However, there is a lack of evaluation of path accuracy before laying, thus it's hard to optimize path under theoretical guidance and the quality of composites cannot be theoretically guaranteed. To solve this problem, this article establishes a theoretical evaluation model of path based on its error and proposes a corresponding optimization method to improve the accuracy of path. By calculating the distance between the roller and the mould along the direction perpendicular to the path, a path error distribution model is acquired and its maximum, mean and variance are used to evaluate the path. Then, the orientation of the roller along path is optimized to minimizing the path error. Some simulation experiments are conducted and the optimization leads to a 63.4% and 69.0% reduction in the maximum and average path error respectively, which will improve the quality of composites.","PeriodicalId":232358,"journal":{"name":"2017 32nd Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116627113","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In each control cycle, the eight voltage vectors of three-phase grid-connected Inverters are calculated in prediction model. The voltage vector which makes the value function minimum is taken as the switching vector of the next cycle. Thus, d axis component and q axis component own independent control and tracked fast. By the non-phase locked loop strategy, the trigonometric function values of the grid could be directly calculating, which avoids the delay of phase detection of PLL. Simulation results show that the three-Phase Grid-Connected Inverters that take model Current Predictive Control without PLL as control strategy possess nice static performance and better dynamic performance.","PeriodicalId":232358,"journal":{"name":"2017 32nd Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124429625","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As most existing agricultural mobile robots share the same platforms with industry mobile robots or commercial research robots, agricultural mobile robots greatly suffer from improper shape and insufficient trafficability. To tackle this problem, the new robot is endowed with compact structure and powerful engines. It has 4 driving wheels equipped with in-wheel motors and two steering motors connected to steering gears. An industrial personal computer is employed to control both the driving motors and steering motors, through 4 motion drivers and 1 Arduino chip respectively. To make the robot move coordinately, a steering angle estimation model for front/rear wheel pairs and an optimal linear velocity generation strategy for four wheels are proposed. Simulations and experiments were conducted to verify the mobility of it.","PeriodicalId":232358,"journal":{"name":"2017 32nd Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130014688","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Traditional EMG-based recognition methods always only focus on the classification of target motion classes that were defined in the training phase, but have no ability to reject outlier motion interferences that did not present before. In this paper, a hybrid classifier that combines one one-class Gaussian classifiers and a multi-class LDA was constructed to achieve EMG-based motion classification, in which Gaussian classifiers were used to reject outlier interferences, while LDA was used to classify target motion samples. The robust hybrid classifier is easily built and has low run-time complexity. Extensive experiments were conducted to verify the performance of the proposed hybrid classifier, where 91.6% of target motion recognition accuracy and 96.5% of outlier motion rejection accuracy were respectively obtained. Finally, the hybrid classifier was involved to achieve a robust and real-time control of a myoelectric prosthetic-hand.","PeriodicalId":232358,"journal":{"name":"2017 32nd Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130180165","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, distributed energy storages and unknown governor dead band (GDB) will cause system frequency deterioration when the load-frequency control (LFC) is not able to tackle these uncertainties. The stability of an island smart grid is a challenging topic because the less power sources can be regulated to handle power unbalance. In this paper, a neural network-based adaptive sliding mode controller is designed to be as the load frequency controller for an island smart grid with electrical vehicles (EVs), load disturbances and unknown governor dead band. The on-line neural compensation technology is employed to enable the sliding mode frequency control adaptive, thus the frequency stability of power system is improved. This method uses a state-space equation of the system to predict the next time value of current from the grid side by adjusting the duty ratio of inverter in each sampling period. The duty ratio which minimizes a cost function is selected. Then, taking advantage of the duty ratio to control the output current of single phase inverter. This scheme is easy to realize and its mathematical model is simple. This method is convenient compared with traditional control method of single phase inverter. Largest Lyapunov Exponent (LLE) is the general index to depict the signals' nonlinearity and several algorithms were developed for its calculation. LLE also evaluated the nonlinearity of the heart electric activities. In previous studies, several LLE algorithms were utilized to two data formats, original ECG signal and HRV signals, arbitrarily and led to ambiguous and contradictory results. Therefore, in our study, we designed the experiments to explore the applications of two typical LLE algorithms, Wolf and Rosenstein, for ECG and HRV data formats of heart electric signals. The experiments show that Wolf and Rosenstein algorithms are both suitable for ECG signals, but only Wolf can obtain the consistent results on HRV signals. For HRV signals, a pipeline was proposed to analyze the nonlinear dynamic characteristics with LLE, Approximate Entropy and Poincaré plot after denoising and automatic segmenting of steady signals. The pipeline was applied to two HRV datasets from public database and clinical collected data, composed with healthy young and elderly subjects. Experiments achieved consistent results that the heart systems of young people are more complex and less predictable than the elderly. Furthermore, Poincaré plots give clear visual explanations for the increasing nonlinearity among three groups of clinical-healthy hearts of different ages, which offer new sight of the dynamic characteristics for the senile hearts. By utilizing the modified nonlinear filters and a positive time-varying integral function, a smooth adaptive controller is designed via dynamic surface approach, where the compensating terms with the estimate of unknown bounds are employed to eliminate the effects of given continuous functions on a certain compact, unknown hysteresis and external disturbance.
