Wondershare Filmora9-based interactive learning media has never been used by teachers. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the design process of learning media development wondershare Filmora 9 in the subject of Electric Power Transmission, (2) to determine the feasibility of learning media used in the learning process. The research model used in this study consists of Analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation (ADDIE). The subjects of this study were students of class XI TJT SMKN 1 Percut Sei Tuan, while the validators of media assessment were UNIMED lecturers and homeroom teachers of class XI TJTL to assess the material and media. The results of this study show that interactive learning media based on Filmora 9 is classified as \"Excellent\". Based on the results of the assessment the validator got the category \"Very Worthy\" with details from the media expert validator got a percentage score of 92% with the category \"Very Worthy\". In the media assessment by material experts, a percentage score of 93.5% was obtained with the category \"Very Worthy\". Based on the four validators, it can be concluded that interactive learning media based on Filmora 9 is suitable for use for class XI students of TJTL SMKN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Key Words: Media Filmora 9, feasibility, electric power transmission AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah keberadaan media di sekolah kurang praktis serta sulit untuk dibawa dan siswa cenderung bisan karena guru menjelaskan secara teoritik dan kurang mengoptimalkan teknologi dalam media. Media pembelaajran interaktif berbasis Wondershare Filmora9 belum pernah digunakan oleh guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui proses rancangan pengembangan media pembelajaran Wondershare Filmora 9 pada mata pelajaran Transmisi Tenaga Listrik, (2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Adapun model penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation(ADDIE). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TJT SMKN 1 Percut Sei Tuan, sedangkan validator penilaian media yaitu dosen UNIMED dan guru wali kelas XI TJTL untuk menilai materi dan media. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Filmora 9 tergolong pada kategori “Sangat Baik”. Berdasarkan hasil dari penilaian validator mendapat kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan rincian dari validator ahli media mendapat skor persentase 92% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. (2) Knowing the effectiveness of applying the Active knowledge sharing model to smart home material in class XI Electrical Lighting Installation Engineering (TITL) Imelda Medan Private Vocational School. This type of research is a quasy experiment with the Active Knowledge Sharing research model. The results showed: (1) the learning outcomes of the Experiment class with the Active Knowledge Sharing model (mean = 83.3; g = 0.6). Higher than the learning outcomes of the Expository Model Control class (mean = 69.2; g = 0.29). (2) The learning outcomes of the Active Knowledge Sharing model (88.57%) are categorized higher than the application of the Expository model (33.3%). Based on the results of the t test from the average value of the posttest obtained t_count is 5.69 and t_table is 2.016692199. Based on hypothesis testing criteria. It can be seen that t_count ˃ t_table and P value < (0.05). Then the hypothesis testing is concluded with Ho being rejected and Hα being accepted. This means that there is a very significant difference in learning outcomes using Active Knowledge Sharing and using Expository. The effectiveness showed that the number of students who achieved the KKM score in the Active knowledge sharing model class was 23 students (88.57%) in the high category, while in the class using the Expository model the number of students who achieved the KKM score was only 11 students (33.3%) with low category. While the use of the Active knowledge sharing model is more effective than the use of the Expository model. Key Words: Learning Outcomes, Active Knowledge Sharing Model Exposito Model AbstrakTujuan Penelitian ini untuk: (1) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara penggunaan model Active knowledge sharing dengan penggunaan model Ekspositori pada materi smart home. (2) Mengetahui efektifitas penerapan model Active knowledge sharing pada materi smart home pada kelas XI Teknik Instalasi Penerangan Listrik (TITL) SMK Swasta Imelda Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasy Eksperimen dengan model penelitian Active Knowledge Sharing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) hasil belajar kelas Eksperimen dengan model Active Knowledge Sharing (mean =83,3; g =0,6). Methods of qualitative descriptive research are being used in this study. The focus of this study is on three TITL practice workshops held at various vocational high schools, specifically the SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan, SMK Negeri 2 Medan, and SMK Negeri 5 Medan TITL practice workshops. In this study, observation and written records were utilized as data gathering methods. The steps in the data analysis process are data reduction, data presentation, data inference, and data analysis of qualitative data. According to analysis and research, Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke were successfully implemented in the management of the TITL workshop at SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. This is demonstrated by the very good category's average 5S implementation rate, which was 82.4%. The TITL workshop at SMK Negeri 2 Medan has also been managed effectively in the meantime. This is demonstrated by the average 5S implementation rate in the good category, which was 76.4%, and by the excellent administration of the TITL workshop at SMK Negeri 5 Medan. The average 5S implementation rate in the good category, which was 85.4%, makes this clear.Key Words: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke (5S) AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke (5S) dalam pengelolaan manajemen bengkel keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga listrik (TITL)  SMK di kota Medan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah tiga bengkel praktik TITL di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang berbeda yaitu: bengkel praktik TITL SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan, bengkel praktik TITL SMK Negeri 2 Medan, dan bengkel praktik TITL SMK Negeri 5 Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan dokumen. Proses analisis data terdiri dari mereduksi data, menyajikan data, menyimpulkan dan analisis data kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan pelaksanaan Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke dalam pengelolaan  bengkel TITL di SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan sudah terlaksana dengan sangat baik. Hal ini terbukti dari rata-rata pelaksanaan 5S dalam kategori sangat baik yaitu mencapai 82,4%. Sedangkan dalam pengelolaan bengkel TITL di SMK Negeri 2 Medan juga sudah terlaksana dengan baik. This research was conducted on students of class X Majoring in Computer Engineering and Private Vocational Network Citra Abdi Negoro. Media development procedures are carried out by Research and Development methods or better known as R&D and use analysis design models, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE) but in the development of this research is limited at the implementation stage. Based on the data obtained during the study, validation results from the content expert get a final interpretation of (5,72) with very feasible criteria. Validation results from media experts get a final interpretation of (3,83) with decent criteria. In small group trials it was 82.20% and in large group trials it was 89.04%. From the practicality assessment obtained from the student's response to small and large group trials have the category \"Excellent\". The percentage of effectiveness gets an average of 0.86 with a high category. Thus the computer based intruction (cbi) learning evaluation instrument with this interactive drill model is feasible and effective to use and received positive responses from validator experts and users.Key Words: learning evaluation instruments, computer based intruction, interactive drill. