Numerous security monitoring systems are being employed to protect computer networks and resources from falling victim to cyber-attacks. There is a pressing need to have an efficient security monitoring system to monitor the large network datasets generated in this process. A large network datasets representing Malware attacks have been used in this work to establish an expert system. The characteristics of attacker's IP addresses can be extracted from our integrated datasets to generate statistical data. The cyber security expert provides to the weight of each attribute and forms a scoring system by annotating the log history. We adopted a special semi supervise method to classify cyber security log into attack, unsure and no attack by first breaking the data into 3 cluster using Fuzzy K mean (FKM), then manually label a small data (Analyst Intuition) and finally train the neural network classifier multilayer perceptron (MLP) base on the manually labelled data. By doing so, our results is very encouraging as compare to finding anomaly in a cyber security log, which generally results in creating huge amount of false detection. The method of including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analyst Intuition (AI) is also known as AI2. The classification results are encouraging in segregating the types of attacks.","PeriodicalId":236093,"journal":{"name":"2017 13th International Conference on Natural Computation, Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (ICNC-FSKD)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131137514","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since the charging amount of electricity curves vary from district to district, a curves clustering method is proposed to simplify the forecasting process of differernt districts' charging amount of electricity. The proposed method takes the normalized charging amount of electricity curves as the input, then clustering those curves by hierarchical clustering method, and the clustering effectiveness is assessed by the sum of squares within cluster. Finally, this paper applies different predict methods for different clusters with peculiar features.","PeriodicalId":236093,"journal":{"name":"2017 13th International Conference on Natural Computation, Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (ICNC-FSKD)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127640803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we propose a Convolutional Neural Network for NER in Chinese microblog text. Instead of traditional machine learning needing man-made input features carefully optimized for NER task, our system learns the words feature by itself. Our network uses a sliding window of word context to predict tags. Experimental results show that our model achieved 80% accuracy on this task.","PeriodicalId":236093,"journal":{"name":"2017 13th International Conference on Natural Computation, Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (ICNC-FSKD)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129153297","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this work, grade prediction is defined as a multi-class problem with four classes: 100∼95, 94∼90, 89∼85 and 84 below. Since SVMs inherently do binary classification, the multi-class problem is solved using a hierarchical approach. More than 100,000 wines are collected as our dataset. Based on the two-layer SVM model which is built in this study, we accomplish high accuracy on predicting a wine's grade. Coverage, which is usually a multi-label metric, is also adapted to evaluate these results. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first time that multi-class problem is applied to Wineinformatics.","PeriodicalId":236093,"journal":{"name":"2017 13th International Conference on Natural Computation, Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (ICNC-FSKD)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130341412","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since blocking and unrelated parallel machines, the problem is more different to optimize compared with traditional scheduling problem. First of all, the mathematical model considered above characteristics is established. After that, design the Petri net controller through applying the reduction technique. The controller can model and describe blocking and parallel machines priority. The controlled model and a multi-objective genetic algorithm(GA) are combined to obtain the optimal solutions. The optimization objectives are to minimize the make-span and the mean flow time. Finally, a case is used to evaluate the performance of the scheduling results. Especially in the Mu Us Sandy Land, where was suffering extreme lack of water, when all kinds of agricultural development and utilization mode had caused obvious pressure on local water resources, if the mode and the existing agricultural planting structure were still continuing, disorderly expanding the developing scale, will undoubtedly made more serious ecological problems. In this study, taking Yulin District in the southern margin of Mu Us Sandy Land as the research object, the multi-objective optimization model of adaptive scale of development and utilization of the sandy land agriculture was established with the constraints of limited water resources and goals of economic, social, ecological benefits. Based on the NSGA-II algorithm, typical schemes including unitary planting structure, binary planting structure and three-component planting structure were proposed. After summing up and analyzing, seven different schemes including diversified agricultural planting pattern were recommended, also the planting areas of diverse crops were given. The final optimized schemes could provide references for the development, harnessing and utilization of sandy land, and improve the local ecological environment, expanding the effective cultivated land area of Yuyang District and promoting the coordinated development of regional water and soil resources.","PeriodicalId":236093,"journal":{"name":"2017 13th International Conference on Natural Computation, Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (ICNC-FSKD)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134442047","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, a computational calligraphy evaluation system is required to access the quality of robotic writing results. This paper applies three types of feature criteria, derived from Chinese calligraphy theories, to extract features of Chinese characters from Chinese Calligraphy textbooks. Then, the Possibility-Probability Distribution method deals with these extracted features, so as to obtain the feature distribution of quality handwriting characters. The Possibility-Probability Distribution method uses the extracted features to automatically build an interior-outer-set computational model based on information diffusion theory. When the computational model is established, each Chinese character, written by a robot, is also extracted to three features; then, the computational model estimates each character's evaluation value. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method successfully produces an interior-outer-set computational model from Chinese calligraphy books. In particular, the model is able to generate an evaluation result for each character written by a robot system. To check the validation of the computational model, these characters are also evaluated by human experts. The comparison shows that the evaluation results of human experts are very similar to that of the computational model.","PeriodicalId":236093,"journal":{"name":"2017 13th International Conference on Natural Computation, Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (ICNC-FSKD)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115990012","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specifically, it extracts the left and right corners, the upper and lower lips, upon the condition that the positions of the two eye centers are provided in advance. Four lip features are located by taking the characteristic of lip color and edge information into account. Analysis conducted on more than 2000 facial images proved that the eye positions and eye distance can be utilized to roughly specify mouth area. We tested the proposed algorithm on 530 images collected from FERET database. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can accurately detect lip features.","PeriodicalId":236093,"journal":{"name":"2017 13th International Conference on Natural Computation, Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (ICNC-FSKD)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125320370","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
