Clean water reservoirs or known as reservoirs in the clean water supply system are generally needed to serve the needs of the village/service area. A reservoir is a building whose function is as a place for water storage to be channeled to distribution pipes to people's homes. The main function of this building is to balance production discharge and clean water usage discharge. In addition, it increases pressure and regulates water pressure. The reservoir in Sonowangi Village is located on a hill, and it is known that its structural stability is not safe, namely against sliding. So it is necessary to redesign this reservoir building. The method of redesigning the Sonowangi Village Reservoir building is carried out by taking into account the stability of the structure with structural improvements to the reservoir so that there is no sliding case. Slope stability analysis at the reservoir work site was carried out by calculations using Gaestudio V.12 software, and reservoir structure analysis was carried out using SAP 2000 software. The Sonowangi reservoir volume calculation results were 240 m3 with a flow rate of 4 liters/second. The reservoir building redesign results found that the reservoir dimensions are 10m x 6m x 4.15m for each. Sedangkan 10% peserta lainnya menyatakan pelatihan kurang lama sangat dilakukan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. ABSTRACT Malang Raya Entrepreneurs House (RPMR) Malang City, one of the largest MSME associations in Malang City, is one of the communities that care about business activities, especially in the post-covid-19 pandemic. Internal management issues and legal literacy, such as Intellectual Property Rights, trademarks and business licenses, influence the development of MSMEs assisted by RPMR. Through training activities using case studies and problem-solving methods, namely identifying existing problems in the field and analyzing them to provide solutions to solve them. Due to time constraints, the training carried out in 4 meetings may not provide optimal results for the participants / RPMR partners. Also, the participants are business people whose time is taken up for business activities at home. The participants may partially absorb the delivery of solid material, but this is not a significant obstacle because the participants are quite enthusiastic about learning and respond to all activities and materials provided in the training activities. Of as many as 50 trainees, 80% were pleased with the training. This training and adding insight is also a means of promotion for MSMEs. 10% of participants stated that they were quite satisfied but needed further training, and if necessary, assistance was provided so that their businesses could develop and advance to grades. Khususnya untuk daerah Kota Malang sendiri menjadi salah satu sentra produksi olahan tempe salah satunya olahan tempe menjadi keripik. Banyak pelaku Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah khususnya pengusaha olahan keripik tempe mengalami berbagai masalah yaitu lemahnya akses terhadap permodalan, literasi digital masih lemah apalagi selama masa pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan kontraksi di sektor perekonomian sehingga mengalami daya saing UMKM. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di UMKM Keripik Tempe Sagu Surya Jaya ibu Windi, sebagai salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi keripik tempe di wilayah Desa Permanu, Kecamatan Pakisaji, Kabupaten Malang. Keripik tempe hasil produksi UMKM Keripik Tempe Surya Jaya merupakan salah satu keripik tempe yang menjadi favorit bagi warga sekitar desa tersebut, dan juga banyak dijadikan oleh- oleh bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Malang. Hal yang kita dapat dalam penelitian UMKM ini diantaranya kurangnya lokasi dalam teknologi digital yaitu Google Maps yang dengan tujuan untuk orang maupun pelanggan untuk mencari lokasi rumah produksi keripik tempe ini. Watoni","doi":"10.31328/js.v5i2.3994","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31328/js.v5i2.3994","url":null,"abstract":"The public street lighting (PJU) in the Sidomulyo Raya 3 complex consists of 51 units spread across each block, utilizing PLN electricity poles and 2.5-inch galvanized poles with a pole length of ± 6 m for support poles. The PJU lamps are LED and energy-saving lamps with varying capacities, ranging from 30-50 Watts. Based on observations, the installed PJU lights are still manually operated manually through miniature circuit breakers (MCB) attached to each PJU pole. This pattern, of course, requires residents who live around PJU locations to regularly take the time to turn the PJU lights on and off. In the field conditions, it was found that there were still many PJU lights that had not been turned off even though the conditions were bright, and had not been turned on even though the conditions had begun to darken, of course this would affect comfort and safety as well as inefficient use of electrical energy. Based on the consolidation results with partners, this service activity will focus on modifying the existing PJU lamps by adding a photocell so that the operation of the PJU lamps can take place automatically. In addition, the transfer of knowledge and skills of photocell installation to several residents was also carried out to anticipate obstacles and future developments. Children shall perform the duties as they should instead give a sense of disappointment to the people around them and harm their future for their actions that violate the law. In this case, communication becomes one of the bridges played an important role for correctional officers in implementing the development of a child with a case of criminal actions or Andikpas. In this study, it examines the style of communication officer to Andikpas in LPKA class II Tomohon with the use of qualitative descriptive methods. The research Data were obtained by interview and observation. On the coaching is done by the clerk, of course, influenced by the style of communication, whereas in practice, communication is carried out by the officers consisting of the five communication styles the controlling style, the equalitarian style, the structuring style, the dynamic style, and relinquishing style. Communication undertaken by officers with Andikpas is also not easy. Encountered several obstacles that can affect the passage of the coaching process are done. Competitiveness helps MSMEs face competition by improving marketing strategies through SWOT analysis. The purpose of holding mentoring activities is to improve marketing strategies to strengthen products to increase sales of MSMEs Kitchen Riswi. The problems in Dapur Riswi are related to the not yet optimal marketing strategy, such as marketing only limited to word of mouth and Whatsapp, unattractive label designs, the location of MSMEs that are difficult to find, and the absence of a product catalog. The mentoring activities at Dapur Riswi resulted in several output programs. They use social media as promotional media. They are making seal labels more attractive and making locations using Google Maps. Installing banners that make it easier for buyers to find business locations and product catalogs containing information on cake prices and types of cakes offered.
