The e-commerce industry has become tough and full of competition. Technologies and the internet reduce barriers of penetration into new markets. Social media, which is a vivid example of internet development, has already penetrated the e-commerce industry. However, the business environment is rapidly changing and requires constant analysis to anticipate prospective threats or opportunities. Therefore, this paper refers to the analysis of customers’ current preferences. Questionnaires were distributed to 83 participants to analyze preferences and to evaluate possible dominance of “Facebook Marketplace” in the e-commerce industry. According to the results, provision of high protection is overly required. Online sales network should act as an intermediary, in order to provide refund guarantees an official verification, which is not provided by ‘Facebook Marketplace”. Such a case study approach provides valuable insight to help policymakers create a targeted strategy for development. Workers with more intrinsic and extrinsic motivations are likely to experience less burnout. This study aimed to examine and analyze whether intrinsic and extrinsic motivations significantly influence job burnout. Additionally, this research investigated the individual factors associated with the effects of intrinsic/extrinsic motivation on burnout; specifically, it explored the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the relationship of employees’ job motivation with burnout. Data were collected from 97 employees from several private clinics in Jakarta, Indonesia, through questionnaires. The result of the study found that motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic) has a significant effect on job burnout. Lastly, OCB had a mediating effect on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and job burnout. The results of the study provide valuable insights into the effects of motivation on job burnout. It introduces an automated procedure which guarantees a consistent combination of adjacent output units and thus an objective classification. The practical application of this method results in a reduction of the strategy groups specified by the database. This is also accompanied by a significant reduction in the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) of the SOM partitions. Since a small dispersion within the clusters and large distances between the clusters lead to small DBIs, a minimization of this measure is desired. This significantly better partitioning of SOMs in comparison to the classification of hedge funds into the categorization scheme specified by the database provider can be observed in all examined data samples (robustness analyses). Ultimately, none of the original 23 strategy groups can be empirically validated. Furthermore, no stable classification can be found. Both the number of empirically determined categories (SOM clusters) and the composition of these clusters differ significantly in the subsamples examined. The study dealt with the Descriptive Survey method in order to study the problem. The sample of 120 elementary learners of the class consisted of 60 boys and 60 girls using random sampling technique for this study. The investigator prepared a tool of Achievement test questionnaire with the help of the investigator and experts. The test questionnaire was prepared on Odia language subject for Class-I. This test measured the performance of the learners with and without Pre-Primary education in Odia Language subject. For the present study, the investigator used statistical techniques such as mean, standard deviation and t-test in order to compare the academic achievement of the learners. The findings of the study revealed that the learners learning in elementary level receiving Pre-Primary Education do better in their oral and written test in Odia Language subject than the learners receiving no Pre-Primary Education. There exists a significant difference between the performance of boys learning at elementary school level in Odia language subject both written and oral test with and without receiving pre-primary education. This innovation ultimately leads to an organization’s competitive edge and sustainability. Every new idea primarily originates in the minds of individuals, and when it’s implemented successfully, it contributes to overall organizational innovation. Nurturing employees’ innovative work behavior (EIWB) is prudent for every organization looking to enhance its innovative outcomes. This research, at first, aimed to examine the influence of servant leadership (SL) at three distinctive levels of employees’ innovative work behavior (EIWB); namely, idea generation, idea promotion, and idea realization. Then, we investigated the influence of SL on overall EIWB. Finally, employees’ Psychological Empowerment (PE) is assessed as a mediator through which SL exerts its influence on EIWB. Servant leadership in conjunction with Social Exchange theories were used to develop the conceptual model of this research. Cross-sectional data were collected from 283 entry-level officers working in different Power Sector Companies of Pakistan. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed through Smart-PLS 3.2.8 software to analyze the hypothesized relationships. The findings of this research show that SL positively influences each stage of EIWB as well as EIWB at an integrated level. Employees’ Psychological Empowerment (PE) partially mediates the positive influence of SL on EIWB. This research is one of the pioneers to examine the influence of SL at different levels of EIWB. Further, investigating employees’ PE as mediating between the relationship of SL and EIWB is also a unique contribution of this research. Besides offering the theoretical and managerial implications, detailed discussion on the results is carried out. This study focused on youth-led MSES located in Makueni district of Kenya. A descriptive research design was used to carry out the study. Stratified random sampling technique was employed to select a sample of 119 out of the target population of 396. A three-part questionnaire consisting of both quantitative and qualitative questions was the main instrument for collecting data. Both quantitative and qualitative data was collected to reveal the strengths and show the main themes. Quantitative data were analyzed using the SPSS software. From the study, it was revealed that most youths had adopted technology in the form of training and purchase of equipment and that very few experienced and well-established entrepreneurs were able to sub-contract and /or franchise. It was also revealed that technology adopted had impacted positively on the youth-led MSEs in that it has improved quality of goods produced; increased productivity of the enterprise; improved marketability of business products and thus steady growth and enhanced business competitiveness in the market. The research paper aims to understand the importance of competitive survival ability and the impact of the global crisis on Indonesia and India with special reference to Brexit. The research methodology adopted includes empirical data and case studies in the context of Indonesia. Competitive advantage is created and sustained through a highly localized process. Differences in national values, culture, economic structures, institutions, and histories all contribute to competitive success. The findings suggest that there are striking differences in the patterns of competitiveness in every country. No nation can or will be competitive in every or even most industries. Ultimately, nations succeed in particular industries because their home environment is the most forward-looking, dynamic, and challenging. The research paper has implications for managers and researchers. The paper focuses on the impact of Brexit on India and Indonesia. The geopolitical consequences of Brexit might not appear immediately. The European Union might temporarily pull together, but there would be damage to the sense of mission and Europe’s soft power of attraction. The immediate impact may not be visible. However, with globalization coming in, all the markets are interconnected. So there will be an inter-country effect of Brexit on Indonesia and India. Often, diagnostic and predictive models differ in focus on branch of company, size of company, tradability of shares, country of usage, and focus on maturity of the market environment. Many of the models are widely used, however, their explanatory power is not known. Good examples of these models are those used in banks in the process of credit worthiness assessment. Some of them are created based on the Q-Test model. However, not only banks need to check the financial situation of companies but also basic users like suppliers, customers and other business partners. This article deals with Kralicek´s Q-Test which is one of the well-known financial diagnostic models in Europe including the Czech Republic. Its five grade rating scale reveals little about the level of prosperity of analysed companies. An assumption exists that grade 1 means excellent financial health. However what exactly does it mean? Can it be assumed that this means a negligible to zero probability of bankruptcy and simultaneously a sufficient or a high profitability? The question is what is the level of prosperity connected with the grades achieved on the Q-Test evaluation scale from1to 5. The prosperity of the company is uniquely linked to the return on equity. Another question is whether the QTest is able to express a level of prosperity and not only a level of creditworthiness of companies. That is why the research based on analysis of dataset of 1504 Czech companies was carried out. Following the research a scale was made of achieved return on equity (ROE). ROE levels are expressed by the following: implicit cost of equity (re), riskfree rate (rf), positive ROE, negative ROE and negative equity (or insolvency).
