There is a great need for 3D scanning in such areas as the production of industrial equipment, construction and design of engineering systems, medicine and prosthetics, museology and cultural studies, etc. The article presents the development of a 3D scanner based on lidar and a linear guide. This scanner is designed to scan industrial products and obtain their 3D models. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to consider the peculiarities of design using CLT panels, identifying a number of advantages and possible disadvantages of these structures. Also, the study identified the need to analyze the implemented design solutions and finding their design, volume-planning and other features. The key aspects have been revealed, the advantages of using CLT elements in construction have been determined. The economic component of this issue is calculated taking into account the preservation of the aesthetic benefits of volumetric and spatial solutions. It is public spaces that carry out the interaction of people with the city. The more attractive they are, the more active the social life of the townspeople. In this topic, the authors of the article consider the public space as a part of the environment, it's qualitative impact on the city and residents, as well as existing problems in world practice and ways to solve them. Problems: the rapidly growing level of urbanization in the world; lack of an integrated approach to the improvement of the territory; lack of an adequate level of security in public places; empty parks and squares of the Soviet era and the absence of new public spaces in Russia; inconsistency of work between the city administration, private companies and citizens. In comparison with European countries in Russia, the bicycle has not yet achieved much attention from the citizens. However, in Russia, according to social surveys, there is a request for the development of bicycle infrastructure. This study examines how the growth of cycling infrastructure may depend on the development of cycling in the country. The article presents both a comparison of various cities according to the index of the provision of bicycle paths for the population, and the identification of leading countries in the statistics of sports victories, the number of indoor bike tracks and the world championships held. The city of Izhevsk acts as an object for comparison in the study. The analysis of the speed and accuracy of the method of searching for similar images by comparing perceptual hashes, the analysis of the accuracy of image classification using a convolutional neural network, the analysis of speed and accuracy when they are used together, including with small changes in images (cropping, rotation, contrast change, sharpness change). The results of experimental work on the functionalization of nickel-carbon nanocomposites (Ni/C NC) with sodium polymethyl naphthalene sulfonate (plasticizer C-3) for the modification of the cement matrix are presented. The article presents a comparative analysis of dispersions with different duration of ultrasonic treatment at different temperature conditions. It is revealed that solubilization and stability of the system is achieved at a time of ultrasonic treatment of 15 minutes and a heating temperature of 25 ° C. The infrared spectral analysis of compounds formed under the selected mode of obtaining dispersion was carried out. The control service will be able to analyze data in real time and get the result as quickly as possible after the event, and in some cases before it occurs. Accordingly, the management, receiving operational information from the internal audit, has the opportunity to prevent or at least minimize the risk from the situation that has arisen. Contains general theoretical information about the methods of obtaining and composition of materials, as well as recommendations for creating decorative compositions from a sketch to a finished product.
