Compactness of the loop antenna, crucial to size reduction in the antennas designed for mobile handsets, is realized by bending a folded-dipole in a rectangle shape. Two arms are inserted to the loop antenna to increase the electrical length of the structure. Furthermore, a small parasitic patch is created at the back of the antenna to adjust the antenna impedance and to increas the electrical length. For two existing lattice reduction methods based on different discernbility matrixes, we give their algorithms and compare their runtime. Along with the large-scale application of RFID tags, the tag collision problem becomes more frequently and seriously affects RFID system performance. In this paper, according to the characteristic of disordered and successive tag ID number, we propose a binary-tree searching anti-collision algorithm based on dynamic adjustment and a polling algorithm to solve the collision problem. The proposed technique is based on an Adaptive Local Connectivity Map concept using Piece-Wise Separating Lines. The algorithm is designed to solve problems in handwritten documents such as fluctuating text lines. Moreover, local maxima projection profile is used for enhancing the speed of extraction. The proposed algorithm consists of four steps. Firstly, Otsu algorithm is used to binarize the source image. Second, Piece-Wise Separating Lines is applied to derive the Adaptive Local Connectivity Map to show mask text lines. In the third step, local maxima projection profile is used as a guideline for extracting text lines. Finally, contour algorithm is used to identify the interested mask text line. The interested mask text is used to map with text image in order to extract the text lines. This paper aims at constructing efficient evaluation model on the service quality to guide it providing high quality. Firstly, index system of service quality is constructed. Indexes weight is determined based on entropy weight method. This paper puts forwards the concept of passenger satisfaction index and use TOPSIS method to calculate its value. Passenger satisfaction index and index weight are integrated in the quadrant method to explain evaluation results. The characteristic values are used to detect the tampered blocks and then recover the blocks. The proposed method focuses on image quality and security of information hiding. In the process of embedding characteristic values, the DC coefficient is reproduced three copies and randomly embedded in the middle and high regions of the frequency domain. In the restoration phase, we extract the characteristic values according to the random number generator and restore accurately the image even though it had been damaged and tampered by the malicious users. Furthermore, our method enhances the image robustness and quality after the image is recovered. Moreover, the proposed method uses the characteristic similarity of neighbor blocks without tampering and averages their values to replace the middle and high frequency coefficients in the blocks.
