Salah satu upaya peningkatan kualitas guru yang terukur adalah dengan meningkatkan kompetensinya. Belakangan kita melihat menjamurnya pesantren di Indonesia belum diiringi dengan peningkatan kompetensi guru di dalamnya. Hal ini kemudian membuat banyaknya pesantren yang meredup karena dirasa guru pendamping siswa kurang cukup berkompeten. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengkaji salah satu pondok pesantren ternama dan tertua di Indonesia yang hingga saat ini masih eksis dan mampu bersaing di dunia Pendidikan. Pondok Modern Gontor yang terletak di Kabupaten Ponorogo memiliki gaya tersendiri dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kompetensi gurunya. Hal ini dirasa perlu dikaji agar dapat dijadikan contoh bagi pesantren lain dalam upaya peningkatan kompetensi pendidik di sekolahnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubermen yaitu analisis dengan model interaktif yang menggunakan langkah-langkah seperti pengumpulan data, data reduction, data display dan data verification. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penggunaan bahan ajar non cetak mengalami berbagai kendala. Seiring dengan menurunnya jumlah kasus COVID-19, pembelajaran berubah menjadi tatap muka 100% tanpa adanya pembatasan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah bahan ajar non–cetak masih digunakan selama pembelajaran tatap muka 100% dan apakah terdapat perbedaan persentase penggunaan bahan ajar non cetak selama pelaksanaan pembelajaraan tatap muka 100% dengan persentase penggunaan bahan ajar non cetak selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini melibatkan 134 Guru SMP Negeri se-Kota Tanjungpinang. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menyajikan persentase jawaban responden dan rangkuman jawaban responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian responden kembali menggunakan bahan ajar cetak selama pembelajaran tatap muka 100%. Sebagian responden masih tetap menggunakan bahan ajar non cetak karena bahan ajar non cetak dianggap praktis, dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas, serta dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar. Nasution","doi":"10.35961/tanjak.v3i1.459","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35961/tanjak.v3i1.459","url":null,"abstract":"This research aimed at knowing the impact of watching Upin and Ipin cartoon series to religious moral development of 5-6 years old children.  This research was motivated to know the positive and negative impacts of watching Upin and Ipin cartoon series to religious moral development of 5-6 years old children.  Religious moral development was the children ability in behaving.  Islam taught about the positive values that were useful in social life.  This caused need religious moral development for 5-6 years old children.  It was library research. This type of research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Sources obtained from the principal, Islamic Education teachers, parents, and students. In collecting data by means of observation, interviews and data analysis.
