Due to a high competition, salaries become higher and higher and benefits must be constantly improved. This study has also attempted to comprehend influence over customer’s attitudes towards UGC and explored its contributions to the perceived intention to buy. Every antecedent has a distinct impact on the buying mindset and intention. The result of his vision has shaped very well into a movement spread across in many villages discussed thoroughly in the case study. The case’s objective is to review the unique empowerment model of SAMARTH through skill development program (free of cost sewing training and handholding) and find how it is developing the skill and confidence of the underprivileged girls and women. Ironically, even today, there is no targeted approach of connecting each and every family with some skills which can support their livelihoods. This experiment of doing the same in the SAMARTH intervention area has actually reflected great socio-economic results. This case shows how beneficiaries have developed a sense of ownership about the intervention and attained an initial level of entrepreneurship. The case is based upon observation, informal discussion with community members, and interviews of ten young women from the field area, and lots of reports made available from the agency’s office. An attempt has been made in this paper to find the trends of distribution strategies and supply chains prevailing in the pharmaceutical industry in India. How the pharmaceutical products reach to end-users, and what are the channel system from marketer to customer.\u0000 Generally, two types of diseases, Chronic and Acute, ask the pharmaceutical players to adopt different types of models of supply chain or distribution for the sales of the products. A doctor prescribes drug/s for a long time in chronic diseases, and the patient is supposed to consume it without any brand change. While in the cases of acute disease/s doctor/s changes brands on day to day basis in practice. Cold chain management in pharmaceuticals is important to ensure that the right quality is maintained during storage and transportation and also to meet the regulatory commitments. A recent tool of creating a loyal trustworthy customer relationship is by using content marketing, meaning providing customers with valuable information in the form of content and enabling two–way communication. For the creation of successful content marketing, it is very crucial for an enterprise to know how consumers perceive contents, what does attract them about the contents, what do they expect from contents, etc.\u0000Social media platforms are now providing common platforms for exchanging ideas and knowledge and for building social networks. Enterprises can make use of different social media platforms like blogs, videos, infographics, photo sharing on posts, etc. to reach targeted customers. In this cut-throat competitive era, a company must have to acquire the ability to provide products and services as or more effectively and efficiently than their relevant competitors. Ramachandran in this collection\u0000are a proof of his in depth learning of Sanskrit, English and Kannada literary and\u0000critical traditions. Divided into two sections, the first section of this collection of\u0000essays written during a long span of time shows remarkable application of\u0000contemporary discourses and Western theories on some of the seminal texts like\u0000Bhagwatgita, Ramayanas, and Abhijnana Sakuntalam at one hand and a\u0000comparative study of Kannad novels and their film versions. The second section\u0000draws some new critical parameters to reevaluate Tagore, Gokak, Bendre,\u0000Narsimhaswami and other Kannada writers. Wading easily through two\u0000different currents of Eastern and Western traditions, he leaves some big lacunae\u0000while writing on some of the most fundamental texts and concepts of Indian\u0000literature and philosophy, which required deeper studies. The GST based taxation system brings more transparency and also reduces tax evasion and tax avoidance in the country. MSMEs contribute around 6.11% of the manufacturing GDP and 24.63% of the GDP from service activities as well as 33.4% of India’s manufacturing output and contribute around 45% of the overall exports from India. This sector has consistently maintained a growth rate of over 10%. About 20% of the MSMEs based in rural areas indicate the deployment of significant rural workforce in the MSME sector; this shows the importance of these enterprises in promoting sustainable and inclusive development as well as generating large scale employment, especially in rural areas. SIDBI is the principal financial institution for promoting, financing, and developing of the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). It supports the MSME sector to gain the needed strength and has introduced various schemes and initiatives to meet the various requirements of the sector.
