Pemberian makanan tinggi kalori, protein dan zat gizi mikro dapat menurunkan resiko balita stunting. Permasalahannya, makanan selingan dengan spesifikasi tersebut biasanya mahal sehingga perlu dicari alternatif makanan yang murah dan mudah mendapatkanya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menentukan karakteristik kimia, fisika dan sensoris  cookies dari campuran tepung mocaf, tempe, kacang hijau dan ikan lele. Formula bahan tepung campuran yaitu F1 ( mocaf 68%, tepung tempe telur 5%, tepung kacang hijau 12%, tepung ikan lele 15%), F2 ( mocaf 63%, tepung tempe telur 5%, tepung kacang hijau 12%, tepung ikan lele 20%), dan F3( mocaf 58%, tepung tempe telur 5%, tepung kacang hijau 12%, tepung ikan lele 25%).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cookies yang paling disukai panelis adalah f ormula F1 dan F2. Hasil analisis fisik menunjukkan bahwa ketiga formula cookies memiliki kisaran warna merah kekuningan, serta memiliki tingkat kekerasan yang tidak berbeda nyata. Oil palm empty fruit bunches is a waste processing of palm oil and renewable resources. This research aimed to determine the effect of TKKS charcoal on the mechanical properties of the rubber clutch of two-wheel motor vehicle . The effect of TKKS charcoal consentrations (15, 25, 35, 45 and 55 phr, respectively) on the abration resistance, flex cracking resistance, oil resistance and density were evaluated. The experimental research used non Factorial Completely Randomized Design and each treatments was replicated three times. Hingga saat ini Indonesia masih mengimpor serat panjang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri. Serat nonkayu seperti serat kapuk dan serat daun nanas dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku alternatif serat panjang untuk pembuatan pulp dan kertas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari kondisi optimum pembuatan pulp kapuk dan serat daun nanas, mengetahui sifat fisik dari lembaran pulp putihnya, serta mengetahui morfologi serat dari lembaran pulp putih dengan analisis Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Bahan baku dikarakterisasi komponen kimia dan morfologi seratnya, kemudian dilakukan pembuatan pulp dengan proses Kraft. Dosis alkali aktif sebanyak 17 - 18% dengan sulfiditas 25%, rasio 1 : 4 dan 1 : 8. Temperatur pemasakan 160 o C selama 2 + 1,5 jam. Pulp kemudian diputihkan menggunakan teknologi Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF) dengan tahapan D 0 ED 1 D 2 (D untuk klorindioksida dan E untuk ekstraksi alkali). Penelitian ini dibatasi pada tiga perlakuan dengan rasio campuran karet sintetis 0 phr; 2 phr; 4 phr, karet alam 100 phr; 98 phr; dan 96 phr. Natrium hidrokarbonat, fly ash dan bahan proses lainnya dikondisikan. Banyaknya busa yang terbentuk secara kualitatif digambarkan oleh nilai specific gravity terendah. Pengujian sifat mekanik seperti compression set , tear strength , tensile strength , dan elongation at break pada penelitian ini sebagai parameter pendukung. Hasil pengujian specific gravity terendah diperoleh dari perlakuan A yaitu 1,169 g/cm 3 . Hasil pengujian compression set 39,88%, tear strength 20,8 kN/m, tensile strength 14,8 MPa dan elongation at break 680%. Nilai specific gravity terendah pada perlakuan A secara kualitatif menggambarkan busa yang terbentuk lebih banyak dari perlakuan yang lainnya. This study aims to obtain the best formula of motor vehicle sport damper with bamboo activated charcoal filler and to examine the characteristics of the resulting sport damper. The design is Completely Randomized Design (RAL) non factorial, each treatment repeated three times, by treat ment of B1 (activated charcoal concentration 20 phr), B2 (activated charcoal concentration 30 phr), B3 (activated charcoal concentration 40 phr ), B4 (activated charcoal concentration 50 phr) and B5 (activated charcoal concentration 60 phr). The parameters observed were characteristic of vulcanization of rubber compound sport damper, ie optimum vulcanization rate (t 90 ), pravulcanisation time (ts 2 ) and torsion modulus (ML and MH) and mechanical characteristics, ie tear resistance and compression set. The results showed that all treatments had a significant effect on the characteristics of vulcanization and mechanical characteristics of sport damper. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial, setiap perlakuan diulang 3 (tiga) kali.  Faktor tunggal perlakuan  variasi konsentrasi pasir kuarsa  : A 1 : 50 phr, A 2 : 60 phr, A 3 : 70 phr dan A 4 70 phr dan sebagai kontrol menggunakan bahan pengisi carbon black.  Parameter yang diamati adalah kekerasan, tegangan putus,  perpanjangan putus dan organoleptis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasir kuarsa  dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap sifat mekanik kompon untuk tegel karet  -dan memenuhi SNI 03-1550-1989 untuk Tegel Karet. Dosis bahan pendegradasi  berupa NaNO 2 : H 2 O 2 : asam  ascorbat  dengan perbandingan 2 : 1 : 1.  