The possible reason for this phenomenon is that the insulator surface flow field characteristics have changed significantly during the high-speed railway is started or braked, resulting in insulation flashover. In order to find out the influence of high-speed railway starting or braking on the surface flow field of roof insulator, this paper uses the finite element method to analyze the surface flow field of high-speed railway roof insulator, and explores the distribution of surface flow field of roof insulator under different accelerations. The distribution law of the surface flow field of high-speed rail roof insulator under different acceleration directions is analyzed, and the flow field distribution law under acceleration conditions and constant speed conditions is compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that: Compared with the case of constant speed, the difference of air velocity distribution on insulator surface under acceleration is greater, and the difference of air velocity distribution on insulator surface under negative acceleration is even 1.86 times that under constant speed. Then, this paper uses two benchmark functions to compare improved-SOA (ISOA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), and SOA optimization performance. Compared with SOA and PSO, ISOA has better optimization performance. The distribution network of expressway is divided into multiple independent microgrids, which can better adapt to the access of a large number of electric vehicles, energy storage equipment and flexible loads to the highway distribution network, and improve the utilization rate of renewable energy in the road area. In this paper, the optimization of the distance between nodes is transformed into the optimization of the cost. With the objective of the optimal network loss, the forward and backward generation method is used to calculate the power flow of the distribution network containing distributed power generation, and the corresponding basic loop matrix is generated through the topology of the distribution network. IPSO is used to solve the distribution network reconfiguration model. If we can realize the efficient utilization of RBE in maglev transportation, it will be beneficial to realize energy saving and consumption reduction of maglev traffic and the realization of the 3060 dual carbon goal. This paper analyzes the topology structure and operation principle of the doubly-fed linear motor (DFLM), as well as its energy flow characteristics under different operating states. The topology structure and the corresponding energy management strategy of the RBE utilization system on the stator side, and the feedback energy utilization system on the mover side of the suspended train based on the DFLM are given. The system's feasibility to achieve dynamic power distribution is verified by analyzing the train operating state and the transition conditions between the four operating modes of the stator-side RBE utilization system and the specific operating conditions in the operating mode. In this paper, ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to simulate the deformation characteristics of three-lattice septic tanks with different wall thickness and groove depth. The simulated surface was as follows: a septic tank with a diameter of 0.83m and a volume of 1.5m3, when its wall thickness was 8mm, the septic tank shape variable was the smallest. By analyzing the causes of commutation torque ripple of Brushless DC motor, a new escl-qzsi (enhanced switched capacitor inductor Quad Z-source inverter) topology is used. The topology replaces the traditional DC power supply through the front-stage power converter, which effectively improves the output DC bus voltage range, The topology works normally by adjusting the delay time of high-level output on the rising and falling edges of Hall signal. The control strategy of escl-qzsi topology is to make the decline rate of off phase current equal to the rise rate of on phase current, so as to make the non commutation current stable and achieve the purpose of restraining torque ripple. Firstly, the equilibrium mechanism of neutral point potential is analyzed by the coupling relationship between neutral point current and dc-link capacitor. In Accord with the influence of the change amplitude of the neutral point potential error variation and the redundant small vector on the direction of the neutral point current, the action time of the redundant small vector pair is corrected. On this basis, the balance control of neutral point potential is realized by using the space vector modulation method. The simulation results show that compared with the control strategy without neutral point potential balance, this approach can forcefully control the neutral point potential balance of NPC three-level inverter. The results show that when the horizontal maximum wind velocity height of downburst changes from the bottom position to the top position of the rotor plane, it has a great influence on the edgewise bending moment of the wind turbine blade root, and the average value of the maximum value increases by 22.66% compared with the minimum value. When the horizontal maximum wind velocity height of downburst is located at the bottom of the rotor, the average value of the flapwise bending moment is the smallest. Firstly, the curve of the traction converter is decomposed by wavelet transform, and the modal components of different time scales are obtained. Then the fault characteristic parameters of different components are calculated by improved multi-scale permutation entropy. Finally, the multivariable support vector machine algorithm based on decision tree is used to obtain the tree-like optimal fault interval surface through small sample training, so as to achieve the fault classification of traction converters.
