Research on fuzzy intelligent control of coke oven temperature 焦炉温度的模糊智能控制研究

The control method of “Intermittent heating control” was adopted in traditional heating control system of coke, and cannot satisfy the command of heating control on coke oven. The control principle of combining the “intermittent heating control” with the heating gas flow adjustment was adopted according to analyzing the difficulty and strategy of heating control on coke oven. On the basis of studying deficiency of the existing control strategy, fuzzy control was proposed to establish heating intelligent control of coke oven. The algorithm of intelligent fuzzy immune PID control was designed and simulation of coke oven production was carried. The results show that the intelligent fuzzy immune PID control has the advantages of shorter adjustment time, quicker response time, higher anti-interference ability better dynamic property and stability. The power quality monitoring technology has an effective on analyzing power quality related problems. This paper presents a novel study combining wavelet transform with pattern recognition technique to investigate voltage stability using for power quality events. The wavelet transformation possesses capabilities of time and frequency domain localizations, achieving a great impetus in signal singularity detection. The statistics-based denoising method is designed to filter the random noise and impulse noise in power quality disturbance signals, incorporating the advantages of wavelet transform to extract signal feature meanwhile restraining various noises. The wavelet decomposition coefficients as feature vector of neural network are presented for extracting disturbance signal. The neural network provides a means of determining a degree of belief for each identified disturbance waveform. By the semigroup theory and the spectral analysis, it is shown that the system satisfies the Riesz basis property and the spectrum determined growth condition. Firstly, the variation interval of the time-varying delay is divided into several subintervals with equal length. By checking the variation of derivative of the Lyapunov functional in every subinterval, some new criteria on H∞ performance analysis of the systems are derived in terms of the convexity properties of a matrix inequality and some other new analysis techniques. Then, criteria for the H∞ control design are presented, which are concluded from the H∞ performance analysis results. As applications of the derived results, H∞ performance analysis and H∞ control design are carried out for some systems, including a numerical systems and linearized truck trailer system. This article develops a set of AOD stove smelt ferroalloy end-point control model based on the wavelet neural network and some actual data of a 180t AOD ferroalloy stove in Jilin Ferroalloy Factory to conduct the model verification research. Considering traditional clustering algorithm has the problem of easily fall into local optimum, a modified PSO algorithm with crossover and mutation operators is combined with FCM algorithm. And a new fuzzy clustering algorithm (CMPSO-FCM) is proposed. The searching capability and clustering effectiveness are improved by this new algorithm. Then the fuzzy similar matrix, which is used for attribute reduction, is calculated by using fuzzy partition matrix and the definition of fuzzy similar measure after fuzzy clustering result is achieved. And a set of fuzzy rough decision rules are acquired by entropy method. Finally, a rough neural network is designed under these decision rules. ISO 14649, which is usually named STEP-NC, describes an interface between CAM and CNC to support a direct use of computer-generated product data based on the STEP standards. In this paper, we propose an efficient heuristic to solve the problem of machining sequence by extracting the information from the given STEP-NC file in order to optimize the process plan of the part. The proposed heuristic is a Genetic Algorithm (GA) with a special chromosome structure and a special coding scheme is proposed in the algorithmic design. The test system consists of 20L spherical explosion chamber and control and data acquisition (DAQ) system. The upper-level software for control and DAQ was mainly developed using LabVIEW. The control logic was realized by programmable logic controller (PLC) and a computer was connected with PLC by Ethernet. A pressure transducer and a DAQ card were used for high-speed DAQ of explosion pressure. The communication between LabVIEW application and hardware devices was realized by OPC (OLE for Process Control) technique. The developed test system has friendly graphical user interface, high-level automation and comprehensive function such as experimental process control, real-time data acquiring, data analysis, database management and report.
