This study uses descriptive methods with quantitative approaches. To achieve the objectives of the study in addition to observations, questionnaires and tests were given to one of the mechanics in each general workshop of two- wheeled vehicles in Mamajang and Bontoala Sub-Districts, Makassar City. The results of the study based on the analysis showed that the mechanics of two-wheeled motorized vehicle workshops in Mamajang and Bontoala Subdistricts tended to have sufficient knowledge, namely, Mamajang Subdistrict of (64%) and Bontola District of (60%). Then the mechanical attitude tends to be in the moderate category, namely Mamajang Subdistrict at (82.2%) and Bontoala District at (85%). Furthermore, the tendency of the behavior of solid waste management conditions in Mamajang District is; do not do the reduction process of (88%), do not carry out the collection process of (72%), do the sorting process by (60%), and do not carry out the utilization process of (72%). Then in Bontoala Subdistrict tends to; do not do the reduction process of (90%), carry out the collection process of (55%), do not do the sorting process by (70%), and do not carry out the utilization process of (75%). Furthermore, the behavior of liquid waste management in Mamajang and Bontoala Subdistricts for the reduction process was not carried out, all mechanics in Mamajang and Bontoala Subdistricts carried out the collection process, the process of sorting out wastewater in the Mamajang Sub-district tend to be 88% and in Bontoala Subdistrict 70%. Then the utilization process in both Mamajang and Botoala Subdistricts tends not to be done. Climatic factors such as temperature and humidity have an important role in the breeding process of the mosquito vector that spreads DHF. When changes in temperature and humidity occur, it can affect vector density and the potential for disease transmission where Ae. aegypti mosquitoes require a good environment to breed. The BMKG states that extreme climate change risks an increase in DHF cases. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between temperature and DHF cases in Bahontula Village, Petasia District, North Morowali Regency. This type of research is analytic using a case control research design. The research sample was 112 respondents, taken randomly using simple random sampling. How to collect data with questionnaires and observations. The statistical test used is the α test. The results showed that there was a relationship between temperature and DHF cases (p=0.019); (OR = 0.319). The conclusion of this study is that the temperature factor is related to DHF cases. For the Bahontula subdistrict, it is necessary to increase awareness of residents and the need for cooperation with the BMKG to provide information related to changes in temperature. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause a healthy and clean life for the community at the Car Free Day location in Makassar City. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive approach, namely collecting data to describe the factors that cause healthy and clean living in the community at the Car Free Day location in Makassar City. Based on the results of research that has been conducted from 210 respondents, it can be concluded that the factors causing healthy and clean living behavior in the Car Free Day activity on Jalan Sudirman Makassar City for the female gender indicator are 160 people (76%) who participate, based on age, namely 30- 73 people (35%) are 38 years old and 105 people (50%) know the importance of healthy and clean living behavior during Car Free Days. From all the descriptions of the discussion it can be concluded that in this study the causes and behavior of healthy and clean living were influenced by several factors, namely gender, age, and community knowledge. The community has quite good knowledge about healthy living, but not all people apply healthy behavior in their daily lives. Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Mycobacterial is transmitted through droplets in the air a person with pulmonary tuberculosis is the cause of pulmonary tuberculosis infection in the population. This study aims to determine the relationship between occupant density and ventilation conditions of the house with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Maros South Sulawesi. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive survey design. The total sample of 33 home patients with positive pulmonary tuberculosis was determined by purposive sampling. The results showed a correlation between the occupant density of residents and home ventilation conditions with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Advice for family and community housing should have enough space especially for people with pulmonary tuberculosis that room made specifically to reduce the risk of transmission to residents sharing. The adverse impact of the condition is that it can be damaged or difficult to achieve optimal physical and cognitive development. Stunting is not only caused by a lack of nutritional intake but can be caused by various factors including environmental factors. Risk factors for the living environment and parental behavior are one of the factors that greatly determine the occurrence of stunting in children. The purpose of the study is to describe environmental risk factors related to stunting events in children under five and create strategies that can be used to deal with these problems. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach carried out in Sudiang Raya Village, Biring Kanaya District, Makassar City. Data collection is carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and document tracking. Qualitative data analysis uses content analysis to discuss in depth the data and information collected.
