Based on the connotation of deep learning, this paper proposes a pointer and digital multi and multi type instrument reading recognition algorithm based on Mask -RCNN. Then, the experimental results of instrument identification reading algorithm are systematically analyzed. {"title":"Security Assessment of Enterprise Networks Based on Analytic Network Process and Evidence Theory","authors":"H. Aiming at the relevance of security factors and subjectivity of evaluation results in the process of enterprise network system security assessment, a security assessment method combining Analytic Network Process and evidence theory is proposed. Firstly, we built a complete security assessment index system and network analysis structure model for enterprise network, and determined the converged security index weights by calculating hypermatrix, limit hypermatrix and stable limit hypermatrix; then, we used the evidence theory on data fusion of the evaluation opinions of multiple experts to eliminate the conflict between evidences. Finally, according to the principle of maximum membership degree, we realized the assessment of enterprise network security level using weighted average. Taking into account the real operating environment of the runner, this paper uses numerical simulation to study the effect of gap water body on the natural frequency and mode shape of the runner. The results show that the combination of the gap water body and the flat rotor structure of the runner has a significant influence on the modal characteristics of the runner. For the natural frequency of the runner, the gap water body will greatly increase the added mass coefficient, and the natural frequency will drop sharply. Without the restriction of the gap water body, the modal displacement of the runner will have more fluctuations. A regional coverage optimization algorithm is very significant to monitor the network, reduce the waste of resources and improve the lifetime of HDWSNs. Regional coverage control is a technique providing a method that avoids duplicate coverage in HDWSN. However, the regional coverage control is a nonlinear constrained problem whose complexity increases with a quantity of nodes. In this paper, an elite parallel cuckoo search algorithm (EPCSA), a randomized swarm optimization algorithm for regional coverage control in HDWSNs, motivated by elite selection and parallel theory is proposed. To assess the EPCSA's overall efficiency, the EPCSA flow of regional coverage optimization is designed. The model of the regional coverage control problem and the objective function is given. In the simulation, in order to further verify the effectiveness of EPCSA, particle swarm optimization (PSO) and ant colony optimization (ACO) are compared with EPCSA under the same conditions as EPCSA proposed in this paper. The performance of coverage optimization of three algorithms is compared and analyzed. In this paper, we discuss how to design a traceability system for rare Chinese herbal medicine with double-chain structure by using the high efficiency of private blockchain and the extensibility of consortium blockchain to store the detailed information of each process in the interplanetary file system (IPFS), store the Hash value of each production process traceability information in the private blockchain, and record the transaction identification ID in the private blockchain in the previous stage in the traceability information in the next stage, so that consumers can get the complete traceability information of rare Chinese herbal medicines by combining the traceability information of the sales stage with the IPFS. By linking the Hash value of the traceability information of the final sales stage to the consortium blockchain as a transaction, the safety and reliability of the scheme are enhanced. The template matching algorithm was adopted to identify the digital number images of the destination. Aided by photoelectric tracking and APP remote monitoring, an intelligent drug delivery car was designed and realized. The car has is equipped with multiple functions such as the automatic identification of destination numbers, the real-time tracking of drugs, automatic routing, customized routes, app page display and so on. The test results showed that: the tracking is stable and accurate in the daily light, and the digital recognition rate could reach 90% from multiple angles. {"title":"Identification of Partial Discharge Fault Type and Sensitivity Analysis of Joint Detection Based on Clustering Algorithm","authors":"Q. When PD accumulates to a certain extent, it will lead to equipment damage. PD detection in advance is an effective method to prevent insulation deterioration. In this paper, AE method, TEV method and UHF method are used to study the internal discharge, suspension discharge and surface discharge respectively, pointing out the limitations of a single detection method, and using clustering method to extract the discharge characteristic parameters of different defect types to classify. The results of K-means clustering show that the accuracy of internal discharge is 83%, surface discharge is 65%, and suspension discharge is 66%. FCM clustering results show that the accuracy of internal discharge is 63%, surface discharge is 60%, and suspension discharge is 50%. The results of hierarchical clustering show that the accuracy of internal discharge is 73%, surface discharge is 70%, and suspension discharge is 67%. From the perspective of sensitivity, TEV method has the highest sensitivity, AE method and UHF method have their advantages in the sensitivity of different discharge defects. In order to overcome the limitation of a single detection method, combined with the experimental results and the actual noise interference and local location requirements, the application of multi-means combined detection is analyzed to provide some reference for the selection of joint detection method. UHF/AE method can avoid electromagnetic interference. In this paper, an online measurement system for side-axis laser molten pool morphology is developed inside the SLM molding cabin. Temperature isolation and sealing protection is designed for the online measurement system under complex high-temperature environments. It uses high-speed COMS camera and image acquisition card equipped with FPGA chips to collect and transmit the molten pool image information in real time. The software design of the online measurement system includes the development of the camera SDK based on Visual Studio, the design of real-time image processing algorithms, the evaluation of the molten pool, etc., which aims to evaluate the image acquisition, transmission and storage of the molten pool. The results show that: The natural frequency of the wind turbine can be changed by the three double-fork blade tip structures. The natural frequency decreases less in the first, second and sixth order, and 19%~22% in the third to fifth order. The mode diagram shows that the double-fork blade tip structure can eliminate part of the torsional mode of engine room and tower. At different rotational speeds, the vibration frequencies of the three double-fork blade tip structures all have a decreasing trend, decreasing by 8%-16%, and the double-fork blade tip structure-3 decreases the most. First we study the jet engines by looking at past development in their structure. Jet engines used in civil and military environment have different development directions. By using the results and statistics, we can determine in which way their structure can be improved. Also, one of the potential pathways is to switch to using bio-jet fuel, one of the most matured alternative fuel. Bio-jet fuel can lower jet engine's overall greenhouse gas emission and slightly improve its efficiency according to studies this paper investigated. This paper studies the effect of bio-jet fuel on jet engines and then evaluates the various bio-jet fuel options. Another pathway is by adopting hydrogen technology, which has the potential of eliminating all direct greenhouse gas emission, but the technology is still under development. This paper looks into natural gas-hydrogen hybrid engines, which is one of the most promising options.