Rancangan  percobaan   yang digunakan adalah  rancangan acak lengkap faktorial dengan dua variasi perlakuan, variasi  pertama adalah  waktu reaksi depolimerisasi (W), terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu 6 (W 1 ), 8 (W 2 ) dan 10 jam (W 3 ) dan faktor kedua adalah suhu rekasi (S) terdiri dari dua taraf yaitu  70 o C (S 1 ) dan 90 o C (S 2 ). Krep dilakukan pengujian  viscositas Mooney dan pengujian  perekat karet  kayu lapis terdiri  daya rekat dan viscositas Brookfield. Hasil pengujian viskositas mooney menunjukkan bahwa suhu dan waktu  depolimerisasi pengaruh yang cukup signifikan, dengan nilai  viskositas perekat yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 9.104cp – 34.024 cp dengan   viskositas  tertinggi  pada perlakuan W 3 S 2 (waktu 10 jam dan 9 jam) dan terbaik perlakuan  W 2 S 1 sebesar 9.104cp (waktu 80 o C dan Suhu 70 o C).  Hasil uji  viskositas brookfield menunjukkan keberhasilan penurunan berat molukul yang dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan krep dan dilarutkan dalam aseton sebagai lem karet juga dipengaruhi oleh suhu dan waktu.Hasil pengujian daya rekat  kayu lapis  berkisar antara 4.117 kg/cm 2 sampai 7.03 kg/inc 2 .  Perlakuan W 2 S 1 (temperatur 70 o C dan waktu kontak 8 jam) menghasilkan nilai 7.03 kg/inc 2 merupakan daya rekat kayu lapis terbaik.Hasil uji  viskositas Brookfield perekat kayu lapis berkisar antara 586cp-2.685cp dengan perlakuan terjelek adalah W 3 S 2 (waktu kontak 10 jam dan suhu 90 o C)  dengan nilai 2.685cp dan perlakuan terbaik/Viskositas Brookfield  terendah pada perlakuan W 2 S 1 sebesar 586cp.","PeriodicalId":228012,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Dinamika Penelitian Industri","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115933240","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The raw material used in the research was skim rubber waste 100 phr. This research used Completed Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factorials. The first factor was the size of quartz sand (A) with the variations, respectively: A 1= 200 mesh , A 2 =  400 mesh. The second factor was quartz sand concentration (B), respectively: B 1 = 50 phr, B 2 = 60  phr, B 3 = 70 phr, B 4 = 80 phr. Quality testing for the characteristics of a rubber compound  were tensile strength, elongation at break, ozone resistance and volume changing. The quality testing results showed that the value of the physical characteristics of the compound with the best treatment results were the formula 6, which used skim rubber waste 100 phr, quartz sand size 400 mesh with concentration 60 phr. Karbon aktif dibuat dengan tahapan dehidrasi pada oven listrik, karbonasi pada tanur listrik di suhu pada suhu 400 o C selama 1 jam lalu aktivasi kimia dilakukan dengan merendam arang pada larutan Na 2 CO 3 5% (b/b) selama 24 jam. Kemudian karbon aktif di aktivasi secara fisika pada suhu 600 o C selama 1 jam, dihaluskan dan disaring sampai lolos ayakan 28 mesh. Karbon aktif yang diperoleh memenuhi SNI Syarat Mutu Arang Aktif Teknis No. 06-3730-1995 dengan parameter bagian yang hilang pada pemanasan 950 o C = 18%, kadar air = 4,4%, kadar abu = 2,6% dan daya serap terhadap I 2 = 825 mg/g. Lalu dilakukan uji efektifitas penyerapan karbon aktif terhadap logam Cd, Cu dan Pb dan didapat bahwa peningkatan waktu kontak berbanding lurus dengan efektifitas penyerapan logam dengan rentang waktu kontak 15, 30, 45 dan 60 menit dan peningkatan konsentrasi berbanding terbalik terhadap efektifitas penyerapan logam Cd, Cu dan Pb pada konsentrasi 5, 10, 20 dan 40ppm. Dalam penelitian juga diketahui bahwa efektifitas penyerapan karbon aktif terhadap logam Cd, Cu dan Pb memiliki tingkat yang berbeda. ABSTRACT Activated carbon made of coconut shell charcoal from boiler machine waste in desiccated coconut factory has been studied. For the first stage, coconut shell charcoal was dehydrated in electric oven afterward carbonated in electric furnace at 400 o C for 1 hour and then chemically activated by soaking the charcoal in Na 2 CO 3 5% (w/w) solutions for 24 hours. For the next stage charcoal was physically activated at 600 o C for 1 hour, milled and filtered by 28 mesh sieve. Activated carbon was then examined and the result complied with Indonesian National Standard (SNI) Quality Requirement of Activated Carbon No. 06-3730-1995, loss of ignition at 950 o C = 18%, water content =4.4%, ash content = 2.6% and adsorption of I 2 = 825 mg/g. Effectivity of activated carbon to adsorb Cd, Cu and Pb metals also tested.  As the result, we obtained that adsorbtion effectivity of activated carbon proportional with time (15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes) and inversely proportional with concentration of metals (5, 10, 20, 40 ppm). The research was  intended to obtain mangoes powder which can be applied to small industries. Research using randomized complete design with concentration of fillers as the treatment with 3 replication. Mangoes used in this research were mangga harum manis and fillers used were sugar at a concentration of 20%, 25% and 30%. The physicochemical  all treatment have water content below 4%, and total plate count below 100 cfu. While the highest ascorbic acid content was obtained from 20% sugar namely 2,250±160 ppm . The level of consumer preferences were analyzed following the procedure organoleptic test by 12 panelists including color, aroma and taste .