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan instrumen  evaluasi belajar computer based instruction (cbi) dengan model drill interaktif mata pelajaran system computer di smk dan kelayakan serta kepraktisan penggunaan terhadap instrumen evaluasi belajar computer based instruction (cbi) dengan model drill interaktif mata pelajaran system computer di smk. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas X Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan SMK Swasta Citra Abdi Negoro. Prosedur pengembangan media dilakukan dengan metode Research and Development atau lebih dikenal dengan R&D dan menggunakan model desain pengembangan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) tetapi pada pengembangan penelitian ini dibatasi pada tahap implementation. Berdasarkan data yang didapat selama penelitian, Hasil validasi dari ahli isi/konten mendapatkan interpretasi akhir sebesar (5,72) dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil validasi dari ahli media mendapatkan interpretasi akhir sebesar (3,83) dengan kriteria layak. Pada uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 82,20% dan pada uji coba kelompok  besar sebesar 89,04%. Dari penilaian kepraktisan yang diperoleh dari respon siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan besar mempunyai katagori “Sangat Baik”. Persentase kefektifan mendapatkan rata-rata 0,86 dengan kategori tinggi. The research method used is ex post facto. The population in this study amounted to 75 respondents with a sample of 63 respondents who were taken through the Purposesive Sampling technique. Prerequisite tests used in this study include normality test, linearity test, multiple regression coefficient test. Hypothesis testing includes partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), hypothesis test 1, hypothesis test 2 and hypothesis test 3. Data collection is done by means of observation and distributing questionnaires. The research questionnaire was first tested for validity and reliability. Then the data collected was processed with the help of Ms. Excel and SPSS version 22 software. The results of this study prove that: (1) There is a relationship between teacher productivity in teaching and students' interest in learning with the results of the research that the correlation coefficient of 0.595 is greater at the significance level of 0.05 or 5%. (2) There is a relationship between teacher creativity in teaching and students' interest in learning with the results of the research the correlation coefficient of 0.593 is greater at the significance level of 0.05 or 5%. (3) There is a relationship between teacher productivity and creativity in teaching and students' interest in learning with the results of the F test calculation, the Fcount value is 22.850 and Ftable is 2.76. The research method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method. In this study using the ADDIE model. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire given to material experts, media experts, design experts and users which aims to determine the quality of the learning media that have been made. The results of the validation of this media development fall into the VERY DECENT category seen from the results of the material validation test carried out by 2 experts who got an average score of 4.54 with the \"Very Eligible\" category. The results of the media validation test conducted by 2 experts got an average score of 4.34 in the \"Very Eligible\" category, and for design expert validation carried out by 2 experts, the average score was 4.33 in the \"Very Eligible\" category. . And for the acceptability test, it was done by testing small trials as well as large trials on interactive learning media. Small trials conducted by 10 students got an average score of 4.29 in the \"Very Eligible\" category, and large trials conducted by 20 students got an average score of 4.32 in the \"Very Eligible\" category. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket yang diberikan kepada ahli materi, ahli media, ahli desain dan pengguna yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas media pembelajaran yang sudah dibuat. Hasil validasi pengembangan media ini masuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Layak” dilihat dari hasil uji validasi materi yang dilakukan oleh 2 orang ahli mendapat rata-rata skor sebesar 4,54 dengan ketegori “Sangat Layak”. Hasil uji validasi media yang dilakukan oleh 2 orang ahli mendapat rata-rata skor sebesar 4,34 dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, dan untuk validasi ahli desain dilakukan oleh 2 orang ahli mendapat rata-rata skor 4,33 dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” . Dan untuk uji akseptabilitas dilakukan dengan menguji coba kecil juga uji coba besar pada media pembelajaran interaktif. This research is a quantitative research, the population in this study are students of SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 92 students. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, analysis prerequisite test. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier ganda, pengujian hipotesis, uji prasyarat analisis. The methodology of this research is research and development (Research & Development) with the development model of Four-D Models. Four-D Models consists of 4 stages, namely: define, design, develop, disseminate. The Dissaminate stage was not carried out due to the narrow scope of research. The questionnaire is validated by an evaluation expert. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it is known that this development research produces learning resources in accordance with the syllabus, namely practicum worksheets consisting of 11 practical activities, the feasibility level of practicum worksheets is known from the results of the assessment of material experts, media experts, and the results of teacher and student responses. Abstract must reflect the overall substance of the article content and be able to help readers determine its relevance to their interests and decide whether to read the document in its entirety. The results of material expert validation covering aspects of content feasibility, language, presentation, and benefits reached an average score of 116 with a percentage of 92.8% in the \"very feasible\" category. The results of media expert validation covering aspects of appearance, ease of use, consistency, format, and graphics reached an average score of 99.4 with a percentage of 90.36% in the \"very feasible\" category. Based on the response, the teacher obtained an average score of 117.33 with a percentage of 93.86%.
