However, their operation is affected by many negatives factors and therefore modern applications are equipped with complementary data aggregation mechanisms to supress negatives effects. In this paper, our attention is focused on five frequently applied weight models of the average consensus algorithm for distributed averaging over mobile wireless sensor networks modelled as stationary Markovian evolving graphs with a different size and a varying probabiltiy of edge formation. We use the mean square error over the iterations as a metric to evaluate the performance of the analyzed weight models and identify the weight model with the highest performance.","PeriodicalId":232097,"journal":{"name":"IEEE EUROCON 2019 -18th International Conference on Smart Technologies","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128270845","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed method is applied to the PV solar based DG allocation problem in the low voltage distribution network using realistic network data and measurements. This research is motivated by numerous realistic issues faced by the Distribution System Operator in the area of DG planning. The main objective of this work is to develop, test and validate a robust method for DG allocation which can be used in practical problems without the need for extensive system modelling and load flow analysis. The results confirm the importance of appropriate DG planning and show that the proposed method can be used as a promising tool for efficient and effective DG allocation in low voltage distribution network.","PeriodicalId":232097,"journal":{"name":"IEEE EUROCON 2019 -18th International Conference on Smart Technologies","volume":"24 3-4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129385522","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hence, the drill-string electrical drive needs to be equipped with active vibration damping functionality. This paper presents the development of a full-order state controller based on straightforward estimation of un-measurable state variables by means of state variable filtering approach, which may be well-suited for torsional vibrations active damping purposes. The effectiveness of the proposed control system design is verified by means of simulations for different drill-string configurations.","PeriodicalId":232097,"journal":{"name":"IEEE EUROCON 2019 -18th International Conference on Smart Technologies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132789458","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This component cannot be eliminated by zero adjustment or calibration of the measurement channel. The procedure for compensation of this error component must be carried out individually for each measuring device, which will result in a significant increase in the final costs. The existing methods provide very overestimated results in comparison with the results of simulation. The article proposes the use of a “combined” method consisting of the nonlinearity representation in the form of three components: “smooth”, “sawtooth” and “pseudo-random”. Analytical relations that allows to calculate the spectrum measurement error at the specified approach to the representation of the ADC nonlinearity are obtained. The comparison of the proposed method of error estimation with the existing methods was performed. The results of simulation modeling are obtained in the Matlab.","PeriodicalId":232097,"journal":{"name":"IEEE EUROCON 2019 -18th International Conference on Smart Technologies","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124429039","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research introduces new hybrid method for islanding detection of DC/AC inverter based DG in low voltage (LV) DN. Proposed technique is combination of active and passive technique: frequency change at given moment and rate of change of RMS voltage. Proposed method heavily exploit sinusoidal function interpolation due to Fourier transformation when Gibbs phenomenon occurs. To prove its effectiveness several test conducted based on different active load conditions and multiple DGs. Simulation results shows precision with allowed impact on power quality according to standard EN 50160. Proposed method shows good results as in low power consumption regime thus in high power regime. Hybrid method gives non detection zone (NDZ) smaller than individual islanding detection hybrid methods of frequency and under voltage based by combining those techniques as active and passive","PeriodicalId":232097,"journal":{"name":"IEEE EUROCON 2019 -18th International Conference on Smart Technologies","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115817303","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
