Çalışmada yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin koronavirüs kavramını açıklamada hangi metaforları kullandığı ve ortak özellikleri dikkate alındığında hangi gruplar altında toplanabildiği sorularına cevap aranmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Üniversitesi Turizm Fakültesinde okuyan 87 yabancı uyruklu öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış anket formu kullanılmıştır. Koronavirüs salgınının ortaya çıkması sonucu alınan tedbirlerden dolayı yabancı uyruklu öğrencilere anket formu elektronik posta yolu ile ulaştırılmıştır. Araştırma verileri 30 Mart 2020-4 Mayıs 2020 tarihleri arasında 22 tane anket toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde veriler, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden içerik analizi yardımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre koronavirüs kavramı 8 kategoride incelenmiştir. Kategoriler “Doğa Olayları”, “Sağlık”, “Hayatı Sorgulama”, “Eğitim”, “Ölüm”, “Savaş”, “Sanat” ve “Yenilik” olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Metaforların nedenleri incelendiğinde, tüm dünyanın ve ülkenin etkilendiği, planların aniden değişebileceği ve hızla yayılabileceği belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca sağlığın tehdit altında olduğu, çaresiz insanların öldüğü, ölümün hatırlatıldığı, özgürlüklerin kısıtlandığı ve insanlardan korktukları belirtilmiştir. Öte yandan, insana farkındalık ve değer katan şeylerin temizlik, hijyen ve sabrın öneminin anlaşıldığı bir süreç olduğu vurgulandı. Araştırmanın en dikkat çekici sonucu; öğrencilerin turizm ile ilgili herhangi bir metafor geliştirmemiş olmalarıdır. Teknolojik gelişmeler ve modern tarım yöntemlerinin uygulanması, beraberinde tarımsal etkinliklerin yürütüldüğü havzaların doğal ve beşeri potansiyelinin belirlenmesini zorunlu hale getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada; Umurbey Çayı Havzası’nda tarım üzerinde etkili olan doğal ve beşeri çevre faktörlerini ortaya koymak ve dolayısıyla havzada tarımın gelişmesine katkı sağlamak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, havzaya ait topografik haritalar ve çeşitli istatistikler kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sahasının mekânsal özelliklerini daha net açıklayabilmek için ArcGIS10 programından yararlanılmıştır. Çalışma süresince yapılan arazi çalışmaları havzanın tarımsal etkinliklerinin mevcut durum analizi, bunlara etki eden fiziki ve beşeri faktörlerin ve sorunların belirlenmesinde büyük bir katkı sağlamıştır. Umurbey Çayı Havzası tarım açısından büyük bir potansiyele sahiptir. 2018 yılı itibari ile havzanın 339.354 dekar olan toplam alanının 81.549 dekarını tarım alanları oluştururken 86.670 ton bitkisel üretim yapılmıştır. 19.247 dekar tarım alanı ise 2018 yılında tarımsal faaliyetlerde değerlendirilmemiştir. Havzada yazın azalan yağışlar, ormanlık alanlar, dağlık ve engebeli topografya tarım alanlarını sınırlandırmaktadır. Tarımsal potansiyelin verimli kullanılamaması, sulama sorunları, toprak problemleri ve erozyon yanı sıra tarım alanlarının yerleşme tehdidi altında kalması ve yanlış arazi kullanımı, değerlendirilmeyen tarım alanları, hayvancılıkta yaşanan sıkıntılar, tarımsal ürünlerin ekonomik getirisinin düşmesi, genç nüfusun göç etmesi, tarım konusunda bilgi ve eğitim eksikliği, pazarlama ve markalaşma konusundaki yetersizlikler vb. Umurbey Çayı Havzası’ndaki başlıca problemleri oluşturur. Ankara’nın Yenimahalle ilçesinde gerçekleştirilen bir alan araştırmasının sonuçlarına dayanan çalışma; araştırma örnekleminde yer alan işçilerin yurtdışına gitmeden önceki sosyo-ekonomik statülerini, yurtdışına ne şekilde ve niçin gittiklerini, yurtdışındaki ve geri döndükten sonraki sosyo-ekonomik statülerini ve son olarak siyasal tutum ve davranışlarını kapsamaktadır. Makalede yurtdışındaki Türk işçilerinin homojen bir kitle oluşturmadığı dikkate alınarak, tüm göç sürecinin ve siyasal tutum ve davranışların, işçilerin yurtdışına gitmeden önceki sosyo-ekonomik statülerine bağlı olduğu varsayımı ileri sürülmektedir. Numerical modelsare built adopting cohesive interface\u0000behavior to authenticate the cross-ply damage response; and successively used the strategy to model the impact\u0000response of quasi-isotropic composite laminate. Impact test are performed to characterize the induced-damage\u0000behavior in quasi-isotropic composite laminate at different impact energy test in terms of impact force, displacement\u0000and damage size as well as the stress failure trajectory. Numerical result shows reliability of the model for\u0000structural impact analysisin damage initiation and progression in laminated composite plates. The simulation result\u0000though reveals large deformation, yet, did not yield in total fracture. This development shows the importance of\u0000adopting interface elements in structural impact damage criterion to trigger constraints effect on initiation\u0000phase.The study also reveals that the bottom most surface suffers huge deformation compare to the impact surface.\u0000It divulges that the extent of damage area in each ply of the composite laminate orients in the fiber direction in\u0000‘star-shaped contour. In view of this, an insulation effect evaluation model of green building materials is constructed. The outer wall temperature index, the equivalent thermal resistance index, the inner surface maximum temperature and the thermal inertia index are used to characterize the insulation effect of the green building materials. According to the insulation effect evaluation principle of green building materials, the outer surface and inner surface temperature deviation curves and its’ fitting curves are made. The integral area between the fitting curve and the standard line is the temperature factor. The temperature factor can be used as an evaluation parameter for the insulation effect of green building materials in a fixed temperature range. It can characterize the average insulation effect of green building materials under a certain temperature range and comprehensive evaluation of different characterization indicators. The greater the temperature factor value is, the better the insulation effect is. It is linked by two inter chain disulphide bonds (A7- B7 and A20-B19)\u0000and also has an intra-chain disulphide bond in the A-Chain (A6-A11). For production of Insulin from goat pancreas\u0000saccharomyces cerevisae using as a vector. In this study Recombinant DNA technology, chromatography,\u0000Elecrophoresis, Spectrophotometer, SDS-PAGE, zymography etc techaniques were used. Humulin was tanken as a\u0000marker. It was found, goat insulin showed good result. 5.8 – 6.5 KDa recombinant insulin was calculated.
