Bangla is the seventh most spoken language in the world. Sentiment analysis in the Bangla language is considered a crucial and well-timed research topic. Aspect-based sentiment analysis of the Bangla language is treated as a complicated task because of the scarcity of resources like annotated datasets, corpora, etc. In this research, we have proposed a new technique named PSPWA (Priority Sentence Part Weight Assignment) to perform aspect category or term extraction on publicly available datasets named Cricket and Restaurant. We have used conventional supervised learning algorithms and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to demonstrate results. Dataset preparation, feature engineering, description of PSPWA, CNN architecture, experimental results along with a state-of-art comparison has been shown in this paper. The public dataset was imbalanced. CNN has performed better among other learning algorithms. CNN has achieved an f1-score of 0.59 and 0.67 for the cricket and the restaurant dataset respectively.","PeriodicalId":239251,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Sustainable Development (ICICT4SD)","volume":"146 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125871711","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Bangladesh, the most densely populated country in the world, is now under community trans-mission of the COVID-19 outbreak. This has created huge health, social, and economic burdens. Till the 10th of February 2020, Bangladesh has reported over 500,000 infected cases and 8000 deaths. To prevent further detriment in our scenario, predicting future consequences are very important. Studies have shown that machine learning(ML) models work extremely well in providing precise information regarding COVID-19 to the authorities thus enabling them to make decisions accordingly. However, to the best of our knowledge, no ML models have been applied that can help in determining the pandemic circumstance for Bangladesh demographics. In this study, we explore different machine learning algorithms that can provide more accurate estimations for predicting future cases which includes infections and deaths due to COVID-19 for Bangladesh. Based on this the government and policymakers can make a decision about the lockdown, resource mobilization, etc. Our study shows that in predicting the pandemic situations, amidst many predicting models the Facebook Prophet Model provided the best accuracy. We believe that using this information the authorities can take decisions that will lead to the saving of countless lives of the people. Additionally, this will also help to reduce the immeasurable economic burden our country is facing due to the present status quo. Furthermore, this study will help analysts to construct predicting models for future explorations.","PeriodicalId":239251,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Sustainable Development (ICICT4SD)","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122790980","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Farmers still use conventional methods of recommendation. As a consequence, they cannot choose suitable fruit crops based on soil requirements that hinder our economy. We tried to address the problem in this particular paper by proposing a recommendation system to guide farmers in finding the most appropriate crops for a particular soil. Using a mobile application, the proposed system works with the user's soil type and geological information to perform Pearson correlation similarity calculation for determining specific areas. The recommendation will subsequently be produced on the basis of the fruit production rate of the areas selected. The system will therefore decrease the incorrect choice of a fruit crop and thus increase productivity. Applying Precision and Recall method, the developed system is validated according to real data that provides satisfactory accuracy.","PeriodicalId":239251,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Sustainable Development (ICICT4SD)","volume":"445 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116070481","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Imaging spectroscopy, another name of hyperspectral remote sensing, is mainly employed to identify ground cover. HSI contains eminent spectral details, leading to a high dimension which results in a menace for researchers. A viable resolution to this crux is feature reduction (FR). Hither, a hybrid technique of FR, mainly coupling of feature extraction (FE) with feature selection (FS) has been preferred. First, features are extracted via Principal Component Analysis (PCA), then selected via Mutual Information (MI). At the last step, classification has been carried out using tree-based classifier. Here decision tree (DT), random forest (RF) and extra tree (ET) have been chosen as the classifier. For this study, AVIRIS which is also known as the Indian Pine dataset has been picked. Geometrically the antenna was being comprised of a slotted pentagonal radiator with a diminished slotted ground-plane carved rectangularly. On the patch and ground plane, numerous types of slots were explored. Slotted pentagonal-shape patch and