The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at Bank BRI. The sampling technique of this research is random sampling. Respondents in this study were 100 people who are customers of Bank BRI. The data analysis used a structural approach to the Equation Model (SEM) assisted by the smart PLS application. The results of this study are that customer service has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer service can increase engagement on social media/news media, Instagram news media has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews with the Industrial Relations Team and Alumni of SMK SMTI Banda Aceh and the Special Job Exchange Unit of SMK SMTI Banda Aceh with a focus on graduate data from 2016 to 2021 which includes the total number of graduates and the number of graduates working in The Business/Industry World, the graduates who are entrepreneurs, and the graduates who continue their education. The results showed that the role of the Special Job Fair SMK SMTI Banda Aceh in marketing graduates to The Business and Industrial was effective. This can be seen from the number of graduates who work and are being an entrepreneur,is increasing every year except for 2021. In 2021, there is a decrease in the number of graduates who work due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and literature study. The informant determination technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. This study uses two sources of data, namely primary data obtained from observations and interviews and secondary data obtained through books, internet, literature. The results show that in the share stage @info_tuban uses Instagram as a means of delivering effective and communicative information to build public trust. At the optimize stage, to find out what the public is talking about @info_tuban using the manual method, namely through the Instagram story and hashtag features. In thestage, manage @info_tuban has carried out several activities. However, at this stage @info_tuban does not use social media tools. The last stage is engage, @info_tuban has collaborated with people who have influence. To reach the target audience, it is done by regularly posting content. The research employs the method of literature study, by examining the perspective of Islamic advertising from various research literatures, the opinions of scholars and the Qur'an and Hadith. Based on literature review, the development of advertising is still trapped in the practice of materialistic advertising that overrides the ethics of Islamic communication. For this reason, this study formulates six advertising principles referring to the Qur'an and Hadith as well as the opinions of scholars, namely the principle of monotheism, the principle of honesty, the principle of justice, the principle of trust, the principle of education and the principle of Istiqomah/consistent. The study is used to learn about beauty analysis in more in-depth cosmetic ads. The research uses a qualitative research approach with case study methods to analyze problems related to communication strategies formulated by organizations. The research results indicate that the communicators chosen to convey messages to the target audience have credibility, the message has been designed in such a way, the channel used is a personal channel face-to-face through technical guidance and consultation and by using the media but the media utilization is still not optimal and unable to reach the overall target audience. The communicant is all civil servants in the Pidie Jaya Regency Government and the effects are limited to changes in knowledge and changes in attitudes. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was done by using interviews with the head of Public Relations of the Bendahara Sector Police and the General Section Chief Public Relation of Bendahara Sector Police. The determination of informant was chosen using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there were seven PR strategies used by the Public Relations of the Bendahara Sector Police, namely visiting victims' families regularly, approaching community leaders, counseling in turns to villages, saweusikula (visiting schools) activities, approaching Aceh Tamiang news journalists, uploading activities documentation to social media, and providing donations and assistance to local communities in need. There were several obstacles for the Public Relations of the Bendahara SectorPolice in carrying out the strategies that had been designed, namely the lack of facilities and the lack of personnel in charge of the Public Relations sector or department. To find out the content of the news text and how the message in the text is conveyed through the discourse constructed on the news, the author uses descriptive qualitative methods. To get some conclusion clear, intimately close and critical conclusions, some of the news in the media were analyzed using discourse analysis theory by Teun Van Dijk. there are six (6) elements of analysis that the author uses to review the news that has been selected. The results found that during the conveyed news, the AJNN reporter did not convey the news in equal manner. The researcher used the visual ethnographic method offered by Cristine. Data collection is done by combining empirical and theoretical data that is devoted to social media which is devoted to Felix Siauww's Instagram account and YouTube Channel. The results of Felix Siauww's research maximize the sophistication of social media, namely by paying attention to aspects of ethical values, character, and aesthetics.
