The proper identification of risks associated with the delivery of an expecting woman at an earlier stage can substantially reduce the mortality rate. A few studies have been conducted on using Machine Learning (ML) techniques for predicting birth mode i.e. caesarean section or normal delivery. The most commonly used methods are Decision Tree (DT), K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN), Naive Bayes (NB) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). In this study we have implemented Bagging Ensemble Classifiers based on these traditional machine learning algorithms, which is a novel approach in the area of birth mode prediction. This paper examines the performance of four ML algorithms, with bagging ensemble classifiers (DT-Bagging, KNN-Bagging, NB-Bagging, SVM-Bagging). The result shows that bagging ensemble models outperformed the traditional models in this domain. Besides, we have identified the association between important factors and caesarean section. Shoppers use the rating to measure the quality and excellence of the online product. It helps an online shopper to decide to buy a product or not. It also helps the producer to further modification of that product during reproduction. Sometimes people buy a product online and give a text review of buying products but apathy towards giving a number rating, commonly a star rating. But producers need to know the rating of products for analysis of their business. Producers can use this rating for business analysis and can drive better revenue to their business. We have used some supervised machine learning approach to predict rating based on customer text review and compared the results between Random Forest Classifier, XGBoost and Logistic Regression algorithm with TF-IDF Vectorizer from extensive and series of experiments. We applied the algorithms mentioned above on the dataset named “GrammarandProductReviews” provided by Datafiniti. We analyzed the performance of each algorithm through the accuracy, precision, recall and f1-score. It may reduce the life span, and enhances the probability of various kind of cardiovascular diseases. Prediction of diabetes may provide an alarm to the people who are required to check their health status. It is a very challenging task as medical data is very much saturated and complex. In this work, we have predicted diabetes from several lifestyle parameters such as BMI, age, pregnancy and symptoms such as weight loss, visual blurring, weight loss, and so on. Several machine learning algorithms were used to predict diabetes. These machine learning algorithms were further optimized using Particle Swarm Optimizer and Social Group Optimizer. Social Group Optimized Gradient Boosted Classifier (GBC) achieved an accuracy of 71.85% in predicting diabetes from lifestyle parameters. Digital marketing is the component of marketing that utilizes internet and online based digital technologies such as desktop computers, mobile phones and other digital media and platforms to promote products and services. This study aims to understand the role of brand image on the smart mobile phone product in Bangladesh and to gain deeper understanding on the major role of digital marketing on customer's purchasing behavior towards the same branded item. Through cross sectional design primarily collected data from 424 sample as well as used secondary sources of information and analyzed mainly for descriptive statistics and then content analysis. Though all respondents selected for interview those who are currently using mobile phone, a highest majority of the responses were recoded that they are currently using a smart mobile phone compared to few who are still using non-smart mobile phone. About the brand preference, a large proportion of respondents said their preferred mobile phone was foreign brand and they importantly consider social media as a source of information for choosing their own mobile phone. Respondent's education was the significant factors where they perceived by self rather than other recommendation, in choosing a branded mobile phone. The study results confirming for the brands to reach the customers effectively in Bangladesh and digital marketing can play a vital role in this regard. Mostly customer used to make their decision for purchasing a particular product based on the other's customer reviews. Those reviews are increasing the rating of that e-commerce site. Normally, reviews are considered unbiased opinion of a person who has personal experience with a related specific product. The noticeable thing is that many reviewers reviews are not real or authentic. These kinds of feedback are usually called spam, and it is becoming a large problem in online and other electronic communication. As the value of online reviews is getting increased, the spammers are getting inspired to doing spam for them or promoting a specific e-commerce website. Also, they are demoting a specific site for payment. In this paper, we have discussed some traditional techniques for detecting spam in online public opinions. Next, we have used the stacking algorithm with some traditional classifiers for the detection of spam reviews. Finally, the performance of different classifiers has evaluated through a simulation experiment. The proposed system is formulated by two different controllers, such as, Integral controller based AGC model (ICAGC) and PID controller based AGC model (PIDAGC) that are individually applied to a common interconnected system model. The major technique is to incorporate three different PID controllers in this system. The aim of the consideration is to be achieved an effective stable interconnected power system. According to our knowledge, no one has considered before such PIDAGC model for an interconnected system combining three areas. For evaluations of the proposed models, an interconnected power system is simulated by MATLAB Simulink. As the digital contents are increasing in Bangladesh so is its vulnerability. CERT has been included in the National Cyber Security Strategy and Digital Security Act 2018 but its existence is only at the rudimentary stage with the absence of its footprint at the operational level. This study presents a framework of CERT for Bangladesh considering its application at operational level. The factors considered in this model are status of readiness for CERT, the parties involved in the response mechanism and the procedures involved. The proposed model will present an effective CERT in the domain of digitization and information sharing and will guide to a comprehensive approach to address any cyber incident. In addition, a user needs several types of authentication process so that the user can interact with the devices. However, these devices can be under attack, such as a single-point-failure at any time, and some private data can be tampered and stolen by the attackers. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based approach that assigns a unique device ID and using smart contracts to store the data transaction records in the blockchain for each IoT device as well as cloud and user access. Blockchain-based smart contracts provide distributed digital records that can endure data tampering and data snitching attacks. This method secures the user authenticity and maintains the privacy of IoT data on the cloud using Merkle Tree data structure and Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance (pBFT). In short, it works automatically based on the instantaneous atmospheric variation related to temperature and gas leakage, and confirms the danger yet to occur. WSN has been interfaced with the whole system. Traditional wiring systems excluded hereby introducing ‘Internet of Things (IoT)’. The system divided into two parts such as ‘Master Control Panel’ and ‘Child Sensor Nodes’, whereas a master can control the information provided by multiple peripheral devices and log it to the website. Each device consists of two sensors such as MQ-2 sensor, $100 KOmega$ NTC thermistor, and ESP8266 Wi-Fi module. The information of two different parameters associated with fire has been monitored through child devices. Master device collects all data and updates the server. As a result, user can monitor them through IoT panel. The web panel is equipped with ‘Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT)’ broker, gather information about gas leakage and temperatures in the environment. The time response of sensor nodes, amount of time dissipates to receive data in control panel, and manual control has been recorded. All the child devices can talk to the master control panel and exchange data between them as a form of Star Topology architecture. Roads may damage heavily or collapse fully in a severe earthquake or tsunami; so that supply or recuse to several affected areas is interrupted, and the consequence is the post-disaster loss in life and wealth. Therefore, road restoration becomes the first priority to reach the affected areas to minimize loss. To restore the network in a minimal time, scheduling to repair the damaged roads is a crucial task, and Network Repair Crew Scheduling (NRCS) has emerged as an optimization task in the computational intelligence domain. In this study, a Benders Decomposition (BD) based method is developed for NRCS. There are two major steps of the proposed BD-NRCS: identify the possible feasible solutions and then identify the optimal solution. Moreover, different optimization techniques are included in different steps to make the method efficient.
