It is based on the boundary integral equation method, mode matching technique and S- matrix method and has been implemented in a computer code. The data calculated by the code is in accordance with published ones. A chain of Gunn diodes is considered in this study. Radio astronomical observations of a solar surface determines the sizes, coordinates and the brightness temperature of active areas. The spatial resolution of the radio telescope limits the accuracy of definition of these parameters. It is determined by a width of directional diagram of antenna system. It is confirmed that in REBCO (SmBCO) film the vortex viscosity is consistent with a conventional framework based on the Bardeen-Stephen model.
