This paper proposes an algorithm based on interest degree association rules. The interest association rule mining algorithm is applied to the consistency detection of meteorological observation equipment, and the consistency model of meteorological observation equipment of association rules can be formed. The verification of real data shows that the algorithm can not only mine all the rules with strong correlation, but also be superior in temporal performance compared with similar non-Apriori algorithms. Through association rule mining algorithm, all association items are extracted to form a case base. The rule matching method is used to detect the consistency between devices, and the algorithm is optimized experimentally, and the optimal parameter solution is obtained, which determines the device consistency.","PeriodicalId":236366,"journal":{"name":"2018 1st International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3)","volume":"283 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132494035","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In new types of applications, a variety of wireless application models can be applied in a centralized manner, ranging from WiFi, Bluetooth, infrared ray to mobile communication, etc., among which could utilize functions of 802.11 wireless network (Wi Fi) or 802.15.4 (WSN). On the new medical care management platform and RF wireless data acquirers, the key solutions not only implement the bar code scanning and analytic functions, but also complete medical data exchange and first-in-first-out inventory management. Moreover, the implementation of database management, including serial numbers and batches, significantly increases the effectiveness of technological application on healthcare. This study took Department of Gastroenterology as an example to build an automated management system for reusing gastroscopy. At the same time, the system offers long-distance searching function, provided with the convenience of the Internet and web page designs.","PeriodicalId":236366,"journal":{"name":"2018 1st International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130358084","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although numerical weather prediction (NWP) can simulate the atmospheric conditions, limited by the computation performance and the initial field data, the NWP does not perform well in short-term forecasting. Since atmosphere environment is a complex non-linear system, we used the deep learning approach to learn and perform the rainfall nowcasting. In this paper, we used the classification model based on a residual network and added the \"side path\" to input the additional data which could assist our model in acquiring prior knowledge. For the experiment, we input the topographic data to help the model include topographical awareness. In our experiment, the model trained by the additional topographic data achieved the higher accuracy than the model lacking the topographical recognition.","PeriodicalId":236366,"journal":{"name":"2018 1st International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3)","volume":"110 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122330518","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Different average rotational speeds of a windmill were recorded at a low mean wind speed in field tests. The low rotational speeds would give rise to passive optimal control of the wind turbines failure. Furthermore, the varied rotation speeds would be relative to a hysteresis induced by saddle-node bifurcations for the small wind turbine in variant electric loads. Meanwhile, the variety of the rotational speeds fades away as moderate or fresh breeze constantly blowing. This study investigated the mechanism of the disappearance of the varied rotational speeds. Bifurcation lines of saddle-node bifurcation points were observed at variant electric loads and different wind speeds via a nonlinear mathematical model for the wind turbine. The bifurcation diagram demonstrates that the bifurcation lines close each other at a narrow variation of low electric loads as increasing wind speed. The movement of the bifurcation lines expresses why the varied rotational speeds were observed only at low wind speeds. The dynamics are important to the design of optimal control algorithms for small wind turbines.","PeriodicalId":236366,"journal":{"name":"2018 1st International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115303801","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Especially the k Nearest Neighbor (kNN) queries providing the services such as searching for nearby hot spots or high rated restaurants etc. In this paper, we study a special type of kNN query named visible kNN query. The query retrieves data objects that are visible to a user in a given view field. The kind of query is useful in many real-world applications such as environmental surveillance or simulation games. We design an efficient algorithm that can retrieve visible data objects in a view field without scanning all the data objects in the data space. We also conduct experiments to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. The experiment results show that the proposed method is efficient.","PeriodicalId":236366,"journal":{"name":"2018 1st International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129928375","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We found that the passive job seekers whose Facebook was screened by a potential employer felt their privacy had been invaded, resulting in lower both procedural justice and the job-pursuit intentions throughout the result of PLS-SEM analysis. Moreover, the perception of procedural justice partially mediated the relationship between perceived privacy violation and job pursuit intention. Although organization attractiveness was associated with job pursuit intention, it did not have significant moderating effect in this study.","PeriodicalId":236366,"journal":{"name":"2018 1st International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132439231","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
