sciences (eStream)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124688925","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is urgent for each new sample that emerges to have a new 2D spectrum. The idea is that the 2D FFT procedure should not be repeated for each new sample. It is needed just to modify the procedure when the new sample emerges and replaces the previous one. The recursive formulas for FFT algorithms that refer to the modification and on-line calculation of 2D spectrum samples are obtained. Simulation results are presented here, too (see table, Figures 1 - 3).","PeriodicalId":241440,"journal":{"name":"2015 Open Conference of Electrical, Electronic and Information Sciences (eStream)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128724935","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These changes need to be implemented with very low latency because it is necessary to maintain competitiveness. Usually it requires a lot of resources (finance, time and people to change the business process components: activities (their contents, executors and consistency) and conditions. It is desirable for the changes to be implemented at the business processes runtime so that they would ensure the dynamism of the business process. This paper presents the dynamic business process definitions proposed by individual authors, examines the dynamism problems, and presents architectural solutions to these problems.","PeriodicalId":241440,"journal":{"name":"2015 Open Conference of Electrical, Electronic and Information Sciences (eStream)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125087149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The spectrum in which Wi-Fi operates these days is overcrowded and currently applied rules for Wi-Fi operation are not up-to-date. By adopting a new set of rules for Wi-Fi, it is possible to eliminate some of the currently defined constraints such as Equivalent (Effective) Isotropic Radiated Power limitation (EIRP) or widely used Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Avoidance (CSMA/CA) channel access mechanism. As it is known, behavior of Wi-Fi device might affect the nearby operating neighboring device, because the channels are shared between multiple sets of wireless devices, degrading the total network performance as well as creating stability issues. In order to bypass both of these limitations and lighten the constraints for Wi-Fi devices, there is a need for a new way of defined interactions between wireless devices. Game theory can be described as a set of tools to model Wi-Fi devices interactions in highly dynamic environment. By applying game theory it is possible to evaluate various interactions between neighboring devices and to create a new set of rules on how they operate. This methodology would let us solve resource allocation problems in unlicensed frequency band and improve spectrum sharing between devices. Within this article we proposed game theory model that brings clear benefits beyond the confines of solely Wi-Fi technology. By employing game theory models we can control the spectrum sharing interactions between devices as well as other channel usage interactions between Wi-Fi devices, thus enabling more efficient usage of currently limited unlicensed band spectrum.","PeriodicalId":241440,"journal":{"name":"2015 Open Conference of Electrical, Electronic and Information Sciences (eStream)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126887155","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
