Abstract

Currently the most popular type of scanning is 3D scanning. There is a great need for 3D scanning in such areas as the production of industrial equipment, construction and design of engineering systems, medicine and prosthetics, museology and cultural studies, etc. The article presents the development of a 3D scanner based on lidar and a linear guide. This scanner is designed to scan industrial products and obtain their 3D models. This work presents a block diagram of the scanner, a description of its components, the principle of operation, the calculation of maximum speed and acceleration to ensure maximum resolution, the calculation of the differential equation and the transfer function of the system.
