The energy spectrum of π electron subsystem is shown to be divided into several unbound electronic subsystems when the number of the attached chlorine atoms becomes greater than (or about) 30. Each of subsystems behaves like a separate system in this case. The energy spectra and optical absorption spectra of ten different chlorine compounds C90@Cln have been calculated. Simulation of the cascade decays of vacancies is performed by direct construction and analysis of decay trees using branching ratios and transition energies calculated in the Pauli–Fock approximation for multivacancy electron configurations arising in the course of the cascade decay. Accounting for additional monopole ejections of electrons (shake-off) accompanying the cascade transitions leads to a slight increase in the average charges of the final ions, by 0.15–0.23e. The largest relative increase in the calculated average charges of the final ions (by 3.6–3.9%) is observed upon the cascade decay of vacancies in 4p3/2, 4d3/2, and 4d5/2 subshells, and the smallest (by 0.8%) occurs in the decay of 4f-vacancy. Despite insignificant changes in the average ion charges, the structure of the charge spectra in some cases changes noticeably enough when additional electron ejections are taken into account. The case of a shallow well with only one energy level is considered. In this case, the system is excited by an attosecond pulse whose duration is shorter than the characteristic time associated with the energy of the bound state of the particle in the well. It is shown that in this case the population of the bound state and the ionization probability are determined by the ratio of the electric area of the pulse to its atomic measure, which is inversely proportional to the well width. The calculation results showed that unipolar subcycle pulses with nonzero electric area can excite the system faster and more efficiently than bipolar pulses with zero area. A change in the membrane color and transmittance in the IR range during swelling of the polymer in the studied solutions was found, which is associated with chemical reactions occurring in the \"membrane-solution\" system. It was found experimentally that the adsorption and desorption rates of distilled water, oxidized Methylene blue (Mb^+) and reduced colorless leuco-form of methylene blue (MbH^0) on the polymer membrane are close and lie within the following limits: adsorption rate 0.029-0.031 min^-1, desorption rate 0.010-0.011 min^-1. The adsorption and desorption rates of ascorbic acid from aqueous solution were 0.021 and 0.08 min^-1, respectively. During the sorption of Мethylene blue leuco-form, we detected a change in membrane color. Thus, a redox reaction occurred in the membrane. Upon prolonged drying of the membrane, due to the proton-exchange properties of the membrane, the leuco-form of methylene blue oxidized to the initial state of Mb+. This fact may indicate the manifestation of metachromatic properties of the system \"Nafion - Methylene blue\". The system consisting of Methylene blue adsorbed on sulfonated perfluorocarbon can be considered as a model of dehydrogenase, a biocatalyst capable of hydrogen transfer. Temperature changes in the IR- spectra in the range from 10 to 140 cm-1 show three universal features: low-temperature, corresponding to the torsional-vibrational motion of monomer units, high-temperature, due to the influence of primary relaxation (glass transition) and intermediate, caused by the activation of conformational mobility in chains at a temperature of β - transition. In this paper, a comparative analysis of the spectral characteristics of individual Silicon-Vacancy (SiV) centers in nanodiamonds grown with a spontaneous nucleation technique on germanium and silicon substrates is carried out. Studied diamond nanoparticles have a characteristic size of 300 nm and contain large ensembles of SiV centers. In the period of the structure, one layer is a graphene-containing periodic medium (SiO2/Gr)n , and the second layer is assumed to be made of pure silicon. In the case of unexcited graphene (μ = 0), the absorption in the structure exceeds the reflection and transmission for frequencies outside the photonic band gaps. Within these zones, most of the incident radiation is reflected, and there is no transmission at all. As μ increases outside the band gaps, the absorption decreases in the low-frequency region, and the transmission increases the stronger, the greater μ. Эффект обусловлен тушащим действием вторичных электронов, образующихся в активной среде эксимерного лазера под действием мгновенного гамма-излучения. Эффект значительно усиливается при увеличении плотности потока гамма-излучения, и коэффициент потерь может достигать значений ~10-2-2·10-2 сm-1. A new method for determining the relative phase of the field using the interference scheme of balanced homodyne detection is proposed. The method is based on direct measurement of the average complex amplitude of a quantum field mixed with a classical field using a passive symmetric beam splitter under conditions of a balanced homodyne measurement scheme. A \"direct\" measurement of the average field amplitude is a direct measurement of the real and imaginary parts of the average quantum mechanical value of the complex field amplitude by homodyning.
