In this paper, a machine learning-based scheme is proposed for optimal positioning of DG units in the bus of a distribution network to lessen the active power losses and enhance the bus voltage profile in a noteworthy manner. Dynamic load condition of the network is prognosticated from a few foregoing years load characteristics using k- Nearest Neighbours (KNN) regression model of machine learning approach. Numerous techniques have been proposed to anonymize various associations' data sets to distribute them autonomously. In any case, a data set is infrequently confined, a nd distributed by numerous associations may get a record of a similar individual. An independently distributed data set may have a little security hazard. Notwithstanding, the blend of two distributed data sets may penetrate people's security, common in informational collections, by composition attack. A couple of researches have been done to forestall it without considering coordination among different associations before data publishing. Even though coordination is a magnificent method to keep away from such issues, associations would prefer not to share their client informational collections with others. In this work, we present a coordination strategy where complete information sharing is not essential. This will successfully beat security concerns. The identification process of glutarylation is still primitive. Mass spectrometry is a laboratory method which is time demanding, cost ineffective and requires a lot of human labour. So development of accurate computational tool can effectively reduce both time and expense. Instead of using amino acids frequency based features, mutation is the evolutionary information which has been considered for extracting the features from peptides. Cluster centroid based undersampling is used for preserving the most useful information from the majority class for handling the imbalance issue. Decision tree based boosting classifier, LightGBM is chosen for having the best performance among other classifiers. As a result, we achieved accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of 76.65%, 72.35% & 80.96% for the 10-fold cross validation and 79.5%, 75% & 84% for independent test set respectively. Nowadays, many applications like email, blog, etc have the ability to suggest joyful or angry expressions from written documents. In spite of being a popular language, Bangla lacks a rich corpus with annotated emotion labels, so recognizing emotion from documents is still not developed as other languages. In this work, we have proposed a new dataset containing Bangla documents with annotation of three emotions- Happy, Sad and Angry. Two major feature extraction techniques - Bag of Words(BoW) and Word Embedding is used to extract features from the documents. BoW is used by Logistic Regression and Multinomial Naive Bayes classifiers. Word Embedding is used by Artificial Neural Network(ANN) and Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) classifiers. Among all, Multinomial Naive Bayes classifier has given the best performance on the test set and the accuracy is 68.27%. The objective of this study is to make a computerized framework that works with pictures, both low-level and high-level highlights (such as object detection and form) to classify movie genres. Categorizing motion pictures makes it easier for the watcher to choose a movie they would like to watch. The method of categorizing movies is known as a genre. Many people started to work with low-level features (colour, edge) utilizing deep neural networks for movie genre classification. In this work, a convolutional neural network has been applied to classify the movie genre using their corresponding poster images. At first, this study extracted features from the movie's poster images and then classified the movie genres. A multilayered convolutional neural network is outlined which is trained over a large number of poster images. Data Assimilation (DA) is a computational tool that uses value from the model and the real measurement to arrive to an optimally acceptable value. The work in this paper is motivated by the fact that DA needs to be tailored based on the dependence of the problem on the initial condition. We point out that DA has two different perspectives based on the type of problem: one that does not rely on the initial condition, and the other that is initial condition dependent. Data Assimilation is demonstrated on two examples: runoff monitoring and forecasting in the city of Dhaka (initial condition independent) and convection in the atmosphere (initial condition dependent). We show that standard DA works well for problems with no initial condition dependence and piecewise DA is to be utilized when the problem has initial condition dependence. In the first example, we exploited standard Data Assimilation to arrive at values that are more realistic than the ones from the model and the observations.
