摘要

胰岛素是由胰岛β细胞分泌的一种多肽激素,由两条多肽链a和b组成,由两条链间二硫键(A7- B7和A20-B19)连接,在a链上也有一条链内二硫键(A6-A11)。以羊胰糖酵母为载体制备胰岛素。本研究采用了重组DNA技术、色谱、电泳、分光光度计、SDS-PAGE、酶谱等技术。Humulin被称为标记。结果表明,山羊胰岛素效果良好。计算5.8 ~ 6.5 KDa重组胰岛素。不表现出抗原性。
