The effect of TKKS charcoal consentrations (15, 25, 35, 45 and 55 phr, respectively) on the abration resistance, flex cracking resistance, oil resistance and density were evaluated. The experimental research used non Factorial Completely Randomized Design and each treatments was replicated three times. 摘要

油棕空果串木炭可作为摩托车橡胶离合器的填料。油棕空果串是一种废弃棕榈油加工而成的可再生资源。本研究旨在确定TKKS炭对两轮机动车橡胶离合器力学性能的影响。考察了TKKS炭浓度(分别为15、25、35、45和55 phr)对炭的耐磨性、抗挠曲开裂性、耐油性和密度的影响。实验研究采用非析因完全随机设计,每个处理重复3次。结果表明,TKKS炭用量为35 ~ 55 phr时,满足摩托车商用橡胶离合器性能要求的效果最好。该范围显示的机械性能为:耐磨损性能为397.5 ~ 432.5 mm 3,弯曲开裂性能为20 ~ 25 kcs,耐油性能为13.2 ~ 14.0%,密度为1,044 ~ 1,112 g/ cm3。
