We employ fixed-effects model, and found the positive influence of green transformation on both environmental and financial performance. Furthermore, it explores the moderating role of corporate governance strength in enhancing the relationship between green transformation and financial and environmental performance metrics. Findings suggest that robust corporate governance further strengthens this positive nexus for both, but mainly moderates environmental performance. The study also delves into the heterogeneous effects of firm size and ownership, highlighting that larger and state-owned firms benefit more substantially from green transformation initiatives. These insights provide crucial implications for policymakers and managers aiming to optimize both financial and environmental outcomes through green transformation. In this article, the author will delve into the concept of disruptive innovation and explore how to achieve Horizon 2 ideas. Horizon 2 ideas involve extending the business’s current model and core competencies to reach new customers, markets, and even new business objectives in different segments. The business model extension under Horizon 2 focuses on the organization’s mid-term goals, typically taking 24 to 36 months to yield results. Drawing insights from the Harvard Business Review’s Back Bay Battery (BBB) simulation, this article presents the implementation of an innovation strategy within the BBB company. The aim is to assist the company in enhancing its business model and transitioning into the high-end market. The latter part of the article will shed light on the challenges associated with implementing this strategy in a real-world firm and the results it can deliver to the organization. This is particularly relevant in the construction industry due to the significant amounts of waste generated during the construction and demolition process. This study examines the perceived importance and effectiveness of strategies related to the circular economy in the construction industry. The data were collected through a survey administered to professionals in the construction sector, capturing their perceptions of various strategies. The results reveal that most strategies received high mean ratings, indicating their perceived significance. Strategies such as waste management and recycling facilities, design for disassembly, and prioritising the use of renewable and sustainable materials were highly valued by the respondents. Additionally, statistical analyses confirmed the significance of these strategies. However, some strategies received comparatively lower ratings, suggesting the need for further attention and improvement. The findings have important implications for policymakers, industry professionals, and stakeholders, guiding decision-making and resource allocation. By prioritising and implementing the identified strategies, stakeholders can drive the adoption of circular economy principles, enhance resource efficiency, and reduce waste in construction practices. Furthermore, this study lays the foundation for future research, highlighting the importance of exploring barriers to implementation, understanding synergies and trade-offs among strategies, conducting longitudinal studies to assess long-term impact, and broadening the participant pool for a more comprehensive understanding. Therefore, a lot of money is spent on these projects every year. So, the lack of proper planning will increase the cost and cause irreparable damage to the country. The role of workshop management is one of the most important factors in increasing the cost of these types of projects. Generally, workshop management plays a very important role in improving the quality and quantity of projects and has an important place in the project implementation process. Therefore, this study evaluated the impact of workshop management on the progress of road construction projects on a case-by-case basis in road construction projects in Tehran province. According to the purpose of the research, this study was a descriptive-survey type. In addition, the tool used in this research was a questionnaire. The statistical population of this research included all experts and specialists in road construction projects, among whom 65 people were selected by snowball method. Then the collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of this study showed that the management of the workshop and its role in the control and implementation of projects is a complex process, which can be implemented at high levels and effectively by combining scientific and experimental training. And a very important point in the discussion of workshop management is applying scientific management to the use of valuable experiences from others. Because management knowledge not only does not negate the use of these experiences, but also emphasizes the necessity of using them.
