Protein products being received with usage of modern technologies of microbiological synthesis may be used as an alternative protein source. Positive results have been received in experiment with pharaon breed quails that were fed with these products instead of fish meal during all the raising period. Complete fish meal replacement with this protein has led to 42-day quails average body weight by 1.95% in comparison with control group.
