The traditional enterprise resource planning (ERP) system market is becoming increasingly saturated. In recent years, the booming development of information technology and communication technology has brought changes to our lives. The 5G broadband wireless technology and planning for wireless communications have matured, and will soon become a market-oriented development. Mobile communications, such as mobile commerce and the Internet of Things, will inevitably have a wave of new wave of innovative applications. This article takes the footwear industry as an example, using Android Studio to develop APP application technology for mobile phone wireless communication APP on the ERP management system, which can achieve the purpose of action to improve the convenience of managers.","PeriodicalId":236366,"journal":{"name":"2018 1st International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3)","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132271010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the past study, algorithm only control the forward direction about quadcopter. In this letter, we use two function to control quadcopter. One is quadcopter navigating function. It is based on calculating coordination point and find the straight path to goal. The other function is collision avoidance function. It is implemented by deep Q-network model. Both two function will output rotating degree, agent will combine both output and turn direct. Besides, deep Q-network can also make quadcopter fly up and down to bypass the obstacle and arrive at goal. Our experimental result shows that collision rate is 14% after 500 flights. Based on this work, we will train more complex sense and transfer model to real quadcopter.","PeriodicalId":236366,"journal":{"name":"2018 1st International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123468900","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It invites 5 experts and scholars to conduct focus group and collectively establish STEAM-6E project course development and instructional activity design based on design of IoT (Internet of Things; IoT) elderly assistive device as the topic. In addition, it practices experimental instruction by 48 research subjects of students in department of engineering of technological college. Through questionnaire survey, it probes into students’ learning outcome. Conclusions are as follows: (1) STEAM-6E course of creative design of IoT elderly assistive device includes 3 dimensions, namely STEAM course, 6E instruction and project knowledge and competence, (2) STEAM learning concept analysis and evaluation of project course can completely present students’ STEAM integrated knowledge, (3) after experiencing STEAM-6E project course, students of department of engineering in technological college show positive learning outcome in terms of STEAM course, 6E instruction and project knowledge and competence. Based on above, this study proposes suggestions regarding application of IoT new technology on creative design of elderly assistive device.","PeriodicalId":236366,"journal":{"name":"2018 1st International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125650771","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Even if the multimedia streaming standards, e.g., MPEG-DASH, can sup-port dynamically adjust video quality according to the network condition, the video quality is still limited to narrow bandwidth or network congestion. This paper proposes one multipath mo-bile multimedia streaming (m3 streaming) to integrate (1) HTTP/2 and (2) WebRTC. That is, the proposed m3 streaming can download required video segments simultaneously from multiple edge servers and peers. Therefore, m3 streaming can reduce video playback delay, increase the video quality and save the limited battery power of mobile devices.","PeriodicalId":236366,"journal":{"name":"2018 1st International Cognitive Cities Conference (IC3)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133264471","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
