Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 perusahaan Otomotif Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia sedangkan sempel yang diambil sebenyak 8 perusahaan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dari data-data yang dipublikasikan oleh perusahaan di situs resmi BEI www.idx.co.id. Serta laporan tahunan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara parsial bahwa kepemilikan Publik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio. Kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode peneltian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU), pada semester genap 2019-2020 yang berjumlah 957 mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini addalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Metode statistic yang digunakan adalah SPSS IBM 20. Penelitian ini dapat digolongkan sebagai penelitian sebab akibat (Causal Research). Lokasi penelitian ini di kota Medan dengan subjek masyarakat kota Medan yang menggunakan sepeda motor Yamaha. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan dari Yamaha di Kota Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling, dimana semua populasi tidak memiliki peluang yang sama untuk menjadi responden dan pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada pertimbangan peneliti. Sedangkan yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis yang ada pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Performance berpengaruh langsung terhadap Customer Engagement, Customer Engagement berpengaruh langsung terhadap Repeat Purchase dan Brand Performance berpengaruh langsung terhadap Repeat Purchase. The data used are secondary data in the form of time series data from 2015-2017 and cross section data of 23 districts / cities in Aceh Province. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression, which is a combination of cross-section data with time series data. The data is processed using the software eviews 9. The model used in this study is as follows: Y = α + β1 + Pit + β2 Kit + it. The research results obtained from the fixed effect note that all variables are significant in the model, so that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) estimation is obtained as follows: Y = 4.72 + 0.02Pit - 0.03Kit + 0.68eit where the constant value is 4.72 percent, it means that education and health towards poverty have a positive relationship of 4.72 percent. The value of the coefficient X1 = 0.02, meaning that the effect of education on poverty has a positive relationship of 0.02. It is interpreted that if the education variable has increased by 1%, there will be an increase of 0.02 percent of poverty. The coefficient value of X2 = -0.03, meaning that the health effect on poverty has a negative relationship of 0.03. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Camat tasks in the administration of public peace and order in the Ulee Kareng sub-district, and to find out the intensiveness related to the implementation of the Camat's tasks in organizing peace and public order in the Ulee Kareng sub-district. To obtain data in this paper used the method of library research and field research, data collection techniques from library research is done by reading the literature literature and existing laws. While the field data obtained by interviewing respondents and informants directly involved with the problem under study. The results of the research show that the Camat's task of coordinating peace and order is not yet well implemented, it is evidenced that there is no cooperation between Muspika and Gampong kechik, although meetings have been held to coordinate communication to equalize perceptions in the security of the Gampong. Forms of peace and order that unsettle the public are juvenile delinquency and drugs, for example the presence of colors that open until 4 am and there are young people as drug dealers as well as users. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih Provinsi Riau. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih at Riau Province, amounting to 162 people. While the sample in this study was 62 employees distributed in each section. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously motivation and work discipline variables had a positive and not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih at Riau Province. Based on the partial test it is known that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih Riau Province, while work discipline has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t Test, F Test and Determination Coefficient. Partially known work discipline variables have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Abadi Setiacargo - Medan. Partially known compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Abadi Setiacargo- Medan. Simultaneously it is known that work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Abadi Setiacargo. The coefficient of determination is 0.887 or 88.7%. This shows 88.7% of the variables of work discipline and compensation contribute to job satisfaction.
