The study characterizes the situation of transition from the “brown” to the “green” economic model within the framework of generally accepted sustainable development targets. In this regard, the views of scientists on the use of marketing solutions are disclosed: “green” branding, “green” marketing strategies, “green” image in terms of enhancing territorial development. The need for a trinity of efforts for “green” development on the part of the authorities, business and the population has been clarified. Data on the development of a number of areas of environmental goods and services in Russia and abroad are given. In the Russian context, for the full manifestation of positive global trends in terms of the “green” development of the economy and the “green” positioning of territories for an appropriate positive image, it is necessary to carry out compre-hensive work, coupled with the efforts of the authorities to form an appropriate institutional environment, the necessary infrastructure and actively implement “green” state procurement, as well as encouraging businesses that implement “green” marketing strategies and involve the population in conscious responsible consumption. The authors substantiate the need to form a “green” image of the territory, based on the involvement of the local population in the goals of the ecological development of the region, the growth in demand for environmental goods and services, the combination of the interests of government and business in this process based on the conjugation of the tasks of attracting investments and other resources, as well as growth satisfied local communities. Снеговые пробы отобраны на расстоянии 3–6 м от железнодорожного полотна в конце марта – начале апреля 2019 г. Выявлено, что талая вода имеет реакцию от нейтральной до слабокислой. Концентрации ионов Na, Са, НСО 3 , Clпревышают условный фон, особенно в г. Мурманске и г. Оленегорске. Проанализированы две фазы нахождения элементов (растворённая и твёрдая) в снеге. Установлено, что выпадение соединений металлов в зимний период происходит преимущественно в твёрдофазной форме, что свидетельствует о техногенном происхождении источников поступления. Самая высокая доля поступления твёрдой фазы характерна для Fe (> 98%). Рассмотрены эколого-геохимические показатели загрязнения снега. Обнаружено, что общие концентрации элементов 1 и 2 классов опасности в 3–28 раз превышают фоновые значения. По суммарному показателю нагрузки привокзальные территории гг. Полярные Зори (Z c = 19), Апатиты (Z c = 25), Кандалакша (Z c = 28) отнесены к низкому уровню загрязнения, г. Мурманск (Z c = 77) – среднему, г. Оленегорск (Z c = 183) – высокому (за счёт функционирования комбината по производству железорудного концентрата). Bioassay is successfully used to determine the danger of pollution of environmental objects by oil and oil industry wastes. With the help of biotests, it is possible to assess the state of contaminated objects, which is not always possible to do by chemicalanalytical methods, considering the complex chemical composition of petroleum hydrocarbons. An analytical review confirms the need to develop a biotesting system to assess the state of ecosystem components in the event of oil pollution and to determine the effectiveness of measures to restore them. Taking into account the nature of the pollution, presented in the article by a number of provisions on the chemical characteristics of petroleum hydrocarbons and the duration of the recovery processes, bioassay should be carried out at each stage of the reclamation process, in dynamics. Determination of the degree of neutralization of contaminated objects consists in a step-by-step transfer of the hazard level from a higher class to a lower one. Bioassay, in this case, remains a mandatory method for determining the total toxicity. In the course of sample preparation for biotesting, it is advisable to consider the possibility of increasing the bioavailability of hydrocarbon components. A prerequisite for the use of biotesting is the use of eluate and contact approaches. The main methods that can be included in the abbreviated scheme for determining the efficiency of remediation of oil-contaminated objects can be considered the method of biotesting using hydrobionts in the eluate (water extract) and phytotesting performed using the contact and eluate approaches.
