The entropy method-fuzzy hierarchical analysis is used to evaluate the green financial capital operation risk. Firstly, I point out the research trends and shortcomings, define the concepts of fund operation, operation risk, risk evaluation, and green finance, and elaborate the relevant basic theories to lay the theoretical foundation for the later research; secondly, I identify the external and internal fund operation risks by describing the development plan, overall operation, and specific operation plan of green finance; then, according to the existing fund operation risks, I integrate commercial banks’ risk. Then, based on the existing fund operation risks, I integrate the risk types of commercial banks, combine the characteristics of green finance business, design the green finance fund operation risk evaluation index system, initially determine the index weights through hierarchical analysis method, introduce the entropy value method to improve the index weights, and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the final evaluation results: in the process of green finance fund operation, internal risk is the most important risk, among which credit risk and financial innovation risk have the most significant impact; external risk is the second most important risk, among which economic risk and political risk are the most important. External risks are the second most important risks, among which economic risks and political risks are more obvious. The risks are judged from single-factor aspects, and the scoring values are used to determine the higher possibility of schedule risks caused by human factors, and finally, the schedule risk level of the reservoir project is determined to be medium through a comprehensive evaluation. The reasonableness of the calculation results shows that the entropy theory and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are still applicable to the assessment of green investment risks.
Wirel. Aiming at the problem of the degradation of particle filter weights and loss of particle diversity, which leads to the decrease of filter accuracy, this paper uses the plant cell swarm algorithm to optimize the particle filter. First of all, combining the characteristics of plant cells that affect the growth rate of cells when the auxin content changes due to light stimulation realizes the optimization of the particles after importance sampling, so that they are concentrated in the high-likelihood area, and the problem of particle weight degradation is solved. Secondly, in the process of optimizing particle distribution, the auxin content of each particle is different, which makes the optimization effect on each particle different, so it effectively solves the problem of particle diversity loss. Finally, a simulation experiment is carried out. During the experiment, the robot moves by receiving control commands through wireless communication. The experimental results show that the algorithm effectively solves the problem of particle weight degradation and particle diversity loss and improves the filtering accuracy. The improved algorithm is verified in the simultaneous localization and mapping of the robot, which effectively improves the robot’s performance at the same time positioning accuracy. Compared with the classic algorithm, the robot positioning accuracy is increased by 49.2%. Moreover, the operational stability of the algorithm has also been improved after the improvement.
Wirel. Commun. Mob. Noncircular sources are used to expand the dimension of the received signal matrix, so the number of identifiable information sources and the accuracy of direct position determination are improved. Furthermore, nested array increases spatial degree of freedom. In this paper, the high-dimensional search problem of noncircular sources is investigated. Therefore, we propose algorithm dimension reduction subspace data fusion (RD-SDF) to reduce complexity and increase positioning accuracy. Simulation results show that the proposed RD-SDF algorithm for multiple nested arrays with noncircular sources has improved positioning accuracy with higher spatial degree of freedom than SDF, Capon, and two-step algorithms with uniform linear array and circular sources (CS).
Wirel. How to achieve accurate predictions of air quality in a variety of complex situations is the key to the rapid response of local governments. This paper studies two problems: (1) how to predict the air quality of any monitoring station based on the existing weather and environmental data while considering the spatiotemporal correlation among monitoring stations and (2) how to maintain the accuracy and stability of the forecast even when the available data is severely insufficient. A prediction model combining Long Short-Term Memory networks (LSTM) and Graph Attention (GAT) mechanism is proposed to solve the first problems. A metalearning algorithm for the prediction model is proposed to solve the second problem. LSTM is used to characterize the temporal correlation of historical data and GAT is used to characterize the spatial correlation among all the monitoring stations in the target city. In the case of insufficient training data, the proposed metalearning algorithm can be used to transfer knowledge from other cities with abundant training data. Through testing on public data sets, the proposed model has obvious advantages in accuracy compared with baseline models. Combining with the metalearning algorithm, it gives a much better performance in the case of insufficient training data.
Wirel. Commun. Mob. The teacher-student interaction is thought to be influenced by teaching mode as a key indicator of improving teaching efficiency. We develop a research model based on a literature review to explain the drawbacks of teacher-student interaction in flipped classrooms with oral English instruction. SmartPLS software was used to analyze the survey data of 84 students from three classes. Emotional resistance has a significant negative impact on the effect of teacher-student interaction in the flipped classroom, whereas learning autonomy and video content quality have a significant positive impact. Our research adds to the body of knowledge in the field of flipped classrooms and provides theoretical support for teachers in colleges and universities who want to use this teaching method.
Wirel. It will be of great practical value if it is combined with sports. When a traditional exercise assistance system is introduced into sports training, the athlete’s training information can be obtained by monitoring the exercise process through sensors and other equipment, which can assist the athlete in retrospectively analyzing the technical actions. However, the traditional system must be equipped with multiple sensor devices, and the exercise information provided must be accurate. This paper proposes a motion assistance evaluation system based on deep learning algorithms for human posture recognition. The system is divided into three sections: a standard motion database, auxiliary instruction, and overall evaluation. The standard motion database can be customized by the system user, and the auxiliary teaching system can be integrated. The user’s actions are compared to the standard actions and intuitively displayed to the trainers as data. The system’s overall evaluation component can recognize and display video files, giving trainers an intelligent training platform. Simulator tests are also available. It also demonstrates the efficacy of the algorithm used in this paper.
Wirel. Commun. Mob. The major aims of the model are to perform accurate electricity theft detection and to overcome the issues in the existing models. The issues include overfitting and inability of the models to handle imbalanced data. For this purpose, the electricity consumption data of smart meters is taken from state grid corporation of China. An electric utility company gathers the data from the intelligent antenna-based smart meters installed at the consumers’ end. The dataset contains real-time data with missing values and outliers. Therefore, it is first preprocessed to get the refined data followed by feature engineering for selection and extraction of the finest features from the dataset using convolutional neural network. The classification of electricity consumers is performed by dividing them into honest and fraudulent classes using the proposed particle swarm optimization-gated recurrent unit model. The proposed model is evaluated by performing simulations in terms of several performance measures that include accuracy, area under the curve, \u0000 \u0000 F\u0000 1\u0000 \u0000 -score, recall, and precision. The comparison between the proposed hybrid deep neural network and benchmark models is also performed. The benchmark models include gated recurrent unit, long short term memory, logistic regression, support vector machine, and genetic algorithm-based gated recurrent unit. The results indicate that the proposed hybrid deep neural network model is more efficient in handling class imbalanced issues and performing electricity theft detection. The robustness, accuracy, and generalization of the model are also analyzed in the proposed work.
Wirel. Commun. Mob.
