They constitute a loosely coupled, distributed system that is highly scalable. But, they also inherit the vulnerabilities of such systems. As Web services increase in complexity and connectivity, the associated security risks also increase exponentially. Many of the security breaches can be traced back to poor testing. In this paper, research on security vulnerabilities in SOAP based Web services is presented. The security context of traditional Web applications is compared to that of Web services. This paper proposes a novel Web documents clustering algorithm from the perspective of Web usage through analyzing WWW cache, in which Web documents reflect user's recent interests. According to the rich semantic information embedded in hyperlinks in Web documents, we first extracts hyperlinks from Web documents and the Web documents in WWW cache is modeled as an undirected Web graph in our approach. Then the clustering algorithm based on the Web graph model is given. To ensure the quality of the services that are published, bound, invoked and integrated at runtime, test cases have to be automatically generated and testing executed, monitored and analyzed at runtime. This paper presents the research to generate Web services test cases automatically based on the Web services specification language WSDL (Web Services Description Language), which carries the basic information of a service including its interface operations and the data transmitted. The WSDL file is first parsed and transformed into the structured DOM tree. Then, test cases are generated from two perspectives: test data generation and test operation generation. Test data are generated by analyzing the message data types according to standard XML schema syntax. Operation flows are generated based on the operation dependency analysis. Three types of dependencies are defined: input dependency, output dependency, and input/output dependency. Current searching in UDDI servers is based on taxonomy and tModel, which is not convenient to find domain related Web services. In this paper, we propose a method to search Web services based on domain ontology. Firstly the WSDL crawler collects the WSDL files from the Internet resources like Google, Baidu and XMethods as much as possible. Secondly ontology is used to represent the domain, such as travel ontology. Thirdly a support vector machine (SVM) classifier is constructed to select the domain WSDL files from the collected WSDL files; domain vector is built according to the domain ontology, and features are extracted from WSDL files to train the SVM classifier. But such a system must provide a mechanism with which developers can easily manipulate the underlying structures to meet the application requirements, in particular in the real time and safety properties. This paper proposes a new method for formally modeling the component based e-commerce system using hierarchical timed automata, which use hierarchical structures to organize the design schemes in different levels of an e-commerce system. In addition, we analyze the modeling process of a micropayment system as a case. As the data layer and semantic layer of the whole framework of semantic Web services discovery, Web service oriented ontology based knowledge base is different from traditional knowledge base. It represents the domain knowledge (domain in this paper is travel domain), the formal description of Web service and even the description of personal interest model which supports the formal specification of request query; then proposes an algorithm to realize the objective of discovering the Web services through the way of manipulating the relations between ontology. The distributed virtual machines development aims to improve the performance of TIPBP. But most of services (e.g. real time stock quote information and Web mail service) are independent and distributed. If we need a new Web service that sends us an email when some stock quote reaches a specific price, a Web service integration tool is needed to compose the Web stock quote information with the Web mail service. This paper proposes a convenient and powerful integration tool to seamlessly integrate the existing Web services into new services.