slotted rectangular ground offer significant Gain over 2.4 to 7.8GHz frequency ranges, wide bandwidth, along with comparatively balanced radiation properties. Whole dimension of the prototype is 40×40×1.6mm3 with 0.320λ×0.320λ×0.0128λ electrical dimension at starting frequency 2.4GHz. The antenna has a fractional bandwidth of 105.88% and an operating bandwidth of 5.4 GHz (2.4-7.8GHz). Several parameters are taken into account and optimized to maximize Gain, and the maximum gain value is 6 dBi. Efficiency reaches a maximum of 96.23% with an average of 94.32% within 2.4-7.8 GHz frequency ranges. Being obtainable and affordable, the prototype mounted on 1.6 mm thick FR-4 substrate with such a 4.6 and 0.002 Permeability and loss tangent respectively. Airline firms use traditional customer feedback types that are very routine and time-intensive. Sentiment analysis may be a crucial approach to the analysis of input in order to minimize the problem. Twitter data acts as a valuable method for gathering user tweets and viewpoint analyzes. This paper proposed a novel deep learning model that effectively combines different word embedding with deep learning methods to evaluate a dataset made up of tweets for six major US Airlines and multi-class sentiment analysis. System selections integrate these features with different deep-learning approaches for term embedding and classify sentimental documents. This methodology starts with raw DNN data extraction and tweet-cleaning pre-processing methods for CNN. The test set product is a positive/negative/neutral tweet interpretation with a 3-class data set and data set precision assessment. Finally, we understand the findings obtained from the models presented by various researchers and prove that our model is more reliable than the previous frameworks.","PeriodicalId":239251,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Sustainable Development (ICICT4SD)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125437526","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the 2DEG well forms in the interface of two different bad gap material in HEMT is not infinite energy potential well. Thus there will be a probability of electron carriers appearing outside of the 2DEG well in the barrier layer where they scatter due to impurity. This scattering limits the performance of the HEMT device. Structural Change is based upon a new undoped AlGaN layer between channel and barrier layer in conventional HEMT to reduce the scattering. The impact of this structural change on AlGaN/GaN HEMT performances are compared with respect to the performance of conventional HEMT devices. For both devices, DC and RF performances are observed and results are considered for comparing their performance. Transconductance, drain current characteristics are the DC parameters of HEMT devices which significantly improved after adding the spacer layer. As well as transfer characteristics, output conductance increases significantly. For HEMT with a spacer layer, it is observed that the maximum cutoff frequency is 1.344 times of the HEMT device without a spacer layer. The maximum frequency of oscillation increases by 1.162 times with the addition of the spacer layer. At the same operating condition, the minimum noise figure of the HEMT device decreases after adding the spacer layer. These results prove that the RF performance of HEMT with spacer layer is much better than a HEMT without spacer layer & HEMT with this new device structure is more preferable for high-frequency operations.","PeriodicalId":239251,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Sustainable Development (ICICT4SD)","volume":"135 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115624997","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The methodology utilized by an advisor to evaluate pneumonia through chest X-ray images is tedious and pricey. However, it also requires an experienced and skilled radiologist to correctly interpret the chest x-ray images. Moreover, the diagnosis can be confusing some times. Subsequently, researchers should pay attention to deploying a PC supported framework to recognize pneumonia. Again, clinical and experimental data can come from many different laboratories following different protocols and so databases are usually particularly disordered and noisy. To solve this issue, We have utilized EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) to interpret the data set to clarify its basic traits. The class imbalance issue is reduced and data augmentation is also applied. A recently designed CNN (convolutional neural network) model EfficientNet is used to train the classifier by transfer learning and fine-tuning. The model has achieved a test accuracy of 96.33% and an AUC(Area Under Curve) of 0.991. We have also calculated other strategic objectives, such as precision, recall, and F1 score, to demonstrate the efficacy of our approach in finding pneumonia in the exclusion of trained physicians.","PeriodicalId":239251,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Sustainable Development (ICICT4SD)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115169236","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
