The data about the number of calls to ETs are provided by the city or regional emergency medical settings (hereinafter referred as EMS). A retrospective analysis of ETs calls to pharmacies was carried out during 01.01.2013-31.12.2018. The study covered 2,214 ETs calls and 1,386 pharmacies were included. The factors studied were considered: the number of population living in Minsk and regional centers, the form of pharmacies ownership, their category and location, the distance from health care institutions, the presence of traffiс bus stops (including underground railway stations) and shopping facilities near pharmacies. We used the correlation analysis and 2 x 2 contingency tables to study the relationship between the number of ETs calls to pharmacies. As a result of the study, it was found out that with an increase in the population and the number of pharmacies of the 1st, 2nd and 5th categories the number of calls to pharmacies increased; more calls were from pharmacies of the 1st and 2nd categories compared to pharmacies of the 5th category in Minsk and regional centers. There is a tendency to the decrease of ETs calls to pharmacies as to their distance from healthcare institutions. The other factors (pharmacy location, traffic bus stops and trade organizations locations near it) influence the number of ETs calls to pharmacies in different ways depending on the region. It is concluded that at any pharmacy a customer may have a health problem requiring medical care.","PeriodicalId":23657,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Farmacii","volume":"17 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73704638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Dual feature of the levels indicators dynamics in the need for communication is revealed. On the one hand, there is a tendency to reduce the average level in the need for communication and to increase its high level at the expense of girls. On the other hand, there is a fairly significant increase in the average level in the need for communication among young men against the background of an obvious predominance of the average level in the need for communication among the students of the entire sampling. The study allows us to state obvious influence of the informational educational environment at VSMU on the personal growth of students at the Pharmaceutical faculty, on the formation of their communicative competence as the most important component of the professional competence of future pharmacists. The results of the study can be used in the educational process of VSMU, in the activities of the social and pedagogical and psychological service, in the work of educators in academic groups and for tutors.","PeriodicalId":23657,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Farmacii","volume":"147 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87127830","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This series of experiments is devoted to the study of antimycobacterial activity of three propylthiadiazoloquinazoline derivatives obtained in the laboratory of organic synthesis and Biopharmaceutics of the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences in Moldova using a non-tuberculous strain of Mycobacterium intracellulare, which is a part of the Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC). Species of the MAC are one of the main pathogen types causing mycobacteriosis. In this regard, propylthiadiazoloquinazoline derivatives are of interest for a comprehensive study as a potential antimycobacterial drug. To study antimycobacterial activity the method of dilutions in a dense nutrient medium of Middlebrook 7H9 broth with glycerol in Petri dishes was used. To assess antimycobacterial activity visual assessment of M. intracellulare growth in a solid nutrient medium was used. It is shown that the compounds studied inhibit M. Intracellulare growth. The main advantage of ecological scales is their ability to reflect generalized and average characteristics of ecological regimes due to significant inertia in response of plant communities composition to the change of certain characteristics of the environment. The main ways of calculation while using ecological scales are the medium-sized method and the ideal indicator method (of linear regression) including modified algorithm of calculating the level of edaphic and climatic factors of the environment with amplitude ecological scales. The aim of this work was to improve further the method for assessing the level of ecological factors (ecological space) in plant communities. For calculations and visualization of the results obtained we used Excel and our own programs written in the Matlab media. The basis of the method is finding the factor averagely weighed for the level calculated by the traditional way and by the method of the ideal indicator. It is proposed to set the weight of factors in both methods of calculation both explicitly and depending on the ecological index reflecting correspondence (adequacy) of the plant community composition to the level of ecological factors prevailing in the habitat. They can also be calculated by linear or non-linear dependencies relative to the middle of amplitude ecological scale. The conclusion is that it is possible to predict the content of secondary metabolites in plants based on assessing the level of ecological factors for plant communities.","PeriodicalId":23657,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Farmacii","volume":"7 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78756026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The respondents consistently expressed their attitude to the presence and absence of 13 characteristics (parameters) effecting the performance of pharmacies. The purpose of this study is to assess the loyalty of elderly customers to the pharmacy using Kano model. The potentials of elderly customers’ satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the work of pharmacies are calculated. The same parameter was revealed to have a different effect on the potential of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of pharmacy elderly customers. The distribution of the parameters studied into 4 quadrants allowed to determine mandatory characteristics of the pharmacy (availability of a wide range of products, competence of pharmaceutical workers; provision of the customers with detailed information about the purchased product), linear (location of the pharmacy, convenient schedule of its work, rational pricing policy, discount availability, informative and esthetic design of shop windows, benevolence of pharmaceutical workers) and indifferent ones (availability of car parking near the pharmacy, advertising items in the pharmacy, ability to get additional services in the pharmacy, modern technologies for population service). Attractive parameters were not set. The design of shop windows is at the border edge of mandatory and one-dimensional characteristics intersection. To attract customers and increase their loyalty to the pharmacy it is necessary to ensure availability of mandatory and to develop the category of linear characteristics.","PeriodicalId":23657,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Farmacii","volume":"114 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83673783","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
